Teacher involvement is very important to make learning fun. In the current education situation, not everything is smooth because Indonesia is one of the countries affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. School closures are an effort to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. This causes many students to have difficulty in learning chemistry because they cannot meet face to face. The research method in this research is classroom action research (CAR). This research was carried out in class XI IPA 4 at SMA Negeri 1 Sumberpucung by applying online learning based on google meet. The result of this research is that in the first cycle students who experience complete learning are 66.66% and in the second cycle 91.66%. So that through google meet-based online learning can improve chemistry learning outcomes.

Berdasarkan pengamatan pada hasil kegiatan pembelajaran, ditemukan masalah tentang kurangnya kemampuan berbicara pada anak kelompok A di RAM NU 181 AL KAROMAH Gresik. Melihat masalah tersebut maka diperlukan upaya peningkatan pada kemampuan berbicara anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengembangkan kemampuan berbicara anak melalui metode tanya jawab dan bermain dengan media kartu gambar. Dengan menggunakan media kartu gambar diharapkan kemampuan anak dapat meningkat dan lebih aktif dalam kegiatan berbicara. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 siklus. Hasil perbaikan pembelajaran pada siklus I menunjukkan tidak semua yang di rencanakan di Rencana Kegiatan Harian (RKH) I – V berjalan sesuai harapan guru. Pada siklus I diperoleh data hasil kegiatan yakni baru 56 % kemampuan berbicara anak yang dapat ditingkatkan. Untuk itu dilakukan perbaikan pembelajaran pada siklus II. Hasil dari pelaksanaan perbaikan pembelajaran siklus II menunjukkan hasil kegiatan mengalami peningkatan yakni 87 % kemampuan berbicara anak yang dapat ditingkatkan. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa media kartu gambar efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara anak.

Ponorogo as a cultural city in East Java, besides being famous for Reyog, Ponorogo also has a wealth of local wisdom. One of the local wisdoms that is well-known in the wider community and until now the tradition in it is still very rich, namely the folklore of Golan Mirah. This folklore has noble educational values that are relevant to Javanese speech. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze educational values in the Golan Mirah folklore and their relevance to Javanese poetry and its implementation in this 4.0 era. The method used is descriptive qualitative research. The results of this study are the relevance of the educational value in the folklore of Golan Mirah and Pitutur Jawa, namely 1) Anak polah Bapa kepradah; 2) Adigang, adigung, adiguna; 3) Sura dira jayaningrat, lebur dening pangastuti; dan 4) Desa mawa cara negara mawa tata.
