This paper aimed to identify and describe the power of incumbent political symbolism in the simultaneous regional elections of East Seram Regency, Maluku Province. Three candidate pairs followed this election: Alkatiri-Arobi Kelian, Rohani Vanath-Ramli Mahu, and Mukti Keliobas (Incumbent) Idris Rumalutur. Observation results show that the incumbent's political opponent, Rohani Vanath, who is the wife of Abdullah Vanath (former Regent, SBT), is considered to strengthen the politics of political dynasties, where political battles are dominated by coalitions of predatory interests and encourage the marginalization of people's power, as emphasized in Yuki's conceptualization. The global Covid-19 pandemic brought with it various difficulties for established MSMEs and new MSMEs. The purpose of this research is to diagnose the socio-economic situation of MSMEs in the province of Carchi in the period 2020, using a quantitative approach with a simple descriptive type of research, the collection of information was carried out by submitting a sample of 363 mipymes of the province of Carchi, being stratified in the six belonging cantons, once the information was analyzed, it was determined that the main problems are: reductions in income to cover the expenses incurred, which produced an increase in the rate of unemployment and labor informality, 41.5% have had a beneficial impact with the closure of the border, increasing income from sales made, while 45.9% have had a detrimental impact with the closure of the border between Colombia and Ecuador. 41.6% of MSMEs consider the injection of capital through loans as their main activity. 37.3% of MSMEs face the financial pressure of paying requested loans. 43.3% of MSMEs have developed the ability to improve communication, as a strategy to increase sales.

The main objective of this research was to analyze the influence of training on teacher learning, which has a predominant role in the school performance of students. This study was framed in the pragmatic paradigm, as a research methodology, the exploratory systematic review was adopted with a qualitative approach that guides a synthesized bibliographic review. The technique applied was the survey of high school students, for the analysis and interpretation of the results. It concludes, highlighting the importance of training in teacher learning, because among the main findings are the problems in teacher training for the achievement of adequate school performance of students, as well as the lack of attention to the socio-cultural conditions of the students, the reality of rural schools is largely ignored, which means that not all teachers make an effort to improve the educational conditions in their area, due to a lack of commitment from the authorities and members of the educational community leaving aside the preparation to face the challenges of education, in the current era of information and communication technology, harming student learning and school performance.

The research aims to determine the degree of scientific writing at the educational levels: undergraduate and postgraduate of the Universidad Laica "Eloy Alfaro de Manabí”, Chone Extension. Scientific writing is not always an easy practice to handle, a bibliographical study was carried out with a review of different scientific articles that show results related to scientific writing, with a qualitative design; A non-probabilistic convenience sampling was used in a sample of 66 participants who were given a diagnostic evaluation survey. The result was that the most common scientific writing problems presented by undergraduate and graduate students are associated with scientific reading, difficulty in preparing scientific articles, use of grammatical rules, use of bibliographic citations and training in scientific writing.

The latest research shows the importance of early care in children who have difficulties in oral language, this condition has consequences, their socio-emotional development is also affected. of them, causing a negative impact on their relationship with society. The objective is to determine the causes that generate disorders in the use of oral language in patients 4 to 7 years of the Chone Type ¨C¨ Health Center. A sample of 25 patients was taken, 18 boys and 7 girls, who attend this medical unit in search of treatment for their language problem, different factors were analyzed, from the mother's gestation phase, neonatal stage and early childhood correlating them with the development of cognitive ability according to their age. The research has a qualitative approach, in addition the inductive and descriptive method was used. The applied technique was a test that contains a series of oral questions, visual and playful activities to verify the skills and abilities that the patient possesses, according to the evolutionary stage. It was found that children with language disorders also experience social, emotional and interaction problems with other people.

Reading is considered a cognitive activity that stimulates thought in order to make a pertinent judgment, it has also become a great challenge for students. Reading is one of the primary educational processes in education, it allows knowing the level of linguistic development and reading comprehension. The objective of the research is to investigate the reading level and its association with the cognitive development of the students, of higher basic education of the Fiscal Educational Unit "Carlos Julio Arosemena Tola, during the 2021-2022 school period. A questionnaire was applied that allowed to know the low reading level of the students. A mixed qualitative-quantitative methodology was applied. The results have shown that there are several factors that affect the low reading level, from demotivation to the lack of strategies such as extracting ideas and summarizing what has been read. However, there are tools to enhance critical thinking and analytical skills, in which the guide and strategies used by the teacher must be based on the student's level of prior knowledge to achieve a valuable level of reading comprehension.

It must be admitted that as long as a pandemic affected the world, it is continued with every country closing schools but turning on giving in a distinctive approach, often there has been a shift in the values of style, character, and everything related to education. One of the shifts in the past and the character of education worldwide is the impact of implementing machines. To answer this question, we have conducted a series of literature reviews on several complications that actively discuss marine character education during the pandemic and disrupted education from various sports perspectives on the field. This qualitative study entirely used secondary data in the form of scientific reports that have been published in various ways. After a series of in-depth reviews and criticisms, we can conclude the results, among others, that there has been a loss of character education during this pandemic due to a shift in the way of learning in madrasah and school in general, which was previously face-to-face and then turned into distance learning solution.

The target of government in the use of health care facilities for birth process (90% of delivery process in conducted by health practitioners) has not been reached. The research used a cross sectional design. The population included all mothers have given birth process from April to July 2017. The samples were selected using the proposive sampling (with data collection sheet). They were 89 mothers who had previous delivery experience. This study used chi-square test. The data were presented in the form of frequency distribution and percentages followed with narration.The results are: knowledge factor (ρ=0.000 less than α=0.05), habit factor (ρ=0.004 less than α= 0.05), the factor of distance to health care service (ρ=0.001 less than α= 0.05), and midviwe availability factor (ρ=0.003 less than α= 0.05). It is concluded that there is a relationship between knowledge, habit, distance to health care service, midwive availability and requesting midwives to help in birth process.

Mobile applications are currently widely used instruments that facilitate access and navigation in other software, in this sense, more and more institutions of various kinds incorporate this type of innovative technological mechanisms with various purposes, among which tax management from parish governments. as that of the Chirijos community requires, in this context the purpose of this work was based on the design of an application that facilitates citizen user access to platforms such as the Internal Revenue Service both to check their assets and to pay them. A methodology based on the quantitative research approach was applied, of a descriptive type through tools such as click charts, pixlr and canva; obtaining the schematic process flow that details the step by step of the application, as well as the screenshots when accessing the application from the mobile and from the website of the parish government. In conclusion, the design of this practical and useful tool for the inhabitants from anywhere and at any time is emphasized, whose execution responsibility falls strictly on the autonomous decentralized parish government of Chirijos.

This literature review aims to gain understanding in the form of evidence of scientific studies that explain the legal status of digital financial transactions according to the knowledge of Islamic economics. The author believes that as technological civilization advances, it also impacts economic practices from conventional to modern ways. On the other hand, Islam also has a fundamental principle regulating business economic activities based on sharia law. To obtain evidence from field studies that support the problems of this study, the search for data has involved several sources of Islamic economics literature in economics and business journals both nationally and internationally that discuss issues of electronic transactions from an Islamic perspective. Based on the results of the study and discussion, we can conclude that the effects include the legal status of digital financial transactions according to the philosophy of Islamic sharia economics as far as the practice is following fiqh, which is the basic principle of transactions in muamalah studies, along with technological advances. Thus, this finding becomes helpful input for parties, including academics, in carrying out further studies of Islamic economic law.
