This study aims to analyze changes in the government bureaucracy in providing administrative services in the COVID-19 era. To analyze the problem, we used a qualitative descriptive method. Observation, documentation, and interviews are the main methods of data collection. The results showed that at the beginning of service during the COVID-19 period, employees were still very slow in responding to community services, but over time the Camat of the Teluk Ambon District Office always provided work motivation and improved services. Aspects of Responsibility were found at the time of the study that the Teluk Ambon District office employees had a high responsibility in completing and providing services to the community. Disciplinary aspects, from the study results, public awareness in maintaining the discipline of health protocols are still very minimal; This is indicated by employees always giving warnings to keep their distance when providing services. In this case, leadership is a determining factor in running the wheels of government organization well and quickly. The Camat as the leader of Ambon Bay always provides advice and work motivation to State Civil Apparatus Employees or non-permanent employees to provide services to the community even in the COVID-19 condition.

One of the essential elements in advancing small and medium enterprises is the availability of Human Resources management. So HR development must be relevant to the needs of small businesses, especially now that small businesses are present in the digital era. So to see the suitability of HR development with the needs of small businesses in achieving their core goals. So we have reviewed dozens of papers on our efforts to find this relevance through reviewing the papers we search electronically on Google scholar-based data. We specialize in papers published between 2010 and 2021, so we can get the latest data. To get answers to this research question, we analyzed the data using a phenomenological approach. We also involve the coding, interpretation, and evaluation system to find accurate, valid, and reliable data findings. So the results include that there is a close relationship between the SDm system and the central ideals of SMEs. Logically, if the human resources are good, the company and the smallest business will quickly improve and efficiently achieve the final goal.

Research in art creation is an effort to preserve traditional arts, especially wayang kulit in the form of character development of the Hanoman character in the Ramayana story through animated 2D media which aims to introduce traditional skills among the younger generation in Surakarta. This research method of art creation uses a qualitative descriptive approach through data sources, including Ramayana puppet shows, literature studies, and competent speakers in the field of puppetry and animation. The stages of analysis from various sources of results from information from both literature reviews and interviews were carried out using an interactive model, where each component of the research includes the stages of data collection, data reduction, presentation and conclusion drawing. Test the validity of the data using data triangulation techniques, namely triangulation of data sources and triangulation of theories. The locations of designing 2D animated Hanoman characters go through several processes, namely: the Envisioning Phase, the Planning Phase, the Design/Design Stage, the Stabilizing Phase, and the Deploying Phase. The Hanoman character in the Ramayana wayang story collaborates with 2D animation technology as an alternative to introducing wayang characters and educational media that are suitable for the younger generation segmentation.

The tourism development program is a sustainable development program that has a vision of achieving equitable economic growth in the community that is based on the utilization of the potential of natural resources and other resources in the community. This study aims to examine the potential and problems in the development of tourism villages in Sambangan Village, Sukasada District as one of the Tourism Villages stipulated in Buleleng Regent Decree No. 430/405/HK/2017 concerning Tourism Village of Buleleng Regency. The research began with an evaluation study using the UCLA CSE model approach. The results showed aspects of the development of tourism villages in Sambangan Village have not yet maximally utilized natural resources or other resources as a viable tourism village product. From the results of the analysis conducted, the development of this tourism village product requires a management model that combines the elements of natural resources in the village with Balinese local wisdom that underlies the life and behavior of the Balinese people in general and requires a touch of technology-based innovation.

The current research was a descriptive study which aimed at exploring Irrires language in West Papua, Indonesia. The exploration was conducted to describe language and culture that correlate with sago palm as well as its processing system, especially lexicon of the nouns that correlates with Sago (traditional food from local plant in Papua) in Irrires language. The research was focused on inspecting the language form of the lexicon which influenced by Tambaraw culture phenomena. The researchers have applied Word of Structure in Morphology which constructed nouns as morphological process. The morphological process was inspected through (1) language meaning and form, (2) the wealth of the word that is owned by speakers of the language, and (3) the list of words arranged to identify the type of Sago. As the results, it is found that there are generic and specific lexicons, such as the sago lexicon, especially the classification between male sago (afes) and female sago (afai). Furthermore, sago stabbing wood (memsug), is also a specific noun which is different from (meckur) which is usually used by most farmers. Meckur is used to grow beans, sweet potatoes, bananas (meney), and sugar cane (meras). Sago also has a navel (agen-gen) which is identical to humans that has a navel.

Buleleng Regency is known for its abundant natural products, one of the typical plantation products from Buleleng Regency is Alfonso Lavalle's black grapes. One of the areas producing black grapes in Buleleng regency is Banjar village. Banjar known as one of tourism destination especially “Banjar hot spring tourist destination”. Along with the development of tourism that leads to the environment, Banjar village community especially grapes farmer tries to develop agritourism as one of the options supporting the tourist attraction in the Banjar district. Wineries have started to be developed as an alternative tourist destination in the village of Banjar through the development of agritourism. The vineyard land began to decrease because the yield did not match the care taken, besides that the price of grapes dropped and easily decomposed. Groups of grape farmers began to look for alternatives to process the excess yields of perishable grapes by processing the yields into traditional processed foods for consumption or use as for Balinese ceremonies. The products from grapes processing such as dodol (kind of sweet food mix with sugar), iwel (Balinesse traditional food made from sticky rice, sugar and grapes), crackers, raisins, grape seed coffee and grapes juice.
