The present study investigates the behavior of passive control systems or structures using tuned mass dampers (TMD). It also investigates the effect of near fault earthquakes on the performance of control systems. To this end, foureight, and fifteen storey steel moment resisting frame (MRF) buildings were designed three dimensionally with Tuned Mass Dampers and subsequently modeled in a finite element analysis program — OpenSees, and analyzed diachronically. First, Models that use Tuned Mass Dampers and those that do not use them were analyzed. Then base sheer and inter-storey drift were computed in both states. Finally, the effect of the number of stories and the frequency content of near-fault earthquakes on the performance of the structure was investigated.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the shock on markets of rival markets (currency, gold and housing) on Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE) returns. The oil price variable has been used as a moderating and non-monetary factor for the government in the economy. In the present study, seasonal data of 1991-2016 was used using modified dynamic model of autonomous autoregressive model of time parameter change. The results show that the shock of the variables of price of currency, oil price, government expenditures and liquidity has a positive and significant effect on stock returns, but the price of gold and private sector investment in housing have a negative effect on stock returns and private sector investment is more than the time dimension It takes time to minimize all of its effects on stock returns and gold prices. It can be argued that real variables are more effective than price variables on stock returns and, over a longer period of time, lead to the stabilization of capital market conditions.

The waves of modernism which led to minimal liberal stein the first wave, democratic welfare state in the second and post modernismsince 1990s in the third resulted in servant government, reinforcement of civil society and neoliberalism which were followed by global economy and concept of good governance. These changes led to a new approach to administrative law. Due to crisis in modernism and welfare state in 1970, a new approach called “Fundamentalism” or “Yellow Light” Approach was defined as the main objective of administrative law which was the sum of state-centric approach (i.e. red light approach) and citizen-centric approach (i.e. green light or instrumentalist approach). It identified a new concept called “Administrative Justice” which led to fields of administrative control on one hand and efficiency and effectiveness of administrative system as well as attention to its requirements on the other. Citizens and their demands are the priority in this system. It lend to a trend in which the whole administrative system was under constant surveillance to become an accessible, fair and efficient through measures such as devising methods for possible civilian complaints against administrative decisions. The present study aims to examine this modern concept and characteristics of a proper administrative system as well as the association among general principles of administrative law, administrative decisions, good governance and judicial supervision.

Examining the effect of Iraq, Iran and other countries of Persian Gulf, as well as the external factors, on the mechanism of controlling power and maintaining stability during 1970s is an important issue in the history of the Persian Gulf. Iraq's occupation of Kuwait (August 8, 1990) was the last strike to the control mechanism in the strategic region of Persian Gulf, a mechanism that had been seriously damaged by the victory of the Islamic Revolution in 1979. During eight years of the Iran-Iraq war, the ineffectiveness of this mechanism was proven. However, the definitive death of this mechanism occurred when Iraq was uprising against the existing semi-armed state and tried to redefine its position by changing the structure and dividing the power of the regional system. At that time, the Islamic Republic of Iran, neither could nor wanted to play the role of a control mechanism in the regional system. On the one hand, the six Arab states of the region, which formed the Persian Gulf Cooperation Council and created the rapid reaction force and also a common defense shield, were attempting to deploy an internal control mechanism without requiring the two powers of the region, namely Iran and Iraq, while practically, it was revealed that without the support of transnational intervener players, they were unable to survive and maintain the region's system. Thus, formation of a coalition by major western powers for the liberation of Kuwait, the control mechanism that worked in shadows during the years after the 70s and only came to the scene at times of crisis and when the regional system was at risk played the role of regulating the equations and relations of the Persian Gulf region.

Manpower is one of the factors that affects the survival of organizations and is always considered by authorities and managers of organizations such as hospitals. The objective of this research is to investigate the relation between five big factors of personality with emotional intelligence and its aspects on managers and staffs. The research method is descriptive and of correlation type. The statistical population of this research was all managers and staffs of NagayaHospital. The research sample contains 300 individuals (188 female and 112 male) which were selected through random sampling. Research measuring tools consist of Neo five factor scale and emotional intelligence of Austin et al (2004). Research findings were analyzed by using correlation coefficient and regression analysis. Pearson correlation analysis showed that there exists a meaningful positive relation between personality features of conscientiousness, openness to experience and extraversion with emotional intelligent and its aspects and a negative relation between neuroticism and with emotional intelligence. Also regression analysis results showed that extraversion and openness to experience with positive relation and neuroticism with negative relation are the predictors of emotion regulation aspect and personality features of openness to experience, neuroticism and extraversion are predictors of emotion evaluation aspect, and again extraversion, neuroticism and conscientiousness are predictors of emotion exploiting aspect of hospital managers and personnel. Research results in general shows that neuroticism, is the best predictor of emotional intelligence of managers and staffs which can act as a vulnerable factor and whatever this factor is stronger in managers and personnel, the probability of emerging work problems such as low motivation and performance reduction is higher.

Industrial, mining, and production activities have socio-cultural aspects in addition to physical and material aspects. Modern work is a social phenomenon even more work of communities, which has lagged technical environments and pre-modern mechanisms and less separated from their social environment. Social organization of work is one of the concepts, which has different definitions and scope of application in various fields such as management, social science, and sociology. Social organization of work has two aspects, formal and informal. Identity is one of the most important social structures that affect all aspects of people's lives directly and indirectly according to its nature and structure. This article examines the relationship between social organization of work and identity in mineral and industrial complex of Gol Gohar in Sirjan. Necessary information for this research achieved by scrolling method of a sample including 400 people in Gol Gohar Iron Ore complex and its affiliates, including Gohar company with 2000, Jahadnasr with 1500, Pamidoo with 500 employees, and almost close to 4805 people and obtained by simple random sampling. Pearson correlation and multiple regression used to analyze the data. Regression analysis shows that the informal social organization and formal social organization variables had a significant positive relationship with staff identity.
