Human development is now seen as a measure of the success of the development of a nation which is closely related to the economic, social, cultural, political and environmental fields. The success of human development is measured based on the Human Development Index (IPM). Boyolali Regency is one of the regencies in Central Java Province which has diverse and abundant natural resources. The large potential of natural resources owned should be in line with the quality of human development. However, it turns out that this is not in line with the HDI value of Boyolali Regency which is still below the average HDI value of Central Java. So that the Boyolali government continues to strive to maximize the potential and increase the HDI value. Based on this, it is necessary to do forecasting as a reference to maximize the level of human development in Boyolali Regency in the next few years. In this study, HDI forecasting in Boyolali Regency was carried out using the Double Exponential Smoothing method from Brown with the data used is HDI data in Boyolali Regency from 2011 to 2021. The data used was obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) Boyolali Regency. HDI forecasting was also carried out using the arithmetical method, and the best forecasting results were compared between the two methods based on the mean absolute percentage error (MAPE). Forecasting results using the Double Exponential Smoothing method produce the best alpha smoothing parameter values of 0.91 and MAPE values of 0.4061%. Meanwhile, using the arithmetic series method, the MAPE is 0.4704%. Both methods produce MAPE values with very good criteria, so that both methods can be used for forecasting. However, based on the criteria for the smallest MAPE value, the Double Exponential Smoothing method is used. The results of the HDI forecasting using the Double Exponential Smoothing method for 2022, 2023 and 2024 are 74.61, 74.81 and 75.02 respectively. While the results of forecasting with arithmetical method for the same years are 74.93, 75.45, and 75.98.

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused many companies to have significant losses that affect their going concern and opinions from auditors about it, such as the case of KAP Satrio Bing, Eny (SBE) and partners, affiliated Deloitte Indonesia for not providing a audit opinion going concern on SNP's finances, where the condition of the company`s increase debt and repayment failure, so due to financial difficulties they committed fraud by manipulating financial statements. This study aims to examine the effect of financial distress, liquidity, leverage on audit opinion going concern partially on companies listed on IDXESGL during the pandemic (2019-2021). The method used is explanatory with a population of 30 companies listed on the IDX during the period 2019 to 2021 with a sample of 29 companies. The analytical technique used is logistic regression with a significance level of 5%. The results showed that liquidity had an effect on audit opinion going concern, while financial distress and leverage had no effect on audit opinion going concern. This audit opinion going concern can be avoided by managing current assets effectively so that they are able to meet their current liabilities. The results of this study are expected to provide contributions and considerations for auditors in issuing audit opinions going concern and for companies to determine indicators that affect their going concern.

The last few decades have seen significant research in the fields of innovation and leadership. The act of motivating, influencing, and directing team members toward the intended objectives is referred to as leadership. However, the term of leadership is broad and has various definitions. It encompasses and influences a range of methods, circumstances, aptitudes, and attributes. On the other side, innovative leaders are creative thinkers who may produce concepts that serve as the foundation for innovation. Understanding the principles of leadership and innovation is essential before one can fully comprehend the true meaning of innovative leadership. This study combines the two terms, reviews the innovative leadership style that will be discussed in the literature, and gives a general summary of how the two terms affect employees' performance.

When investing, investors tend to only pay attention to the Risk of the value owned by an individual stock (Value at Risk) when there is a risk of another, namely systemic Risk. Systemic Risk is the Risk that has the overall effect on the Risk of another. Systemic Risks of Islamic stock issues are discussed in this study. This study analyzed whether there is any significant relationship between individual Risk (Value at Risk) in Islamic stocks with systemic Risk. Systemic Risk is calculated using the Conditional Value at Risk (CoVaR) with an estimated Quantile Regression Model (QRM). Based on the data processing results, the stock with the highest Value at Risk is PT Astra Agro Lestari, Tbk (AALI), whereas the stocks with the highest systemic risk value are PT. Astra International, Tbk (ASII). This indicates no significant relationship between the Value at Risk and Systemic Risk.

Poverty is still an issue for Indonesians. In Indonesia, several provinces still have poverty rates above 10%. Central Java is one of them. The human development index (HDI), the quality of education, the minimum salary, and population growth are all factors that contribute to the unemployment rate and poverty. During the years 2019–2021, the study aims to understand the relationship or correlation between education and population increase in poverty in central Java province. We acquired a value of r of as much as -0,648 for education level and a value of r of as much as 0.335 for population growth based on the analysis of using Pearson’s correlation. The findings indicate that the level of education is strongly related to the level of poverty, whereas the relationship between population growth and poverty is weak. A negative value at r shows the relation, which is inversely. Based on the results of this study, it is also expected for the government to develop programs to improve the quality of education of its resident.
