The aim of the study is to present the model of interaction of university and business corporations in uniform information and educational space, which consists of the uniform requirements to the contents and quality of education and requirements of science; education and business are equally satisfied. Methods. The methods involve summing up the results of the national and international researchers’ findings on the problem of vocational pedagogical education; methods of expert survey and system analysis. Results. The information research results disclosing the drawbacks of the existing online-education technologies are presented. There is also a presentation of online-platform concept «The University of the 3rd Millennium» where modern university is considered as a service provider responsible for corporate education. Outsourcing will allow the companies to cut their expenses on employee education programs, while universities will accumulate additional resources by means of developing and selling innovative educational products. The additional funds will enable the university to carry out scientific research, to effectively implement post graduates’ employment programs, to introduce innovations. Scientific novelty. The authors define «as is» competences, which the university must have to launch this online-platform project, and «as to be» competences, which every university is to master to successfully implement the project. Internal high-risk systemic tensions and external challenges facing the platform are defined; strategic matrix of their intersection is developed. The latter allowed the authors to specify essential tasks which demand solution within the project. There is also a description of interconnection of the defined tasks with the «as to be» competences, and a Canvas model of the suggested online platform. Practical significance: The authors of the article propose the model of business and education interaction, within which state institutions and local authorities, enterprises and companies with different patterns of ownership will pass corporate education to a modern university, effectively fulfilling the functions of a research, educational and consultative center in many fields. The research results proving readiness of the heads of the companies and organizations (Moscow, St.-Petersburg, Lipetsk, Chelyabinsk, Kostroma) to outsource their corporate education to universities prove that the offered solution is more appropriate than the existing alternatives (systems of additional education in universities, MOOC, corporate universities).

Abstract. The aim of the research is identification of the objective and subjective factors influencing professional self-realization of graduates of the field of study «Public and Municipal Administration». Methods. The authors have conducted anonymous opinion survey of prestigious economic universities undergraduates (bachelor and master degree course) and graduates specialized in this sphere. The questions were about correspondence of gained academic qualification and actual occupation, the importance of degree certificate, satisfaction with education quality, attitude to different aspects of studying etc. In order to make relevant conclusions, the authors apply comparative, statistical, eneralization and induction methods. Results. Informants’ answers helped to count out the percentage of graduates whose occupation is connected with public administration, understand the reasons of choosing relevant master course, assess the significance of acquired competence and qualification for job placement at governmental organizations. The main scientific result of the research is working out a system of recommendations aimed at increasing demand for graduates specialized in the sphere of civil service, and, consequently, improving the efficiency of investment in management training. It is specified that the most important issues in this regard are forethought of career choice, students’ vision of academic planning, and approach to teaching, practice-oriented type of education. Scientific novelty. Having organized the data and compared it with previous surveys’ results, the authors reveal the factors essential to professional success and application of knowledge as well as correlation of these factors which means meeting the objective of the research. Practical significance. The presented materials can be used for the further modernization of the process of educational planning and taken into notice while developing academic programs for the direction «Public and Municipal Administration».

The aim of the publication is to determine the interrelation of the formation of subjective qualities and norms process of adaptation of young employees at the enterprise. Methods. The research methodology involves a comprehensive combination of the theoretical analysis and the results of applied research at the enterprises of the Sverdlovsk region. The dialectical method and comparative analysis are used. Results and theoretical novelty. The questions of adaptation of young employees at the enterprise are considered. The concepts of «subjectivity» and «norms» in philosophy are analyzed. Subjectivity is presented as a personal basis of social activity of the young worker at the entity; regulations – as a method of adaptation of the personality, individual to that community in which it emerged to be. The characteristics of the youth working at the industrial enterprise are disclosed on the basis of socio-philosophical analysis; youth policy at the industrial enterprises is described; the formation of values and norms of young workers in the process of adapting the enterprise is observed. The personal subjectivity as the basis of social activity of the young worker in the enterprise is demonstrated. It is shown that relevance of subject qualities forming and regulations at youth is caused not only by the need of development of the identity of young workers, but also by economic safety of industrial enterprises wellbeing where their working career begins. Practical significance consists in the social-philosophical substantiation of interrelation of formation of subjective qualities and norms in the process of adaptation of young employees in the company, of the main provisions for the development of programs of adaptation of young employees at the enterprise; in providing the teaching social and humanitarian disciplines for bachelors and masters majoring in «Organization of Work with Youth».

