Study on the Economic Analysis of Campus-Level Integrated Energy System Based on HOMER Pro Software: China Agricultural University East Campus Example 基于HOMER Pro软件的校级综合能源系统经济性分析研究——以中国农业大学东校区为例

In this study, HOMER Pro software was used to design and economically analyze the integrated energy system constructed by the East Campus of China Agricultural University. In the design of the integrated energy system, the amount of electricity and natural gas purchased by China Agricultural University in a year is collected. According to the natural geography, climate conditions and new energy types of the regional district, the power supply units of the integrated energy system of the campus are designed to include the power grid, wind power generation, photovoltaic power generation, biomass power generation and lead-acid batteries; the combination of waste heat recovery from biomass generators and gas boilers to jointly supply the heat load of the system can reduce the use of gas, reduce the reliance on a single energy source and improve the utilization rate of resources. With the target of the lowest cost of energy (COE) and net present cost (NPC) for the 20-year design life of the system and the constraint of meeting the energy demand of the East Campus of China Agricultural University, four energy supply scenarios of the East Campus of China Agricultural University were compared and simulated and modeled using Homer software. The objective is to integrate renewable energy sources and calculate the cost of four scenario configurations, the optimal component configuration of this park's integrated energy system under grid-connected conditions, in order to achieve a cost effective integrated energy system operation planning bill. The simulation results show that the scenario with Wind turbine (WT)-Photovoltaic (PV)-Biomas-battery as the energy supply system has the lowest COE and NPC of $0.0671 and $153 million, respectively; in short, after comparing with the local power purchase cost of $0.1, the cost of electricity consumption can be reduced by 32.9%, and most importantly, it helps to create an integrated energy system concept for the park based on new energy sources.

Active Distribution Network Reconfiguration with Renewable Energy Based on Multi-agent Deep Reinforcement Learning 基于多智能体深度强化学习的可再生能源主动配电网重构

Distributed generation (DG) represented by wind turbines and photovoltaic systems has been extensively connected to the power distribution network (DN). However, the random fluctuations of DG pose new challenges to the safety, stability, and economic performance of DN, while distribution network reconfiguration (DNR) technology can alleviate this problem to some extent. Traditional heuristic algorithms are difficult to deal with uncertainties in the source-load and the increasing complexity of DN. Therefore, this paper proposes an active DNR method based on a model-free multi-agent deep deterministic policy gradient reinforcement learning framework (MADDPG). Firstly, the number of fundamental loops in the distribution network are determined and agent for each fundamental loop are deployed. Each agent has an actor and a critic network, which can control operations of the branch switches in the loop. Next, a mathematical model of DNR will be constructed. Then, a MADDPG training framework for distribution network reconfiguration is built, which adopts centralized training and distributed execution. Finally, the simulation cases are performed on an improved IEEE 33-bus power system to prove the effectiveness of MADDPG algorithm. The results illustrate that MADDPG algorithm can improve the economic and stability performance of the distribution network to some extent, demonstrating the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

Design of Trading Adjustment Mechanism for Energy Storage in Electricity Market Based on Equivalent Net Load Fluctuation 基于等效净负荷波动的电力市场储能交易调节机制设计

As the proportion of renewable energy connected to grid increases continuously, the volatility and uncertainty of its output affect the safe operation of the power system, so it is necessary to adjust the trading mechanism of electricity market. As a high-quality flexible resource, energy storage becomes an important means to deal with the challenge caused by renewable energy. How to improve the mechanism of electricity market to better play the role of energy storage is worthy of in-depth research. This paper proposes a trading adjustment mechanism for energy storage in electricity market based on the fluctuation degree of equivalent net load, and establishes a joint market model of energy market and frequency regulation market including storage power station. The example simulation shows that the trading adjustment mechanism proposed in this paper can effectively enhance the role of energy storage, and has a good effect on improving the fluctuation degree of net load and reducing system operating costs.

