Tourism represents an activity which, as stated in numerous researches and official documents, is of exceptional importance for the development of the Republic of Serbia. However, during the second half of the 20th century, as well as during the first decade of the 21st century, tourism was not a priority direction of development and did not achieve significant results in development. With regards to numerous measures and activities undertaken since its inception, tourism became one of the priority activities and one of the key factors of sustainable growth and development in the middle of the second decade of the 21st century, until the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. During the pandemic, tourism recorded significant losses, primarily in international tourist traffic. The aim of the work is to analyze the characteristics of development, based on theoretical knowledge and relevant data, and then to look at the strategic goals of the future development of tourism in the Republic of Serbia, which must be aligned with modern development trends and must be based on realistic assumptions of the country's competitive position on tourist market.

Traditional agriculture production needs to be improved in order to provide better results, better and healthier products. In the area of information and communication technologies different approaches, techniques, hardware and software tools could be implemented in agriculture production. UAV's aircrafts called drones are very popular these days. Their use can greatly contribute to the improvement of agricultural production. One of the main uses is to collect data by flying over agricultural land. In this way, the condition of crops on large areas can be recorded in a short time. The main task of the research was processing of images collected using drones over agriculture field. Drone usage, and recording of the land is regulated by regulations that are prescribed by civil aviation authorities. The use of drones can lead to unwanted legal consequences if people or objects whose filming is prohibited are found on the footage. Considering the importance of legal regulations in the field of civil aviation, a special place in this paper is dedicated to the legal regulations regulating the use of drones.

In order for a man as a social being to achieve appropriate social development, it is necessary to know and understand the norms, rules and values of the community in which the individual lives. School life takes place in the interaction between students and teachers. Different forms of aggressive behavior are observed in the school environment. Today, as a protective factor against aggressive behavior, special importance is attached to social skills, however, one of the questions is how effective are the programs based on social skills in preventing maladaptive behaviors among young people? Therefore, the main problem of this research was to examine the relationship between social skills and aggressive behavior of young people, while the aim of the work was to investigate the predictive values of social skills for aggressiveness, and to determine differences in relation to gender and school success. The research was conducted on a convenience sample of 823 adolescents from the area of Tuzla Canton, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Public procurement management is a process in which national governments, local authorities, and their agencies order and pay for products or services needed to carry out their operations. The amount of public procurement in today's countries includes a portion of government spending and constitutes a significant share of GDP. The type of public procurement also includes the emergence of goods that did not exist before. This type of public procurement is most interesting for analysis and research because it focuses on the potential of the public procurement system to stimulate innovative activities and the emergence of innovative products and services, leading to economic development and competitive advantages in the global market. In this paper, we will focus on examples learned from developed countries that utilize the public procurement system to encourage innovation and development.

Agriculture is of great importance in developing countries, and in the Western Balkans it has a large share in economic development and employment, but with a tendency to decline. The subject of the paper refers to the review of the current state of agriculture in the Western Balkans, while the goal is to point out the possibilities of improvement and development of both agriculture and other non-agricultural activities in rural areas, with the aim of diversifying activities and reducing dependence on the primary sector. OLS panel regression showed a negative impact of dependence on agriculture, in terms of participation in GDP and employment, on economic development, while a positive impact was established for agricultural production and export of agricultural products. The Kruskall-Wallis' test showed that the Republic of Serbia is still highly dependent on agriculture compared to other countries of Western Balkans, which is why multifunctional agriculture and diversification of activities should be developed in order to reduce the share of agriculture in GDP and employment. On the other hand, the Republic of Serbia is the leader in the region in terms of agricultural production and export, so it is necessary to work on improving production through the introduction of modern technologies and production methods, so that agricultural products become more competitive on the international market, which would encourage export growth and economic development.

In the changing business environment conditions, one of the primary management tasks is competitiveness enhancement. This goal can be achieved, among other things, by improving performance, which has the greatest impact on business success. This research paper aims to indicate that the alignment between the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) model and the business model leads to an increase in enterprise performance. By applying the Fuzzy Simple Additive Weighting (FSAW) method and fuzzy algebra rules, the aggregated value of quality was calculated. Determining the value of the considered performance is set as a fuzzy decision-making problem. Aggregated performance value is given by fuzzy geometric mean with combined fuzzy algebra rules. By applying correlation analysis, the significance of the influence of business models and quality models on the value of performance was determined. The proposed model was tested on a sample of 20 SMEs that operate in the Republic of Serbia.