The aim of this study is to analyse and discuss, with regard to the Curriculum Relation Model proposed by Berit Johnsen, how to plan a meaningful and individually adapted curriculum related to class curriculum as a means to realise the international principle of inclusive education. Methods. The methods involve scientific and pedagogical analyses of one of the recent and sophisticated theories relating to the best model of an adapted curriculum and literature review for the international principle of inclusive education. Results. Detailed investigation of Curriculum Relation Model reveals that this model involves all relevant aspects which should be taken into consideration when curriculum needs adaptation within inclusive education setting all over the world. An extension of the model with all the relevant aspects (the pupil/s, educational intentions, educational content, methods and organisation, assessment, communication, care and context/frame factors) makes it an ideal tool for a teacher/special needs educator to plan meaningful and individually adapted curriculum with a full relation to class curriculum. As for the international principle of inclusive education, literature review suggest that there are several international declarations and other relevant documents proposed by the United Nations regarding the rights of children with special needs to quality education without being exposed to any kinds of discrimination. Scientific novelty. Scientific novelty of the study involves a fresh innovation in the sphere of curriculum development which still keeps its importance urgency in the countries initiating reforms in education. Practical significance. Currently, inclusive education is an intensively discussed issue almost in all the countries. Although inclusive education has a history of couple of decades, some countries are at the beginning of inclusive education initiation. This is a point they come across quite a lot challenging issues one of which is the proper and effective adaptation of the curriculum. From this perspective, Curriculum Relation Model proposes a brilliant idea.

The aim of presented article – identification of interrelation of certain type of organizational culture in institute of education (closed, accidental, open or synchronous) and level of development of professional deformation of personality of teachers (authoritativeness, rigidity and noncriticality of self-perception). The basis for methodology of research is sociocultural-interdeterministic dialogical approach of V. A. Yanchuk. In the course of research psychodiagnostic techniques were applied: technique of diagnostics of professional deformation of personality of teacher (V. E. Orel, S. P. Andreyev) and questionnaire of «Scale of organizational paradigms» of L. L. Konstantin. Results of research of six institutes of education (schools and gymnasiums) showed that elements of deformation have higher level of manifestation in institutes with closed type of organizational culture, revealed in three institutes, and insignificant level in two institutes with open type of culture. In institutes with prevalence of synchronous and accidental types of organizational culture significant exceeding on the level of deformation didn’t find. The greatest development of deformation of teachers is observed on elements of authoritativeness and rigidity, the smallest – on noncriticality of self-perception. Scientific novelty of material is presented for the first time applied sociocultural-interdeterministic dialogical approach to research of professional deformation of personality, that psychological interdeterminant of deformation are allocated, one of structural components of model of ecocultural educational environment – open type of organizational culture in institute of education are described. Practical significance of results consists in detection of opportunities and criteria of formation in institute of formation of ecocultural dialogical environment and its structural component for purpose of timely prevention and overcoming of professional deformation of personality of teachers, to creation of prerequisites for increase of efficiency of interaction among participants of educational process.

