The purpose of this article is to point out that the place is the elemental identity of the users, and in addition to the fact that a person can acquire knowledge of the place, on the other hand, the feeling of privacy and crowd it originated from the place, an examination of how these feelings emerge in the urban market. Since the market is one of the main components of cities and in addition to local business for the community, the center of riots and politicians, and so on, it can be mentioned: The linear form of the traditional market has created a sense of congestion in users, and the crowd is causing negative behaviors due to direct connection with social pressure. Our traditional tradesmen have been able to convey the feeling of privacy to the users in the face of the crowd in the market. Give Considering the fact that markets such as Ganjali Khan Kerman, Isfahan Market and Shiraz Lawyer's Market are based on a pre-designed design, all of them have coded maps, they can be considered worthless examples. The present study considers how to formulate and shape the market linearly. The results of this study show that spaces associated with the market such as Razand, Dalan, Sara, Khan Bar and ... along with the market have been designed as a complete set, as well as our traditional architecture with The use of these spaces has created a desirable atmosphere as well.

Reducing the country's water reserves is a problem that has its effects in various areas, such as climate, agriculture, vegetation, and so on, and an analysis of this dilemma is also an issue that needs to be analyzed in different ways. In this paper, using a systematic approach to the dynamics of the system, the dynamic relationship between municipal water and urban green space in Shiraz will be considered as one of the major cities of Iran. The system model of this study was simulated and analyzed using the above-mentioned approach and with DSS Vensim software. The analytical results of the research indicate that, if the water consumption is continued in accordance with the current situation, in the near future we will see the completion of municipal water. In this regard, the sensitivity analysis and the presentation of different scenarios of this problem were examined. The results of simulation and modeling indicate that thermal islands and construction are one of the most important factors affecting the increase of water. Also, the most important factors affecting water loss, type and rate of water use in the Shiraz municipality are vegetation cover. In this regard, the quantitative results of the model show that if water consumption per square meter can be reduced by 40 percent, 242 million cubic meters of total water will be saved in the 30-year period of simulation.

During the past three decades, a significant amount of research on the structure of maturities (grace period) focused corporate debt. More recently, the role of corporate governance in determining the maturity of the debt has emerged as a central theme in the literature. The corporate governance literature has shown that self-interested controlling owners tend to divert corporate resources for private benefits at the expense of other shareholders. Such behavior leads the controlling owners to prefer long maturity debt to short maturity debt, to avoid frequent monitoring by lenders, which creates conflict between controlling and minority shareholders over the maturity structure of debt. In this paper, we examine whether the presence of multiple large shareholders (MLS), beyond the controlling owner, helps to mitigate this conflict. This result suggests that MLS curb the extraction of private benefits by the controlling owner and reduce her preference for less monitoring through the use of longer maturity debt. The findings are robust to a number of checks, including addressing endogeneity concerns and using alternative sample compositions and alternative regression frameworks. For estimating the model, STATA 15 software was used. Based on the results of major shareholders and there is a significant debt maturities. The distribution of voting power between large shareholders and debt maturity there is no correlation. There is significant relationship between the power of the ultimate owner and debt maturities. Nowadays, population growth and industrial development have led to a shortage of suitable land for geotechnical purposes in order to construct the structures. In such cases, the quality of inappropriate soil should be geotechnically improved. The requirements for improving of soil and the need for the development and application of new methods and modern technology have made soil improvement inevitable. The aim of this study is investigating the effect of the stone column (as a soil improvement method) on soil bearing capacity. Furthermore, the parametric analysis of the geosynthetic stone column and the load-settlement behavior of improved and unimproved soil are shown. In order to simulate stone columns, PLAXIS 2D software is used. Then the numerical results are compared with each other to do sensitivity analysis of every parameter. In this paper, some useful and technical comments are presented to achieve optimal design by analyzing the effective parameters such as spacing of columns, strength properties of soil and stone column and reinforcement stiffness.

Abstract The need for construction and creation of underground spaces to provide parking or subway lines is increasing day by day. One of the most important issues during deep excavations is the possible damages or failures caused by that on the adjacent structures. The excavation leads to release of tensions in the soil and consequently, movements in its surrounding zone. On the other hand, one of the most complex and sensitive tasks of geotechnical engineer is to predict, control and prevent from damage caused by soil movement in excavation. The damage and failure of adjacent structures is mainly occurred due to the occurrence of tensile strain in the walls and other elements which leads to cracks with different dimensions and widths. In present article, it has been tried to investigate the effect of different soil parameters on performance and failure (damage) level of the structure adjacent to an urban excavation with depths of 14 meters in sandy soils through Hardening Soil Behavior Model of Plaxis 3D Foundation Software. In this excavation, the soldier structure has been used in the form of reciprocal bracing method and the results of this paper shows the effect of each soil parameters on the performance level of the adjacent structure. Based on these results, it is observed that the Cohesion, Young Moduls and Internal friction angle of the soil have the greatest effect on the performance level of the adjacent structure.

Nowadays, it is necessary to implement advanced development infrastructure, such as high buildings and subsequently excavation with the growth of population and urban development. In excavation operations, one of the most important parameters affecting overall soil stability and good performance is deformation of wall construction. Several soil reinforcement methods are used to reduce and control deformations and to provide stability against failure. In this regard, one of the most effective, cost-effective and most widely used methods is the implementation of soil-nailed walls. Predicting the degree of deformation and the optimal design of soil nails a major issue in the process of designing and analyzing soil-nailed systems which has been studied by many other researchers. The purpose of present study was to investigate the three-dimensional effect of nail angle. This angle change (deflection) which can be due to the underground disputes or construction problem has been investigated and its effects on soil-nailed wall deformations evaluated through three-dimensional Software of Plaxis 3D 1.6 Foundation. The obtained results showed that nail angle can lead to increase wall deformations. However, the deformation caused by nail angle changes is not significant up to the value of 30 degrees.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the role of financial reporting in reducing the limits on dividing profits into investment decisions. The statistical population of this research is the companies listed in the stock exchange. Using the Cochran formula and random sampling method, the research sample consisted of 99 companies during the years 1339-1391. Financial reporting as an independent variable and investment is considered as a variable dependent on the segregation of high growth companies and low growth companies. To test the hypotheses of this paper, multiple regression models have been used in combination data. To determine the financial reporting of the accruals model of Dicha and Dicho (2002), which is used by MC Nicole (2002) by MS Nicole. The results of the hypothesis test, according to the model's estimation, show that the negative effect of reporting quality on the effects of dividend policies is stronger in growing companies than other companies, but because of the lack of significance of reporting quality factors and the distribution of profits The model cannot confirm this hypothesis.

Licorice is an important medicinal herb used in different forms in many industries including pharmacy and food and tobacco industries. With a sweetness degree of 30-50, and sometimes 100 times higher than that of glucose as a permitted low calorie sweetener and flavor intensifier. Today, new processes have been developed to extract natural sugars such as glycyrrhizin and Mono Glycyrrhizic Acid, MGA, from licorice roots. Hot water extraction is a beneficial technique for refining bioactive molecules at the temperature range of 50 to 100. This study evaluated this method. The design of experiments and optimizations for achieving the ideal process parameters, aimed at maximizing MAG extraction, were performed using modern RSM. The results revealed that the best operational conditions are as follows: temperature=96, time=6 hours, water to feed ratio=70 ml/g, pH=12 and purity and mean efficiency=70% and 8.37%, respectively. Hot water extraction can be used as an efficient and cost-effective technique.
