The influence of entrepreneurship education has been considered as one of the important factors to grow and develop entrepreneurial passion, spirit and behavior among the younger generation. Their attitudes, behavior and knowledge about entrepreneurship will shape their tendency to become businessmen which of course will open up job opportunities in the future. People have reasons to become an entrepreneur because of the factors that foster intention in him. The purpose of this study was to determine the intentions of Faculty of Economics and Business UKI students in entrepreneurship and factors that influence it. The study was conducted on 95 students of FEBUKI Management Study Program and analyzed using Factor Analysis. The results showed that there were five factors that influenced the entrepreneurial intentions of students of the S1-Management Study Program FEB UKI, namely the Percieved Behavior Control (X3) variable which had the highest loading factor of 0.878, then the Attitude Toward Entrepreneur variable (X1) with a loading factor of 0.858, the Subjective norms variable. (X2) with a loading factor of 0.799, the variable of entrepreneurship education/training (X5) with a loading factor of 0.774, and the family environment variable (X4) with a loading factor of 0.740 with an eigenvalue of 3.291 and a variance of 65.811%, the rest of the other factors that has a variance value of 34,189%. Suggestions in this research is the need for an increase in entrepreneurship education/training so that many students are interested and intend to become entrepreneurs.

Group guidance services, activities, and group dynamics must be realized to discuss various things that are useful for the development or problem solving of individuals or groups of individuals. This study aims to determine the effect of group guidance services in reducing juvenile delinquency or students at Al-Amin Islamic Vocational School, North Cikarang. This research uses correlational technique survey method. The results of the study based on the value of the results of the hypothesis test, the value of the correlation/relationship (R) was 0.764. From the output, the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.583 which implies that the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 58.3%. The calculated F value = 102.246 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. This shows that the proposed hypothesis is accepted, which means that the existence of group guidance services has a very significant effect on reducing juvenile delinquency at Al-Amin Islamic Vocational School, North Cikarang.

Teachers must have good information technology literacy will be able to utilize technology products to support learning interests. Virtual Whiteboards and quizizz are some information technology products that teachers can use as learning media, so that the messages conveyed are clearer and easier for students to understand. In addition, the use of learning media can also make the learning atmosphere more interesting and interactive, as a result, students are more motivated to learn and lead to increased student achievement. The objective of this analysis was to better know and understand the basic principles of learning mathematics at the elementary school level, including to find appropriate learning media that can be used to support the mathematics learning process. This analysis used the literature review method.The results of this study indicated that the collaboration of the virtual whiteboard and the quizizz application can make the mathematics learning atmosphere more attractive, increase the interest as well as motivation in learning, and had a positive effect on student achievement. The results of this study can be used as recommendations for further research.

The objectives of this study were: 1) knowing the effect of supervision on teacher performance, 2) knowing the effect of culture on teacher performance, 3) knowing academic supervision and school culture simultaneously on teacher performance. This study uses a survey method with a quantitative approach. Research locations in junior high schools at Selaru Sub-district, Tanimbar Regency, Maluku Province. All members of the population who were used as the research sample because the population was less than 100 people, the sample of this study were all teachers with civil servant status, suspected of being 77 people, who were famous at 7 junior high schools in Selaru Sub-district. The results showed 18.9% of junior high school teacher performance in Selaru Sub-district was affected by academic supervision, 23.3% affected by school culture, and 28.1% affected by simultaneous academic supervision and school culture. The conclusions in this study are 1) academic supervision partially affects teacher performance, 2) school culture partially affects teacher performance, 3) academic supervision and school culture simultaneously affect teacher performance.

