Multi-time Scale Low-Carbon Economic Dispatch of Power System Considering the Time-Shift Characteristics of Energy Consumption of Carbon Capture Power Plant 考虑碳捕集电厂能耗时移特性的电力系统多时间尺度低碳经济调度

Vigorously developing new energy sources such as wind power is an important means to achieve the dual-carbon goal. But, wind power output is fluctuating and random, and its prediction accuracy improves with the shortening of the time scale, and the regulation rate of conventional thermal power plants is slow, making it difficult to cope with real-time wind power and load. Therefore, the traditional day-ahead scheduling strategy has been difficult to meet the requirements of system flexibility and economy. Based on this problem, this paper proposes a multi-time-scale low-carbon economic dispatch strategy for power system considering the time-shift characteristics of CCPP energy consumption. Firstly, the energy consumption time-shift characteristics of the integrated flexible CCPP are analyzed, and its participation in multi-time scale low-carbon scheduling mechanism and scheduling advantages are discussed, and a multi-time scale framework is given. Secondly, aiming at the optimal total system cost, constructs a day-ahead intra-day real-time three-stage low-carbon economic dispatch model of the power system. Finally, the dispatching model is solved by using the commercial optimization software CPLEX. The results of the IEEE-39 node calculation example show that the dispatching strategy proposed in this paper can effectively reduce the phenomenon of wind curtailment and load loss, and achieve the goal of low-carbon economic dispatch.

Inspection of Photovoltaic Panel Surface Cleanliness Using Ratio of Power to Illumination Method 用功率照度比法检测光伏板表面洁净度

Photovoltaic power generation is an important part of the development of green energy, and the dust deposited on the surface of photovoltaic panels can affect the power generation efficiency of photovoltaic power plants through a variety of ways. Therefore, the production needs to detect the surface cleanliness of photovoltaic panels to determine whether the cleaning work of photovoltaic panels is needed. There have been many methods to detect the cleanliness of the photovoltaic panel surface or the dust coverage on the photovoltaic panel surface. In this paper, we propose a ratio of power to illumination method to detect the cleanliness of photovoltaic panel surface from the power perspective with the help of the linear relationship between illumination and photovoltaic panel power generation. The ratio of power to illumination method needs to measure the power and illuminance at each time point under a fixed time difference, and use the ratio of power to illuminance to determine the size of the effect of dust on the photovoltaic panel and initially detect the cleanliness of the photovoltaic panel surface. The ratio of power to illumination method also introduces the ratio of unit illuminance power to specifically indicate the size of the impact of dust on photovoltaic panels, standardize the detection of photovoltaic panel surface cleanliness, and help for production practice with the help of the threshold value of the ratio.

Search-Based Performance Testing and Analysis for Microservice-Based Digital Power Applications 基于搜索的微服务数字电源应用性能测试与分析

Modern digital power applications (e.g., power trading system) are moving toward microservice architecture, in which each service is developed and managed independently, and new features and updates are delivered continuously. It is essential to manifest the performance problem of the application early and often, before the code ships to the production. In this paper, we propose a novel performance testing and analysis approach for microservice based application, which first designs a multi-objective search technique to expose the performance problem, and then detects potential performance bottleneck by aggregating and comparing normal/abnormal traces. The evaluation results on an open source microservice benchmark and an industrial digital power application show that our approach is effective, and can expose performance anomaly and detect performance bottleneck effectively.

A Single-Input Dual-Output DC/DC Buck Converter for Rotorcraft Unmanned Aerial Vehicle 用于旋翼无人机的单输入双输出DC/DC降压变换器

Application of small rotorcraft unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) is expanded greatly with the improvement of its performance, which will lead to the increase of power units. To satisfy the different voltage requirements of these power units, a single-input and multiple-output converter is required during the development of small rotorcraft UAV. Here, we developed a single-input dual-output converter that can output two different voltages. The topology and working principle of the converter were analyzed. We then designed the basic structure of the converter. Furthermore, operation of the single-input dual-output converter was simulated using Simulink in Matlab. The voltage output of the converter was detected by oscilloscope. Our results indicate that this converter can satisfy the requirement of different voltage outputs of small UAVs.

High-voltage Cable Metal Sheath Circulation Suppression Method Based on Short-circuit Current Guidance and its Influence Factors Analysis 基于短路电流引导的高压电缆金属护套循环抑制方法及其影响因素分析

The sheath circulating current of some high-voltage cable exceeds standard, and the circulation suppressor can alleviate this problem to some extent. However, if ground fault happens, the short-circuit current will flow through the circulation suppressor, resulting in over voltage. Therefore, a circulation suppression method for short-circuit current guidance was proposed. The influence of impedance angle, installation phase and impedance ratio of suppressor on the suppression method were analyzed, and the results showed that the circulation suppression method of short-circuit current guidance had the characteristics of circulation suppression, fault current guidance and high safety.

Pitch Deloading Method of Wind Farm for Optimal Frequency Control Performance 风电场调频性能最佳的俯仰降噪方法

As wind power is integrated into the power system, it poses challenges to frequency stability. Wind power needs to participate in frequency regulation, and reserving power is found to be an effective method. However, the amount of excessive or insufficient power deloading affect the economics and requirements of PFR. On the other hand, different power deloading allocation among wind turbines of wind farm affect dynamic performance of PFR. This paper proposes an optimal allocation method for wind turbine reserves within the farm with the object of minimizing kinetic energy loss of wind turbines to improve performance of the farm during PFR. Furthermore, the pitch angle of each wind turbine is calculated through the analytical relationship between the power deloading. The simulation results demonstrate that this method can significantly improve the primary frequency regulation performance of the wind farm in the power system.

