The use of Internet of Things programs in various fields of activity testifies the reset of the human lifestyle. Climate change and limited access to natural resources are factors for shaping the environmental behavior of energy consumers. Ensuring the development of Smart specialization and innovation in the energy sector provides the transformation of a set of competencies and skills, the organization of the workspace based on digitalization, as well as the increasing role of continuous personnel training at energy enterprises.

Evaluation of Attention to the Pattern of Iranian Muslim Woman in Content of Religion and Life Books in Lower Secondary Schools 初中《宗教与生活》教材内容中对伊朗穆斯林妇女关注模式的评价

The present study has been compiled in order to analyze the content of the textbooks of Religion and Life in lower secondary school for attention to the formation of the Iranian Muslim Woman Pattern. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the content of religion and life textbooks in the lower secondary school on explaining the characteristics of the Iranian Muslim Woman Pattern for female students. To achieve this goal, content of this books analysis with William Romey method and then data gathered with researcher-made questionnaire and analyzed the results with using SPSS24 statistical software. The statistical sample of the study includes 306 female students and 19 teachers of religion and life lesson in lower secondary school in 9th district of Tehran who were studying and teaching in public schools. Findings indicate that there is a significant difference in the views of students and teachers regarding the content of this books. In such a way that the students had a more favorable view of the content of this books in reaching the pattern of the Iranian Muslim Woman, while from the teachers' point of view, the content of this books does not help us enough to reach the pattern of the Iranian Muslim Woman. The results of the quantitative analysis by the researchers indicate that the content of three books of religion and life in lower secondary school is primarily in the category of “monotheism and theism”, “religious ethics”, “rules” and then “women, family and society”. And the content of the books is lacking in terms of guiding students to reach the pattern of Iranian Muslim Women.

Does educational aspect solve immigration problems in France? 教育方面能解决法国的移民问题吗?

International immigration with different reasons such as education and citizenship is by no means a new phenomenon in the modern global world. Nevertheless, intense immigration was sparked and had serious implications, especially for European countries like France after the year 2010, which marked the start of the revolution in Tunisia and the birth of such a phenomenon as the Arab spring.

Educational research on solving real tax problems in cross-border e-commerce 解决跨境电子商务中实际税务问题的教育研究

The paper considers current taxation problems in cross-border electronic commerce in goods, the share of which in total trade continues to grow. Considering the field of economics as a part of university education, which can play a prominent role in solving the current problems, we suggests possible ways of regulating the cross-border e-commerce taxation by involving digital platforms in the taxation process and making them fully or partially liable for tax obligations. In addition, the establishment of university educational courses in the field of economics has been proposed as a way to improve the economic situation

The suggestions about reprinting the program of P.V. Pavlov for discussion in the academic community of historians, cultural studies scholars and art historians are expressed. The proposed scholarly discussion around the propaedeutic heritage of art historians of the 19th – early 20th centuries should become one of the steps to prepare a new version of the history of Russian art criticism.

Memoirs of E. A. Malov as an important educational resource in the field of propaganda science 《马洛夫回忆录》是宣传学领域的重要教育资源

The article is devoted to the autobiographical texts by E.A. Malov, a missionary and a teacher of the Kazan Theological Academy during the second half of the 19th - early 20th centuries. This period of time was characterized by a massive apostasy in the Kazan province of Orthodox newly baptized and old-baptized "foreigners" to Islam or paganism, which largely predetermined the specifics of the academy scientific work and its professors. The texts are written in the form of a diary describing the reflections on the implementation of a missionary campaign among Muslims and Orthodox "foreigners" and the conversations with shakirds and mullahs of the Kazan province during the second half of the 19th - early 20th centuries. E.A. Malov's diaries are directly related to his missionary activity, in which he participated actively throughout his life. Unlike many autobiographical texts that belonged to the clergy of that period, the Kazan missionary's diaries do not reflect the facts from his personal, and family life. The author of the diaries formulated the principles of "missionary science", the methods of refuting paganism and the Islamic religion. The texts of the diaries show that E.A. Malov strove to establish clear disciplinary boundaries of "missionary science," based mainly on historical criticism of sources, requiring specialized training. it is concluded that this source can be considered as one of the valid educational references in the field of propaganda science.

