Multi-objective Planning for Rural Integrated Energy System with Multi-type Energy Storage Using Interval Optimization Approach 基于区间优化方法的多类型储能农村综合能源系统多目标规划

Rural areas are abundant in renewable energy resources, such as rooftop photovoltaics, wind power, and biogas digesters, but the renewable energy utilization rate is low, resulting in renewable energy abandonment and high carbon emissions. Developing a rural integrated energy system with multi-type energy storages (RIES-MES) could promote renewable energy accommodation and reduce system carbon emissions, which could effectively address the above problems in the rural areas. This study proposes a multi-objective planning framework for RIES-MES planning decision-making and operating optimization to minimize economic costs and renewable energy utilization simultaneously. Firstly, we study comprehensive resource endowments and constructs the physical model of equipment in RIES-MES. Secondly, an optimal configuration model for RIES-MES is developed to improve economic performance and renewable energy utilization, where the uncertainties associated with renewable energy are addressed through interval optimization. Finally, the Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm-II (NSGA-II) is used to solve this planning model. Numerical studies on a real-world rural energy system validate the effectiveness of the proposed planning framework.

A Dual-Set Path Recovery Model of Power System Considering the Volatility and Randomness of New Energy Unit Output 考虑新能源机组输出波动性和随机性的电力系统双集路径恢复模型

The access to large-scale new energy power generation has caused huge changes in the energy pattern of the power system, and it has also put forward new requirements for system recovery after large-scale power outages. As a type of generator with a sufficiently large proportion, the volatility and randomness of the output of new energy unit have a greater impact on the recovering system. In this paper, the system recovery path is adjusted through the radiation effect of the generator node to reduce the time it takes for the generator node to recover. At the same time, with the help of the frequency stability constraints of the system during the recovery process, a dual-set path recovery model is proposed to distinguish the recovery of the new energy unit nodes from the actual grid connection of the new energy unit, so as to avoid other stability problems due to the volatility and randomness of the output of the new energy generator during the recovery process. This paper provides a new way of thinking for the study of system recovery after widespread power outages in the system. Finally, the practicality of the proposed method is verified by an example of an actual system.

Critical Node Identification for the Power Optical Cable Network Based on Improved Local Neighborhood Search 基于改进局部邻域搜索的电力光缆网络关键节点识别

With the rapid development of power grid system, the needs of information transmission soar. This also leads to the topological complexity increasing of power communication network. The power cable network today becomes a complex network. In such context, damage of a quite few critical components can induce high loss to the entire network. Thus, identification of these critical nodes for power communication network is highly important. In this paper, a method based on an improved local neighborhood search (ILNS) is proposed to identify the critical nodes in a power optical cable network. Firstly, a model based on graph theory is designed to describe the topology of a power optical cable network. To assess the damage caused by node disruptions, Size of the largest connected component is introduced. Then, the ILNS-based method is proposed to identify critical nodes, i.e., communication station nodes whose disruption will decrease the performance most greatly. Finally, a case study based on a real power optical cable network is presented to validate the proposed method.

Equivalent Impedance Modeling of LCC-HVDC Control System Based on Transfer Function Method 基于传递函数法的LCC-HVDC控制系统等效阻抗建模

Aiming at the dc side resonance problem of line commutated converter based high-voltage dc transmission (LCC-HVDC) system, considering the effect of DC control system, an impedance modeling method of control system based on transfer function is proposed. The impedance model can be used to analyze the damping effects of constant current controller, constant voltage controller and constant extinction angle controller at different frequencies. Finally, the proposed method is applied to Xing 'an LCC-HVDC project. The results confirm that the constant current control at the rectifier side has resonance risk near a specific frequency, which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed modeling method for the assessment of DC control resonance risk. The influence of different measurement delay and filtering on impedance is analyzed, which can be used for the design and verification of LCC-HVDC control system.