The purpose of this study was to see the extent of the influence of teachers' Participative Teaching Learning on the Improvement of Students' Affective Learning Achievement during the Pandemic Period. The number of samples is 45 people. This study uses a descriptive method, while the data analysis carried out in the hypothesis research is the Pearson product-moment correlation with the data collection tool is a questionnaire for Variable X Effect of Teacher Participative Teaching Learning and Variable Y Student Affective Learning Achievement. To find out how far the influence of teacher's participative teaching-learning on improving students' affective learning achievement during the pandemic, the Pearson Product Moment Correlation Statistical Test was used. From the test results obtained correlation test (r) 0.65 with a determination test of 42.25% and to determine whether or not the correlation coefficient is significant at the real level (α) = 0.05, a "t" test is held with the test criteria if the account is obtained from the calculation greater (>) than a table at a significant level of 1-0.05 with DK = n-2 then the hypothesis is accepted and in other cases rejected. According to experts, there were 2 factors that influence a person in entrepreneurship, internal factors, including demographics (age, experience, education), personality, motivation, and external factors, including family environment (interaction in the family and socio-economic conditions) and work environment. Therefore, the role of universities is needed to provide information, knowledge, understanding of entrepreneurship, and provide a forum for students to become entrepreneurs. This study aims to analyze the relationship between philosophy of life, personal characteristic and entrepreneurial competencies of FEBUKI students. Data were analyze using Rank Spearman correlation and Pearson Product Moment. The results showed that there was positive and partially significant correlation between Philosophy of Life and Entrepreneurship Competencies, amounting to 0.677, there was a positive and significant relationship between personal characteristics and entrepreneurial competencies of 0.696 and there was a simultaneous relationship between Philosophy of Life and Personal Characteristics with Entrepreneurship Competencies of FEBUKI Students of 0.597. Pelaksanaan praktik kerja industri pembelajaran sebagai upaya dalam menghasilkan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan terampil serta siswa yang siap bekerja di dunia industri, Fenomena saat ini yaitu program praktik kerja industri ini lebih memfokuskan terhadap kurikulum dan kebutuhan dunia industri, mempersiapkan dalam memasuki lapangan kerja serta keahlian profesional, yang mana terdapat standar kompetensi lulusan SMK dengan mengintegrasikan dimensi sikap, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan. Lulusan sekolah menengah kejuruan bukan hanya tentang pengetahuan secara teori di kelas, keterampilan terhadap kesiapan siswa di dalam dunia kerja, melainkan juga pembentukan dan penguatan sikap siswa penting dalam penyelenggaran sistem pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelaksanaan praktik kerja industri terhadap karakter kemandirian siswa kelas XII di SMK Islam WIjaya Kusuma. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan metode kuantitif. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan pertama, hasil analisis korelasi regresi adanya hubungan atau korelasi yang positif dan signifikan nilai koefisien korelasi antara variabel praktik kerja industri (X) dengan karakter kemandirian (Y) sebesar 0,712. The purpose of writing this article is to see how effective the Christian religious education strategy is in shaping character in the 4.0 era. Based on the study in this article, the authors found several main problems, namely that there are still teenagers who are addicted to online games while watching pornographic videos. By looking at the subject matter, the paper is here to provide education through the teaching of Christian religious education. But there needs to be a relevant strategy in shaping the character of the teenager. The method used in writing this article is a descriptive research method with the study of Christian religious education strategies in shaping the character of adolescents aged 12-15 years in the 4.0 era. The results obtained in this study are parents, teachers, church and society have the main task in educating young people about a moral life based on Christian values. Thus, the role of teaching Christian religious education in each of these institutions is highly expected to be implemented based on the development of science and technology.

The covid-19 pandemic that has hit Indonesia has shifted the learning system in schools to distance learning or better known as online learning. The implementation of online learning that occurs has brought changes in learning activities that have an impact on students' learning motivation. For this reason, this study aims to analyze the level of student learning motivation during the implementation of online learning during the covid-19 pandemic. In this study, the researcher used a quantitative descriptive method. The subjects in this study were students of class XI at SMA Negeri 2 Samalantan, West Kalimantan. The research sample was determined through a cluster random sampling technique, namely a random sampling technique in groups. The sample chosen was all students of class XI IPA, totaling 30 students. The research instrument is a learning motivation questionnaire with 5 indicators, namely interest, student activity, learning effort, learning independence and time discipline. From the results of the study obtained an average result of 61.79%, which means that students' learning motivation falls into the category of high motivation