A Data Trust Model Based on Alarms Considering EVs Participating in Market Transactions 考虑电动汽车参与市场交易的报警数据信任模型

Electric vehicles (EVs) have load and power source properties as mobile energy storage loads. Designing their participation in the electricity market to consume renewable energy efficiently is a highly challenging technical problem for achieving the green transformation of energy. This article first introduced the management mode and data communication method for EVs participating in market transactions. Due to the direct economic impact of data security, accuracy, and final quotation, a direct data trust model was designed for both senders and receivers based on data transmission frequency. Considering alarm information during transmission, a global data trust model for a small network on the transmission channel was designed to determine the accuracy of data transmission in the subsystem based on the probability of data tampering. Finally, the feasibility of the proposed model was verified based on real data from an EV charging station in a province.

Coordinated Inertial Control Method of Doubly Fed Induction Generators and Battery Energy Storage System for Short-Term Frequency Support 短期频率支持双馈感应发电机与电池储能系统的协调惯性控制方法

The high penetration of wind energy brings chal-lenges to the frequency stability of power systems. The doubly fed induction generator (DFIG) is desired to provide inertia sup-port by releasing kinetic energy (KE). However, it may cause over-deceleration and a secondary frequency drop. The installation of a battery energy storage system (BESS) is an effective way to solve the problem. This paper proposes a coordinated inertial control method of DFIGs and BESS for wind power plant (WPP) to support short-term frequency and enhance the frequency na-dir. The equivalent inertia of the WPP is analyzed to allocate power for each DFIG and BESS. In the proposed method, a state of charge (SOC) distribution factor is first proposed to calculate the active power reference of DFIGs and BESS. Then, the allo-cated power reference of each DFIG can be obtained according to its level of KE. The goal of the proposed control method is to avoid the severe SOC decrease and the over-deceleration of DFIG, thus a stable effect for short-term frequency support can be ensured. Simulations performed in DIgSILENT/PowerFactory show the proposed control method has a good performance in improving the frequency nadir, keeping the levels of SOC and KE.

Experimental Analysis of the Influence of the Opening and Closing Behavior of Building Doors and Windows on the Refrigeration Characteristics of Single Air Conditioner 建筑门窗启闭行为对单台空调制冷特性影响的实验分析

The opening and closing behavior of building doors and windows and the setting of cooling temperature have a key impact on the operation and cooling effect of indoor air conditioning. Using the method of field measurement and single factor analysis, the design collected and analyzed the impact and response of the opening and closing behavior of the building doors and windows, the setting of the air conditioning cooling temperature on the indoor environmental parameters, THI(temperature-humidity index) and the power consumption of the air conditioning, and analyzed the dynamic relationship between the use behavior, human comfort and power consumption. The experimental results show that the higher the airtightness of doors and windows of the building and the lower the refrigeration temperature setting of the air conditioner, the smaller the maximum active power value of the air conditioner operation. In addition, closing the doors and windows and raising the cooling temperature setting of the air conditioner can reduce the working time of the air conditioner cooling, especially when the cooling temperature of the air conditioner is higher than 26 °C. There is a significant negative correlation between air-conditioning cooling power consumption and air-conditioning cooling temperature setting and indoor THI index, and the correlation between power consumption and THI index is higher. It is an effective means to effectively improve indoor comfort, energy conservation and consumption reduction to avoid the simultaneous opening of building doors and windows.

Using the method of field measurement and single factor analysis, the design collected and analyzed the impact and response of the opening and closing behavior of the building doors and windows, the setting of the air conditioning cooling temperature on the indoor environmental parameters, THI(temperature-humidity index) and the power consumption of the air conditioning, and analyzed the dynamic relationship between the use behavior, human comfort and power consumption. The experimental results show that the higher the airtightness of doors and windows of the building and the lower the refrigeration temperature setting of the air conditioner, the smaller the maximum active power value of the air conditioner operation. In addition, closing the doors and windows and raising the cooling temperature setting of the air conditioner can reduce the working time of the air conditioner cooling, especially when the cooling temperature of the air conditioner is higher than 26 °C. There is a significant negative correlation between air-conditioning cooling power consumption and air-conditioning cooling temperature setting and indoor THI index, and the correlation between power consumption and THI index is higher. Analysis and Design of Post Insulator of Transmission Line Towards the CRAFT NNBI Test-Bed 面向工艺NNBI试验台的输电线路柱式绝缘子分析与设计