The aim of the study is to consider network cooperation as a resource of the renewal and innovative development of education. Methods. Systemization of existing practices of network partnership in the sphere of education for decision of pupils’ health protection problems; monitoring of health and physical readiness of the trainees of general educational establishments; modelling of network interaction. Results and scientific novelty. It is shown that network cooperation in the field of building a culture of healthy and safe lifestyle of pupils has a considerable potential. If educational organizations are closed to cooperation, isolated on the infrastructure in their district, city, region, the task of building a healthy lifestyle of pupils can not be solved. In general, teaching staff is unprepared for this activity and require additional preparation, methodological and methodical information materials on its realisation. The author theoretically proves and describes substantive provisions of network interaction of the educational establishments with social partners aimed at pupils’ health culture formation, which is presented as one of socialisation directions, i.e. realisation of social function of education – especially organized educational activity that is directed on development of pupils’ social competence. Thus, the model of network cooperation of educational organizations for building a culture of healthy and safe lifestyle (as one of the areas of socialization of pupils) is presented in the presented study. Results and scientific novelty. It is shown that network cooperation in the field of building a culture of healthy and safe lifestyle of pupils has a considerable potential. If educational organizations are closed to cooperation, isolated on the infrastructure in their district, city, region, the task of building a healthy lifestyle of pupils can not be solved. In general, teaching staff is unprepared for this activity and require additional preparation, methodological and methodical information materials on its realisation. The author theoretically proves and describes substantive provisions of network interaction of the educational establishments with social partners aimed at pupils’ health culture formation, which is presented as one of socialisation directions, i.e. realisation of social function of education – especially organized educational activity that is directed on development of pupils’ social competence. The aim of the investigation is to show possible variants of audit in the higher educational institution while processes of internationalisation (procedures of definition of its level); to find out an estimation method of the received results in the given sphere. Methods. The methods involve comparative analysis, synthesis, range and systematization of information concerning the discussed problem. Results and scientific novelty. The necessity of universities participating in internationalization processes is proved. Existing approaches to internationalization evaluation levels are reviewed, as well as best practices for each criterion. Level indicators of considered process are proposed due to summarising the results of the given review, and also as a result of the coordination of criteria NAFSA and authors’ system of indicators: international programs supporting by a university administration, curricular changes, faculty involving into international research, faculty involving into teaching process, students participation, abroad study support, international students and teachers support. The research demonstrates that to improve the adequacy the system of indicators has to be supplemented with some indicators to evaluate the conformity of a university’s internationalization to its mission; the conformity of a university’s internationalization to the government geopolitics; extracurricular activities of students; cultural aspects of internationalization including communication with local ethnical groups; attractiongetting mechanisms for international students. Practical significance. The proposed system of indicators can be used for an estimation of high school development in internationalisation sphere, and under certain correction and improvement for efficiency definition of development of its academic divisions in the given field.

Educational environment today is one of the most effective mediums for self-development and acquisition of new competencies. But due to its structural complexity this environment is highly stressful. However, up to now there are no procedures that would diagnose complex formations (eg, disposition) of the defensive and coping behavior in the educational environment. Therefore, the aim of this investigation is to close this gap. Methods. After analyzing the existing problems of the theoretical aspects of psychological defense mechanisms of defensive and coping behavior, and taking as a basis the theory of protective dispositions and coping behavior different ways were allocated to show these dispositions in the educational environment. Scientific novelty. The personality questionnaire «Dispositions of defensive and coping behavior in the educational environment» is designed. This questionnaire has sufficient level of validity and reliability. A total of 402 people took part herein the study including different stages. Practical significance. The ready-made questionnaire can be applied by teachers who want to improve the quality of educational process. It will also be useful for students seeking to understand and eliminate the possible cause of own difficulties encountered while studying.

The aim of the presented article is to understand value, aims and practical aspects (frequency, diversity, etc.) of using games by preschool teachers with different levels of education. Methods. In the conducted survey, 308 preschool teachers answered a questionnaire developed by leading researcher in ethnopedagogy of play V. M. Grigoriev. Examinees were divided into three groups different in educational level (undergraduated, graduated from college, specialized secondary education). The data were analyzed by comparing value judgments about meaning and aims of using games given by preschool teachers with different levels of education. Also value judgments were compared with practical aspects (frequency, diversity, etc.) of the use of games in teachers’ professional work, and with their degree of satisfaction with it. Special attention was paid to the usage of ethno games. The analysis was done out in the program stаstistica 5.0 v and using the methods of nonparametric statistics. Results. The results have showed statistically significant differences between value judgments given by preschool teachers with different levels of education on values of games for developing various children personal qualities, frequency and diversity of use of different types of games. Problems in practical application of national games (Russian national games, games of the people of Russia and people of other countries, international games) are designated. Scientific novelty. The author is the first to state the data about divergence influence in valuable representations and purposes of teachers of preschool centres on potential use of game technologies in daily work, and that is reflected in education productivity of younger children; wherein the game is the main activity. Specificity of national games in teaching is shown. Practical significance. The paper materials can be useful at the organisation of methodical work in preschool educational institutions, and by working out of programs of courses for teachers’ qualification improvement.
