As a part of their communication policy, security forces and corps around the world have been introduced into social networks to interact with citizens. At international level, there is a wide line of research on this subject, but there are very few empirical studies until now on the Spanish case, despite the fact that the police in our country is considered a case of success. In this paper we try to make a first approximation about the use they give to these social networks, analyzing issues such as their commitment to communication 2.0, the communities they have created and the activity that they develop to disseminate information and interact with the citizens. This will be complemented by a comparison with the main international police forces, which will allow us to point out some keys that justify Spanish success, as well as future lines of research to be developed in this field. El papel de los medios de comunicación y las TIC en las esferas socioeducativas contemporáneas no es asunto nuevo. Sin embargo, sus incidencias en términos de mediación en contextos escolares sigue precisando propuestas de educación mediática que motiven la participación activa y crítica de la ciudadanía. En ese sentido, se presenta una investigación empírica efectuada con estudiantes universitarios de ciencias de la comunicación, quienes hacen parte de un ejercicio de recepción televisiva y de convergencia de medios (TV de streaming, plataforma digital y aula); ello, con la finalidad de analizar sus niveles de competencia mediática y saberes disciplinares de una asignatura escolar, así como de motivar el uso de medios para diversos procesos sociocomunicativos. Se aplicó un cuestionario digital (Ex-Post) a través de la plataforma Edu2.0a una muestra de 105 jóvenes de dos generaciones matriculadas en la Universidad Autónoma de Occidente (México). Después, se realizaron pruebas no paramétricas (Chi-Cuadrado) para explorar posibles diferencias estadísticas en relación con el grupo de pertenencia (generación). Los hallazgos muestran la ficción como una estrategia efectiva para aumentar las competencias mediáticas y los saberes disciplinares en los jóvenes.
媒体和信息通信技术在当代社会教育领域的作用并不是一个新问题。然而,它在学校环境中的调解方面的影响仍然需要媒体教育的建议,以激发公民的积极和批判性的参与。因此,本文提出了一项实证研究,以大学生传播科学为对象,他们是电视接收和媒体融合练习(流媒体电视、数字平台和课堂)的一部分;这项研究的目的是分析他们的媒体能力水平和学科知识,以及激励媒体在各种社会传播过程中的使用。本研究的目的是评估在墨西哥西部自治大学(Universidad autonoma de Occidente, mexico)注册的105名两代年轻人。然后进行非参数检验(卡方检验),以探索与所属组(代)相关的可能的统计差异。本研究的目的是分析小说在青少年媒体素养中的作用,以及小说在青少年媒体素养中的作用。