High voltage transmission line (HVTL), which adopts the gas insulated transmission line (GITL) technology, is an important link between the radio frequency ion source system and the power supply system for the negative-ion based neutral beam injectors (NNBI) system. Post insulators in the HVTL play the role of supporting high voltage conductors, and their performance and reliability directly determine the technical level and long-term operation reliability of the whole HVTL. In this paper, two kinds of metal inserts with different structures are proposed and their insulation properties are compared, and then the factors affecting the insulation performance of the post epoxy resin composite insulator are analyzed, including the column radius of the post insulator, the radius of the metal insert, the embedding depth of the metal insert, and the arc height of the metal insert. And draw the following conclusion by finite element analysis: from the point of view of the electric field, the comprehensive good insulation performance can be obtained by reducing the column radius of the post insulator, increasing the radius of the metal insert, reducing the embedding depth of the metal insert and increasing the arc height of the metal insert, appropriately. According to the design requirements of the insulation, the structural design parameters of the main post insulator and metal inserts in the HVTL are preliminarily determined, which lays a theoretical and engineering foundation for the follow-up engineering design of the insulation support of the HVTL.

Remaining Charging-Discharging Cycle Prediction of Lithium-ion Batteries Based on Cumulative Indicator 基于累积指标的锂离子电池剩余充放电周期预测

The remaining charging-discharging cycle (RCDC) prediction is of great significance for lithium-ion battery (LIB) replacement and recycling. This paper proposes to construct a cumulative degradation indicator (CDI) to replace the original DI. The proposed CDI is better than the original DI in terms of monotonicity, linearity, and trend. In the stage of determining the end-of-life (EoL) threshold on the CDI curve, a relevance vector machine (RVM) is introduced to screen a small amount of available samples, and to reduce the prediction error of the CDI EoL threshold. In the experimental verification stage, this paper uses LIB full-life data from NASA to verify the early and long-term prediction performance of RCDC using a small sample. The experimental results show that when the proportion of training data approaches 50%, the prediction error gradually converges to the actual value.

Distributed Robust Unit Commitment Integrating Concentrating Solar Power Plant Considering Central Receiver Operation Mode 考虑集中式太阳能电站运行模式的分布式鲁棒机组承诺集成

The combined operation of concentrating solar power (CSP) and photovoltaic (PV) is an effective way to reduce the curtailment of solar power generation. A distributed robust unit commitment optimization method for CSP and PV integrated system is proposed considering the CSP central receiver operation mode. The proposed method achieves robustness and economic efficiency with fully consideration of the uncertainty of CSP and PV generation. A refined model of CSP plant considering the central receiver operation mode is built to describe the characteristics of solar-thermal-electric energy conversion and the real-time thermal energy storage state accurately. Then a distributed robust optimization method is applied to unit commitment based on the complementary operation mechanism between CSP and PV. The columns and constraints generation (CCG) algorithm is employed to solve the optimization and the total operational cost is minimized. Typical scenarios are generated by data clustering, and the effectiveness of proposed method is verified by numerical results.

Research on Multi-physical Field Simulation Modeling of Nacelle CFRP-metal Structure by Lightning Strike 雷击下机舱cfrp -金属结构多物理场仿真建模研究

This paper summarizes the physical factors considered in the lightning damage research by investigating the technical progress of the lightning direct effect test and simulation of the CFRP structure. Limitations of its theoretical methods on the lightning damage simulation of the CFRP-metal structure have been considered, and its applicable scope has been expended. Consequently, a calculation method for the lightning damage of the CFRP-metal structure that can solve the problems of the nacelle with metal materials such as metal mesh or metal connectors has been proposed. The lightning damage of the CFRP structure protected by ECF and the CRFP-metal structure are both analyzed as application models. The obtained data can be provided as design basis for lightning protection of aircraft CFRP-metal structure.
本文通过对CFRP结构雷电直接效应试验和模拟技术进展的研究,总结了雷电损伤研究中应考虑的物理因素。考虑了其理论方法在cfrp -金属结构雷电损伤模拟中的局限性,扩展了其适用范围。因此,提出了一种cfrp -金属结构雷电损伤的计算方法,可以解决短舱采用金属网或金属连接件等金属材料的问题。作为应用模型,对ECF保护CFRP结构和crfp -金属结构的雷电损伤进行了分析。所得数据可为飞机cfrp -金属结构防雷设计提供依据。
