The industrial revolution in the agricultural sector is faced with demographic challenges (ageing), so intelligent technology, artificial intelligence, big data, and augmented reality are strategic choices. The application of information technology has a direct or indirect impact on Indonesia's agricultural sector, so coffee agribusiness cooperatives' information and communication technology (ICT) is also increasingly needed to respond to market demand. Along with the development of automation, physical, cyber systems and IoT, coffee cooperatives need to be ready and adapt to the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 in capturing market demand opportunities, value chains, and the added value of coffee agribusiness. ICT's presence can improve the performance and institutional sustainability of coffee farmers in rural areas, including cooperatives. Performance is a description of the achievement of organizational tasks to realize the goals, objectives, mission and vision of the organization and its business. The performance of the cooperative describes the services provided to its members and the community/farmers as measured by using indicators to see the working mechanism of the organization and its business that has been carried out and to determine the achievement of the objectives obtained. Meanwhile, the ability to innovate is essential, especially the use of ICT, which is deemed necessary to support the performance and sustainability of coffee cooperatives, so that cooperatives can compete, be stable, or survive in the era of increasing free competition. . Quantitative descriptive method with Linear Regression analysis was used to identify the effect of cooperative capability on the performance and sustainability of cooperatives in several coffee cooperatives in West Java. The study's results found that the power of the cooperative did not significantly affect the performance of the Coffee Cooperative. Still, the capability of the cooperative had a positive and significant effect on the sustainability of the Coffee Cooperative. At the same time, the performance of the cooperative has a positive and significant impact on the sustainability of the coffee cooperative. The ability of cooperatives has a positive and significant effect on sustainability mediated by the performance of the Coffee Cooperative in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. This study recommends increasing the capabilities of cooperatives in membership, management, and business models to become sustainable cooperatives based on information technology to achieve added value from market-driven coffee products.

BPJS Kesehatan initiated an operational study on the implementation of the INA-CBGs and Global Budget mixed- method hospital payment system. Since 2018, trials have been carried out in 5 districts and 30 hospitals. In contrast to the INA-CBGS system, the Global budget is a method of hospital funding paid in advance by BPJS Kesehatan for all services/activities for one year that in its calculation it will consider the number of services in the previous year, upcoming activities to be carried out, and hospital performance. The trial will carry out in three stages, namely the Non-Risk Global Budget, the Partial Risk Global Budget and the Full Risk Global Budget. In its implementation, although the global budget has been initiated since 2018, the model or formulation in implementing the global budget policy still requires further study. The purpose of this study is to see the process of implementing the trial and obstacles arises to find the most suitable implementation model. The research method used is a qualitative method with a case study approach. The research subjects were Sumedang District General Hospital, Pakuwon Hospital and Harapan Keluarga Hospital. Since September 2020 they begin to receive real quarterly payments with a non-risk stage to hospitals. The amount of withhold used in this study is 30%. The amount of the budget is calculated based on the calculation of the last three years from the hospital's financial records. Preliminary results, shows that this trial is still ongoing and to continue the payment system for the second stage, the hospital withdrawn their participation is this program as there are discrepancies in the way of calculating finances in setting the budget, determining of the amount of risk that must be borne by both parties and the withhold policy. which is considered burdensome by the hospital, especially for regional general hospitals.

At the time of writing, the government of Republic of Indonesia releases the warning the danger of new variant of Covid-19, Omicron XBB. Long after people get used to live on “the new life after pandemic”, we might perceive that the danger of Covid-19 has no longer considered as threatening as it used to before. Looking at how people perceive their life after new normal, this study aims to describe the conceptualization of Covid-19 newest variation, Omicron XBB, in online mass media. This study is conducted using a qualitative descriptive method that aims to depict how online mass media conceptualize the newest variation of Covid-19, Omicron XBB today. The data were gained from the news headline on online mass media in Indonesia, ranging from October to mid Desember 2022, and were analysed using the framework of the Conceptual Metaphor Theory (CMT). The results show that the Omicron XBB is no longer conceptualized as a war but later it is more depicted as a mobile thing/human.

The inappropriateness in use of public monies has been cited as a major distractor towards achievement of development goals enshrined in our constitution. It has been largely attributed to the procurement practices adopted. The main objective of this study was to determine effects of information technology on service delivery of County governments in western Kenya region. The target population for this study entailed 228 officers who were categorized into chief officers, Directors, Finance officers and procurement officers. This study employed stratified random sampling towards picking a sample of 174 respondents. Information technology from the findings of this study had a significant effect on the delivery of services among counties in western Kenya region. Particularly, as Information technology changes by one unit, service delivery changes by 0.309 units units (β2=0.309, P<0.05). The F value obtained df (1,161) =84.947, P<0.05, that gave support to the goodness of fit of the model in adducing variance in the dependent variable. It meant too that Information Technology is a useful predictor of service delivery. This study therefore recommended that County Governments should view and treat information technology as a critical component and resource since its application in procurement activities improves delivery of services.

This study aimed to acknowledge the effect of linen management on the health and safety of laundry workers at ‘X’ Hospital in Bandung. The method of this research was a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out by means of field observations, questionnaires, literature studies and internet browsing. The results showed that the effect of linen management on the safety and health of laundry workers was 37.5%, while 62.5% of the effect was influenced by other independent variables which were not included in this study. In the hypothesis test conducted by the author, the results of the t test were 3.549, which means t count > t table (3.549 > 2.776) so that there is a positive and significant influence between linen management and the health and safety of laundry workers at Muhammadiyah Bandung Hospital. The research found the following problems: 1) poor coordination with the nursing department so that errors still often occur in sorting linen, 2) lack of adherence to procedures, especially personal protective equipment so that it can cause washing workers to be exposed to chemical fluids, and 3) the process of recording all incidents or potential accidents do not go well in the laundry unit. The suggestions given to fix the problem are: 1) to improve communication with other units, 2) to carry out a level of supervision regarding compliance with standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE), and 3) to record all things that may become potential accidents in the report.

Customer loyalty is significantly influenced by customer relationship management. The most crucial thing for management to do is to uphold trust and service standards so that clients are satisfied with the products and services the business offers.
