Objective To evaluate the mastery of scoring standards by raters in 2018 clinical fundamental skills test of National Medical Licensing Examination phased the first stage, to explore the consistency between standardized patients (SP) and examiners' scores, and to provide more information for relevant research. Methods In 2018, based on the scores of communication capacity and humanistic care from 77 candidates in clinical fundamental skills test of the National Medical Licensing Examination phased the first stage in a randomly selected medical college, use the many facets Rasch model to calculate estimated ability of 77 candidates, analyze the internal consistency of raters and the leniency and strictness of evaluation. Results The results showed that the average estimated capacity of 77 candidates was 2.75 logits, and the most examinees' infit was less than 1.5.The average severity of the raters was -0.55, the severity of the examiners was -0.45, of the SP was -0.70, The difference was not statistically significant. Conclusions Raters have a good command of scoring standards, the overall standard is relatively loose. The scores of SP and examiners were consistent. Academic associations can enrich students' "econd classrooms" and improve their scientific research and collaboration capabilities. At present, there are many researches on academic associations, while few researches focus on medical academic associations. Based on the construction and development experience of the West China Thoracic Association of Students of Sichuan University, this article explores how to better build a talent growth platform for academic associations. The results show that the establishment of a continuous feedback mechanism, talent growth files, and a good cultural atmosphere can play a positive role in the development of medical academic associations. At the same time, the medical academic association can help members improve their scientific research ability and thinking ability, etc., as well as play an important role in the cultivation of medical talents. Facing the epidemic of corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19), it is necessary to find the solution to improve and strengthen the prevention and control system of the outbreak. As educators, we should also think about talents cultivation, especially the training of high-level applied talents as man of action in the field of public health, who possesses solid theoretical knowledge of preventive medicine, capacity of solving practical public health problems and emergency response, strong organizational leadership and broad international perspectives. Therefore, it is imperative to accelerate the establishment of the degree of the doctor of public health (DrPH) and merge the program into higher education curriculum of public health. This article mainly discusses the necessity and feasibility of establishing the degree of DrPH, and puts forward suggestions on its training objective and training program, so as to promote the cultivation of high-level applied public health talents in China. Objective To explore the application of role-playing method in clinical teaching of geriatric medicine in MBBS(bachelor of medicine & bachelor of surgery). Methods Using the experiment control study. The totally 49 MBBS students from Kunming Medical University as the research object, they were randomly divided into experimental group (n=25) and control group (n=24), the experimental group adopts full English standardized patients (ESP) of role-playing teaching method in teaching, the control group using traditional teaching method of teaching, the theory achievement final exam and the form of a questionnaire to evaluate two kinds of teaching methods. Results There was no difference in the theoretical scores between the two groups [(81.43±1.43)vs(81.25±1.25), P=0.91], while the experimental group in the post-class questionnaire was better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant [(6.71±0.71) vs (5.39±0.39), P<0.01]. The evaluation of teaching satisfaction and the satisfaction rate sum of the experimental group [87.5%(21/25)] were higher than the control group [82.6%(19/24)], with no statistically significant difference(χ2=2.909, P=0.573). Conclusions The role-play method used ESP to assisted clinical teaching, so it is an teaching pathway in Geriatrics training for MBBS students. The education system of all-round development of moral, intellectual, physical, artistic and labor is a popular expression of the basic law and logic of the development of high education, and has a very important inspiration for undergraduate education of medicine. Based on the analysis of the development trend of "new medicine" and identification of the close relationship between the internal demand of the current reform of healthcare system and the overall development of human beings, this paper puts forward the main ways of training medical talents in "new medicine" by virtue, wisdom, sports, beauty and labor. Under this requirement, medical colleges and universities should adapt to the goal of national health and the needs of social health care services, adhere to the concept of undergraduate education serving local economy and society, strengthen health education and comprehensive quality education, and focus on training new medical talents who meet the needs of society and develop in an all-round way. A teaching plan is the written form of the design and procedures for a class and is a guarantee of high-quality teaching. The best is selected from outstanding teaching plans in the teaching competition, which needs to be carefully considered from every aspect. Recently, many outstanding teaching plans selected in the national teaching competition came from the Peking University Health Science Center. This article is a preliminary analysis, exploring the methods of writing an outstanding teaching plan, in which the experience of Peking University Health Science Center was introduced. An outstanding teaching plan includes scientific, creative, brief, and artistic principles. The Peking University Health Science Center focuses on combining theory with clinical practice, encouraging interdisciplinarity, improving humanistic quality and scientific research ability, and broadening the international vision in writing a teaching plan. Hopefully, the summary of the writing experience and analysis of outstanding teaching plans would encourage improving the quality of writing a teaching plan and teaching a successful class in medical colleges and universities nationwide. With the rapid development of modern information technology, the hybrid teaching method based on WeChat learning in virtual space through video courseware and organizing question answering guidance in physical space has become a good choice for online public elective courses of medical specialty. In this paper, taking two network public elective courses offered by the Peking University Health Science Center based on WeChat public platform as examples, it expounds the design steps, teaching implementation process and teaching evaluation means of Hybrid Teaching mode, and evaluated the application effect. The results show that the mixed learning mode based on WeChat platform is beneficial to improve students' learning enthusiasm, help students to make a full use of fragmented time for learning, and thus improve the quality of teaching.