A Method for Selecting Harmonic Monitoring Points Considering Correlation between Voltage Value and Harmonic Distortion Rate 考虑电压值与谐波失真率相关性的谐波监测点选择方法

The harmonic distortion level of nonlinear load in distribution network has been widely concerned. At the same time, the monitoring of distribution system is insufficient, and it is difficult to reflect the overall harmonic level by setting fewer harmonic monitoring points. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes a method to determine harmonic monitoring points by using voltage value according to the correlation between voltage value and harmonic distortion rate. The proposed method for setting harmonic monitoring points uses the fundamental voltage value of each bus collected from traditional smart meters. By comparing the correlation between fundamental voltage index and harmonic voltage distortion rate, it is found that the fundamental voltage index has a strong correlation with harmonic voltage distortion rate. It is proposed to use Pearson correlation coefficient matrix of fundamental voltage index to determine harmonic monitoring nodes through optimization algorithm. In this paper, IEEE-14 node is used to verify this method. The results show that the harmonic level of the whole distribution network can be reflected by setting a few harmonic monitoring points.

At the same time, the monitoring of distribution system is insufficient, and it is difficult to reflect the overall harmonic level by setting fewer harmonic monitoring points. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes a method to determine harmonic monitoring points by using voltage value according to the correlation between voltage value and harmonic distortion rate. The proposed method for setting harmonic monitoring points uses the fundamental voltage value of each bus collected from traditional smart meters. By comparing the correlation between fundamental voltage index and harmonic voltage distortion rate, it is found that the fundamental voltage index has a strong correlation with harmonic voltage distortion rate. It is proposed to use Pearson correlation coefficient matrix of fundamental voltage index to determine harmonic monitoring nodes through optimization algorithm. In this paper, IEEE-14 node is used to verify this method. Generation Method of Typical Light-Load Correlation Scenario Set for Photovoltaic Hosting Capacity Assessment 光伏主机容量评估中典型轻载相关场景集的生成方法

At present, photovoltaic power generation has been widely used and more photovoltaic power stations are constantly connected to the power system, which put forward higher comprehensive requirements for the planning and operation of power system on the macro scale. From the point of view of data feature mining and correlation, this paper proposes a method for generating typical scene sets of photovoltaic load correlation taking into account meteorological factors. Firstly, HDBSCAN clustering is used to cluster the comprehensive operation data of the system in the planning period and to screen out typical scenarios. Then different typical scenarios are fused by FP-growth correlation using meteorological characteristics. Finally, a typical set of associated scenarios including the operation of photovoltaic power system is obtained. Taking a city power grid as an example, the correlation typical scene method and the traditional whole-year time sequence method are compared and analyzed. The scenario set of this method contains a series of load and photovoltaic indicators to provide a more comprehensive macro description of the scenario. The experimental results show that the scene set generated by this method can improve the computational efficiency while maintaining a good accuracy. This provides more references for planners on medium and long-term time scale for PV-based power system data, improves the comprehensiveness and scientificalness of planning, and meets the needs of power system for medium and long-term data scenarios.
目前,光伏发电已得到广泛应用,不断有更多的光伏电站接入电力系统,这对宏观上的电力系统规划和运行提出了更高的综合要求。从数据特征挖掘与关联的角度出发,提出了一种考虑气象因素的光伏负荷关联典型场景集生成方法。首先,采用HDBSCAN聚类对规划期内系统的综合运行数据进行聚类,筛选出典型场景。然后利用气象特征对不同典型情景进行FP-growth相关融合。最后,得到了包括光伏发电系统运行在内的一组典型关联场景。以某城市电网为例,对相关典型场景法与传统的全年时序法进行了对比分析。该方法的场景集包含了一系列负荷和光伏指标,对场景进行了更全面的宏观描述。实验结果表明,该方法生成的场景集在保持较好的精度的同时,提高了计算效率。这为基于pv的电力系统数据的中长期时间尺度规划者提供了更多的参考,提高了规划的全面性和科学性,满足了电力系统中长期数据场景的需求。

Control Strategy of Thermal Power Plant-Energy Storage Integrated System Participating in Secondary Frequency Regulation 火电厂储能集成系统参与二次调频的控制策略

The integration of renewable energy sources (RES) such as wind power and photovoltaic have helped to alleviate the problems of energy shortage and environmental pollution. However, it has also presented new challenges to the frequency regulation of the power grid, raising higher requirements on the frequency regulation capability of existing thermal power plants (TPPs). To ensure that TPPs can better accomplish their mission of frequency regulation, this paper proposes a cooperative control method for integrated thermal power plants-energy storage system (TPP-ESS) based on combustion rate feedback. This method significantly improves the effect of TPPs when they participate in secondary frequency regulation by utilizing the rapid response capability of ESS. Furthermore, an active recovery strategy for the state of charge (SOC) is proposed to recover SOC of ESS when needed by using TPPs. Finally, simulations in MATLAB/Simulink are conducted to validate the proposed strategy's effectiveness.

Research on Fault-Tolerant Operation of Flying Capacitor 5-Level DC-DC Buck Converter Based on Balanced Network 基于平衡网络的飞电容5电平DC-DC降压变换器容错运行研究

After the flying capacitor multilevel converter enters fault-tolerant operation, it is very important to restore the normal operation quickly to improve the stability and reliability of the system. This paper mainly studies the fault-tolerant operation analysis of flying capacitor 5-level DC-DC Buck converter. By adding balance network, the process of voltage rebalancing of flying capacitor after fault-tolerant operation is accelerated. The proposed concept is verified by the simulation and experimental results of the flying capacitor 5-level DC-DC Buck converter topology.