Active Power Control of Wind Turbine Considering Variation Range of Electrical Power of Non-Pitch Regulation 考虑非螺距调节功率变化范围的风力机有功功率控制

With the large-scale wind power connected to the power grid, wind turbine generators (WTG) are expected to provide active power control (APC) to respond to the dispatching commands. Faced with the fluctuation of power command, the existing APC strategies mainly activate the pitch angle regulation at the rotor speed boundary, whose purpose is only to limit the rotor speed within the speed range. However, the pitch angle setting is random and significantly affects the utilization of the rotor speed regulation to deal with the power fluctuations. Thus, the improved APC strategy is proposed considering the variation range of electrical power of non-pitch regulation. By actively setting the pitch angle corresponding to the power command range, the improved strategy overcomes the randomness of the pitch angle setting, and reduces the frequency of the rotor speed reaching the boundaries, and finally improves the APC performance.

Low Voltage Ride Through of Doubly-fed Wind Farm Based on STATCOM with Fuzzy PI Control 基于STATCOM模糊PI控制的双馈风电场低压穿越

System failure or voltage drop will lead to large-scale disconnection of wind turbines. Aiming at the problem of low voltage ride-through capability (LVRT) of doubly-fed wind turbine (DFIG), this paper firstly analyzes the reactive power regulation capability of DFIG and its power limit. Then based on the operation principle of STATCOM, a fuzzy PI control strategy is proposed to overcome the shortcomings of traditional PI control, such as full response speed and low accuracy. Finally, the DFIG grid-connected model of STATCOM is built by MATLAB/Simulik, and the fuzzy PI controller is designed. The simulation results show that compared with the traditional PI control, STATCOM has the advantages of fast response and strong robustness to improve the DFIG low voltage traversal capability under the fuzzy PI control strategy.

Defect Analysis of Valve Based Electronic Equipment in HVDC Transmission System Based on Association Analysis Algorithm 基于关联分析算法的高压直流输电系统阀门型电子设备缺陷分析

The core equipment of the DC transmission system is the converter valve control equipment. It is crucial to analyze the defects and abnormalities of valve based electronic equipment to ensure the stable operation of the DC transmission system. This paper proposes a defect analysis method for HVDC valve based electronic equipment based on association analysis algorithm. Firstly, based on the basic structure and principle of valve based electronic equipment, the collection of corresponding defect data is introduced; Secondly, the original data is cleaned, quantized and encoded, and then imported into the FP-Growth algorithm. By constructing an FP-Tree, the defect characteristics, influencing factors, and the degree of correlation between various devices of valve based electronic equipment are analyzed. This method can efficiently and intelligently achieve correlation analysis and fault tracing of core equipment defects in DC transmission systems. This provides a theoretical basis for the formulation of maintenance strategies for operation and maintenance personnel. Finally, the effectiveness of this method is verified by a simulation example of defect data of converter valve based electronic equipment in a real DC transmission system.

It is crucial to analyze the defects and abnormalities of valve based electronic equipment to ensure the stable operation of the DC transmission system. This paper proposes a defect analysis method for HVDC valve based electronic equipment based on association analysis algorithm. Firstly, based on the basic structure and principle of valve based electronic equipment, the collection of corresponding defect data is introduced; Secondly, the original data is cleaned, quantized and encoded, and then imported into the FP-Growth algorithm. By constructing an FP-Tree, the defect characteristics, influencing factors, and the degree of correlation between various devices of valve based electronic equipment are analyzed. This method can efficiently and intelligently achieve correlation analysis and fault tracing of core equipment defects in DC transmission systems. This provides a theoretical basis for the formulation of maintenance strategies for operation and maintenance personnel. Jamming Analysis and Experimental Validation of GPS Deception Signal to Electric Patrol UAV GPS欺骗信号对电动巡逻无人机的干扰分析与实验验证

