In modern conditions, socio-economic development of regions implies searching for new opportunities and forms of doing business, for instance, making use of the ethno-social potential of territories, and ethnic entrepreneurship. The purpose of the present article is to analyse the opportunities of ethnic entrepreneurship as a resource for the development of the economic space in polyethnic regions. Ethnic entrepreneurship is studied through the prism of the interdisciplinary approach, which allows analysing the concept as both an economic and a sociocultural phenomenon. The article also presents the secondary analysis of the findings of sociological research. In the course of research, it has been found that the two subjects of ethno-entrepreneurial activity are ethnic migrants and ethnic minorities (or the ethnic majority) that are engaged in traditional economic activities. Each of the subjects employs its own ethno-economic development strategy, which is to be taken into account in the general economic development of a certain territory. The conclusion has been made that ethnic entrepreneurship is an established region-specific economic practice, which provides new opportunities for territorial development.

The fundamental aim of this study is to demonstrate the positive consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic while everyone else is talking about COVID-19's adverse effects. Researchers collected data through FGD (Focus Group Discussion) via an internet platform from April 2021 to June 2021. FGD was conducted with final-year undergraduate students from Bangladesh's Sylhet division. We purposively selected 20 students who have good knowledge about the consequences of COVID-19 and who were voluntarily involved at the university's different social clubs. According to this study, COVID-19 has positive impacts on people's life. People spent crucial time with their families, explored their interests, developed a range of new skills, and appreciated the need for sanitation, hygiene, and social separation. Nature recovers energy, and greenhouse gas emissions are significantly reduced to protect the ecosystem. Among other notable positive effects, people build religious learning's in conjunction with crime reduction notions. Researchers study a particular division (Sylhet) of a country, which may differ from that of other cultures and countries. As a result, generalizing the research findings is complex; more research in different divisions of Bangladesh, countries, and cultures is required. The study outcomes are intended to assist the community in building positive psychology to confront the covid-19 and establish a new normal and a guideline for dealing with any impending pandemic. To the best of our knowledge, this is one of the most comprehensive studies on the positive effects of covid-19, as well as a guideline for dealing with any pandemic that may occur in the near future.

A trading company should be viewed as a complex system of organization that operates in a dynamic and multi-conditioned business environment, with the aim of creating economic value for its owners and for the consumers themselves. Constant changes in the environment determine the opportunities, dangers and limitations for trading companies. Therefore, it is necessary for a trading company to precisely define and at the same time realize a number of goals that are mutually compatible and integrated. Since the company is established for the purpose of achieving certain economic and other goals, all procedures, activities and activities of the company and all holders of functions in the process of its business are goal-oriented and oriented. From the point of view of creating the sales policy of trade companies, the margin is of special importance, as the difference in the price that the trade adds to the purchase price in order to cover its costs. Regardless of whether the margin is administratively determined or is formed freely, sales prices are different. This means that, in the system of free margin formation, trade independently determines the difference in price, starting from business costs, planned profit and market conditions.

The possibility of artificial intelligence use for improvement of efficiency of development of hard-to-recover reserves in Russian oil and gas complex are considered in research article. The share of hard-to-recover reserves increases annually in cumulative oil production in the territory of the Russian Federation, therewith ups and downs of prices for oil well-known brands increase the risks of unforeseen costs and material losses when developing new reserves, that is why the authors establish a goal to analyze the efficiency of geological exploration and development of oil hard-to-recover reserves using artificial intelligence technologies and also based on the calculation of a comparative model for assessing the use of artificial intelligence on groups of fields of the Bazhenov formation. Artificial intelligence can have a beneficial effect on decrease of human error risk when selecting potential cased holes and facilitate in choosing the best methods of development and feed production stimulation. As a result of the comparative assessment of the return on investment in the development of wells using artificial intelligence and traditional technologies, the advantages and disadvantages of AI technologies were identified in the context of increasing the economic efficiency of hard-to-recover oil production.

This article is devoted to the study of trends in the management of global economic development in the post-pandemic period. The paper developed recommendations for further development of countries in the context of the recurrence of pandemics. With this in mind, the main trends in the development of countries during the pandemic were considered and the impact of quarantine on the economies of various countries was determined. To model the future actions of states, based on studies of the historical preconditions for the development of countries in the post-crisis period, the basic patterns were identified, allowing to predict different scenarios of world economic development. The article introduces a forecasting method of global economic development based on the quadrant of trust and affluence of the population, which allows predicting various options for post-pandemic development according to four possible scenarios. The first option is a rapid V-shaped growth, which is based on the fact that with a sufficient level of public confidence in the government, as soon as the quarantine restrictions expire, the economy will gain momentum. The second one is the long-term U-shaped growth, which is expected to take place in terms of insufficient public confidence in the government, with a population reluctant to invest in economic growth. The third one is the L-shaped development, which does not provide for economic recovery in the short run due to public distrust and the impossibility of business recovery. Finally, the fourth scenario is the worst one: it's the way of development, that occurs in case of impossibility of survival and complete distrust to the government; the population will be forced to organize protests and revolutions, thus making the economy operate even worse. According to the expectations of international regulators, V or U-shaped recovery of the world economy after the COVID-19 pandemic is expected nowadays. Most businessmen believe that post-pandemic development will be U-shaped. To improve the mechanisms of managing the development of world economies, the directions of development are proposed focused not on capitalist, but social goals. The state should occupy an important place in this process acting as a guarantor of efficient allocation of resources and providing social guarantees to the population during possible further cataclysms.