With the aim of constantly increasing economic development, and with the constant growth of the population, there was an excessive use of natural resources, which caused the search for a long-term solution and the creation of a concept of sustainable development. For this reason, the paper pointed out the basic aspects of sustainable development in current conditions, considering that modern society puts a heavy burden on the environment and all segments of the socioeconomic system. The paper focuses on the challenges of sustainable development, according to the 2030 Agenda, more precisely on Sustainable Development Goals and challenges in implementing in Serbia and countries in the region. The biggest challenge that hit the world in 2020 and which the Serbia and the countries of the region also faced was the Covid-19 pandemic, so this challenge was singled out and dealt with separately as a challenge to the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals. With conclusion that today sustainable development cannot be spontaneous comes the realization that the process must be guided by international organizations, national states, local governments, all the way down to companies and individuals. That is why the paper outline the basic guidelines and principles of sustainable development of Serbia and the countries in the region, present the current situation in Serbia and future tendencies, and a comparative analysis of the countries in the region in terms of compliance with the guidelines, as well as the challenges in implementing the Sustainable Development Goals.

This study aimed to rank the factors affecting regional competitiveness in industrial clusters of equipment for oil, gas, and petrochemicals in Iran. The research was descriptive-analytical in terms of methodology. In addition, data were collected using questionnaires, whose reliability and validity was confirmed. Moreover, data analysis was performed in SPSS and LISREL. According to the results, the factors affecting regional competitiveness increase were classified into four categories of spatial-geographical relations, institutional-organizational relations, economic relations, and social relations. Therefore, improving the industrial cluster's performance will directly help the oil industry achieve its localization and self-efficiency goals, especially in terms of the supply of equipment. On the other hand, this issue had a significant effect on the development of various economic, social, educational, and employment aspects in oil, gas, and petrochemical regionals.

The overall perspective of the last decades on the economy and society evolution brings to the fore the undoubted influence of the technological progress on the two interconnected key spheres. Digital transformation ensured the transition to new models in almost all fields of activity, being recognized over the years as a real competitive advantage. Moreover, the characteristic circumstances of the modern world lay the groundwork for new directions that support the digitalization, aiming to enhance the quality and performance of processes mediated by specific providers, as well as to satisfy the needs and requirements of final consumers. The financial spectrum, including its all-related activities, was naturally subjected to the digitalization process, thus ensuring the transition from traditional financial services to financial technology. Gaining an increased interest from companies, financial technology, well-known nowadays as FinTech, has certainly gone beyond the limitation to the banking services. In the current context, with a narrow but significant view, FinTech can be defined as the cluster of digital financial services carried out without the intermediaries' intervention. Even though the implementation of FinTech has become an objective for many entities, the process itself can be influenced by various factors. Among the conditions preceding the overall digital transition facilitation, education has often been identified. Under these considerations, the existence of a causal relationship or, at least, of a direct connection between the adoption of financial technology and education can be called into question. Providing a better understanding of the addressed subject requires, as a preliminary step, the analysis of the two considered concepts, namely FinTech and education, from the perspective of existing scientific research. Thus, the purpose of the current research was to identify some notable aspects regarding the potential relationship, at conceptual level, between financial technology and education. Achieving the predefined goal involved performing a bibliometric analysis, based on the scientific publications indexed in the Web of Science database. The obtained results reveal both the growing interest on the research topic, but also the existence of a direct or indirect cause-effect association between FinTech and education.

Digital transformation ensured the transition to new models in almost all fields of activity, being recognized over the years as a real competitive advantage. Moreover, the characteristic circumstances of the modern world lay the groundwork for new directions that support the digitalization, aiming to enhance the quality and performance of processes mediated by specific providers, as well as to satisfy the needs and requirements of final consumers. The financial spectrum, including its all-related activities, was naturally subjected to the digitalization process, thus ensuring the transition from traditional financial services to financial technology. Gaining an increased interest from companies, financial technology, well-known nowadays as FinTech, has certainly gone beyond the limitation to the banking services. In the current context, with a narrow but significant view, FinTech can be defined as the cluster of digital financial services carried out without the intermediaries' intervention. Even though the implementation of FinTech has become an objective for many entities, the process itself can be influenced by various factors. Among the conditions preceding the overall digital transition facilitation, education has often been identified. Under these considerations, the existence of a causal relationship or, at least, of a direct connection between the adoption of financial technology and education can be called into question. Providing a better understanding of the addressed subject requires, as a preliminary step, the analysis of the two considered concepts, namely FinTech and education, from the perspective of existing scientific research. Thus, the purpose of the current research was to identify some notable aspects regarding the potential relationship, at conceptual level, between financial technology and education. Achieving the predefined goal involved performing a bibliometric analysis, based on the scientific publications indexed in the Web of Science database.