As electric patrol UAVs have gradually replaced manual inspection, the issue of electric patrol UAVs being susceptible to electromagnetic interference has gained more and more public attention. This study conducts experiments to measure the level of interference caused by the patrol UAV's deception equipment. Subsequently, the impact of the GPS deception signal on the navigation system is analyzed, and the patrol UAV's motion rule after interference is described. Finally, the experimental results show that the patrol UAV fails to take off or descend when the intervention of the GPS deception signals. This finding provides recommendations for the safe and stable operation of the power patrol UAV in the future.
随着电动无人巡逻机逐步取代人工巡检,电动无人巡逻机易受电磁干扰的问题越来越受到人们的关注。本研究通过实验来测量巡逻无人机的欺骗设备所造成的干扰程度。分析了GPS欺骗信号对导航系统的影响,描述了干扰后巡逻无人机的运动规律。实验结果表明,在GPS欺骗信号干扰下,巡逻无人机无法起飞或降落。这一发现为未来动力巡逻无人机的安全稳定运行提供了建议。

Study on Collaborative Optimization of Mine Integrated Energy System Planning and Operation Considering Economy-Environment 考虑经济-环境的矿山综合能源系统规划与运行协同优化研究

Regional Integrated Energy System (RIES) has been widely studied and applied in recent years for its excellent economy, flexible scheduling, energy conservation and environmental protection. Combined with the characteristics of mine associated energy utilization and occurrence, based on the research framework of RIES and taking the electric-gas-thermal coupling Mine Integrated Energy System(MIES) as the object, a collaborative optimization method of mine integrated energy system planning and operation considering economy and environment is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the topology architecture of mine comprehensive energy system is given considering the associated energy sources such as lack of wind and water gusher. Then, a two-layer planning-operation collaborative optimization model is proposed, with the upper layer being the optimal capacity optimization allocation layer and the lower layer being the optimal operation layer. An improved particle swarm optimization algorithm based on natural selection is proposed to solve the model efficiently. Finally, a mining area in Shanxi, China is selected for example analysis. The simulation results show that the proposed collaborative optimization scheme can effectively improve the economic and environmental benefits of the system, and verify the effectiveness and superiority of the optimization scheme.
近年来,区域综合能源系统以其经济性、调度灵活、节能环保等优点得到了广泛的研究和应用。结合矿山关联能源利用与赋存特点,基于RIES研究框架,以电-气-热耦合矿山综合能源系统(MIES)为对象,提出了一种考虑经济与环境的矿山综合能源系统规划与运行协同优化方法。首先,考虑缺风、缺水等关联能源,给出了矿井综合能源系统的拓扑结构;然后,提出了两层规划-运营协同优化模型,上层为最优容量优化分配层,下层为最优运营层。提出了一种改进的基于自然选择的粒子群优化算法来有效地求解该模型。最后,以山西某矿区为例进行分析。仿真结果表明,所提出的协同优化方案能有效提高系统的经济效益和环境效益,验证了优化方案的有效性和优越性。

A Demand Side Response Optimization Model Considering the Output Characteristics of New Energy 考虑新能源输出特性的需求侧响应优化模型

With the increasing proportion of new energy such as wind power and photovoltaic power generation, the traditional demand side response scheme is difficult to adapt to the high proportion of new energy systems. Based on this, a demand side response optimization method considering the output characteristics of new energy is proposed in this paper. First of all, according to the historical year's wind and solar output data, study the cluster effect of wind power and photovoltaic, and calculate the assurance rate of new energy in different confidence intervals on this basis. Then, analyze the multi time scale net load curves under different new energy penetration rates, establish the load time division probability model based on the fuzzy semi trapezoidal membership function, analyze the relationship between the new energy output characteristics and the net load distribution, and then establish the demand response optimization model considering the new energy output characteristics according to the elasticity coefficient matrix, which is solved by particle swarm optimization algorithm. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of this method are verified by comparing the calculation results of the current TOU price policy.
