Psychoeducation is an effort to prevent maternal anxiety which should be integrated into maternal health services. Puskesmas (Community Health Center) Sukorejo 1 Kendal in collaboration with Motherhope Indonesia held an online training program and psychoeducation for pregnant women for midwives. However, there are no reports related to the implementation of online training for the midwife to increase their knowledge and skills. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of psychoeducation online training for midwives during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method applied qualitative research with a case study approach. The informants in this study were 1 head of the Puskesmas and 5 midwives. Data collection used online interviews (synchronous and asynchronous) and the WhatsApp platform. The interview guide was used as a guide for interviews that were previously conducted by pilot interviews. The data was then analyzed using thematic analysis with the Miles and Huberman framework. It can be concluded that the benefits of training could be felt by midwives, namely improving mental health literacy, enhancing skill, and changing the midwife’s paradigm. So, needed to improve the online training method of midwives about psychoeducation to rise the psychoeducation midwife’s role for a pregnant woman.

Constipation becomes one of the diseases that are often suffered by the elderly, many factors that affect constipation one of which is fiber intake. The goal of the study was to find out the relationship of fiber intake with the incidence of constipation in the elderly (elderly). The research is conducted with a cross-sectional approach. The number of samples in the study as many as 65 elderly, sampling using purposive sampling techniques. The majority of research results obtained fiber intake of fewer than 50 people (76.9%), constipation as many as 34 people (52.3%), adequate fiber intake as many as 15 people (23.1%), and not constipation as many as 31 people (47.7%). The chi-square test result was p-value 0.010 (? = <0.05), suggesting there was a meaningful relationship between fiber intake and constipation events. The conclusion of a study of less fiber intake can result in constipation in the elderly. The implications of the research are shown so that the elderly can maintain fiber intake patterns and avoid the occurrence of constipation.

Based on data from the Directorate General of Population and Civil Registration (Dukcapil) of the Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri), there are 3.97 million residents who are married and divorced until the end of June 2021. This number is equivalent to 1.46% of the total population of Indonesia, which reached 272.29 million people. The family is seen as an easily broken institution, so it needs to be protected. The family certainly cannot inhibit the influence of other environments on the family environment. It takes the ability to manage all the resources that exist inside and outside the family to overcome family problems, which can protect the family from rupture. Therefore, the effectiveness of implementing family functions is expected to determine significantly family empowerment. The research method uses a quantitative survey method using a questionnaire instrument. The study was conducted in two sub-districts, namely Duren Sawit District as an illustration of urban areas and Jasinga District as an illustration of rural areas. The results showed that the level of empowerment in rural and urban communities was not good because most respondents (47.1% urban communities, 49.3% rural communities) were in the moderate empowerment category.

The Government of Hunut Village, Baguala Sub-district, Ambon City has built several business units to develop the local community's economy. The BUMDES is still experiencing problems, namely the limited working capital and the lack of public awareness to optimize the potential of natural resources and policies that have been made by the Village Government (Pemdes). These factors make BUMDES innovation less developed in Hunut Village so that it has not been able to run optimally. The research results are (1). The Bumdes of Hunuth/Durian Patah Village already have a turnover or income, but it is not significant yet to make the BUMDES revenue source the Original Village Income (PADes) of Hunuth. (2). BUMDES Hunuth is at level 3, which means BUMDES must conduct capacity-building training and marketing feasibility studies. With this approach, the author can provide a more detailed description and explanation of the results of the BUMDes evaluation research in Hunut Village, Baguala District, Ambon City, in 2021.

Analysis of Public Service Performance through Strengthening Motivation of Employees of the Organization and Society Sub-Sector at the National Unity and Political Agency of Maluku Province is the core of this project. With a sample of 30 people and the technique of percentage analysis and conversion through the sociometric choice status index (ISP) in determining improvement priorities by paying attention to the relationship between strengthening employee motivation and public service performance. Strengthening employee motivation has a "strong" relationship and contribution to the performance of public services in percentage and sociometry based on the preferred status index (ISP. 0.740) or 74% with other intervention factors 26%. There is a follow-up to strengthening employee motivation and public service performance in the form of normalization of improvement, which is realized through a sociogram as the final result. The findings of this study prioritize the normalization of strengthening employee motivation and public service performance as a follow-up process that tends to lead to maximization and has implications for the development and progress of public services in the organizational and community subsectors.

Strengthening employee motivation has a \"strong\" relationship and contribution to the performance of public services in percentage and sociometry based on the preferred status index (ISP. 0.740) or 74% with other intervention factors 26%. There is a follow-up to strengthening employee motivation and public service performance in the form of normalization of improvement, which is realized through a sociogram as the final result.