Improving the level of historical education: Rome and the Etruscans 提高历史教育水平:罗马和伊特鲁里亚人

The aim of this article is to dominate the educational aspects of historical level by examining the relationship between Rome and the Etruscan cities of Veii and Caere. Rome and Veii fought constant wars for control of the trade routes passing through the Tiber and its tributaries, which was necessary for the development of both states. In this struggle, Rome and Veii sought allies for themselves both among the Etruscans and among the Latins. Ultimately, Rome won over the Veii in 396 BC, thus the Roman tribes were founded on the land of the Veii, and the city fell into desolation. The relations with Caere developed in a different way, since there were no economic contradictions between the Romans and the Caerites. The relations were built on a peaceful basis, and Caere even helped the Romans during the Gallic invasion at the beginning of the 4th century BC: they received part of the population who fled from Rome, and their shrine, which was most important for the Romans. At the same time, Roman expansion at the end of the 5th - 4th centuries BC. Led to the war between Rome and Caere, after which the Etruscan city was subordinated to Rome. The results of such research, above all, highlight the need to increase the level of educational knowledge in the field of history

The relevance of the problem under study stems from the fact that the practice of terrorism is one of the main challenges of contemporary world politics, affecting various regions of our planet. In this regard, the study of this phenomenon within a particular region deserves special attention, Northern Ireland in this case. The practice of terrorism there has been a destabilising challenge almost throughout the twentieth century and is associated with unresolved interethnic and interreligious problems. The aim of the paper is to identify factors in the emergence, spread and de-escalation of political violence in Northern Ireland in a historical retrospective. The main approaches to the study of the problem in question are historical and analytical methods. The study shows the main reasons for the emergence and escalation of political violence and terrorism in Northern Ireland and indicates the main measures to find compromise in a multi-confessional and multi-ethnic society, which may be a model for the resolution of similar conflicts in other regions of the modern world. The materials of the paper can help to study the specifics of regional terrorism, to identify the main factors that allow reducing the level of social conflict, and to understand similar phenomena in other regions (the Balkan Peninsula, the Middle East, etc.). Moreover, it reveals the needs to make the awareness of the educated class of the society.

In this regard, the study of this phenomenon within a particular region deserves special attention, Northern Ireland in this case. The practice of terrorism there has been a destabilising challenge almost throughout the twentieth century and is associated with unresolved interethnic and interreligious problems. The aim of the paper is to identify factors in the emergence, spread and de-escalation of political violence in Northern Ireland in a historical retrospective. The main approaches to the study of the problem in question are historical and analytical methods. The study shows the main reasons for the emergence and escalation of political violence and terrorism in Northern Ireland and indicates the main measures to find compromise in a multi-confessional and multi-ethnic society, which may be a model for the resolution of similar conflicts in other regions of the modern world. The materials of the paper can help to study the specifics of regional terrorism, to identify the main factors that allow reducing the level of social conflict, and to understand similar phenomena in other regions (the Balkan Peninsula, the Middle East, etc.). The analysis of the current state and development of social tourism in Russia indicates the need for further research into its content and forms, aimed at introducing the historical and cultural values of our citizens, organizing their active and wholesome recreation, solving the problems of patriotic education for the country's younger generation. A special place belongs to the historical thought of the late 19th - early 20th centuries in the spiritual heritage of the Tatar people. In a short time, Tatar historians have achieved significant results in the reconstruction and study of the national past. Their successes were appreciated by Russian and European scholars and orientalists, and their unconditional leadership among other Turkic Muslims was generally recognized. The works by Sh. Mardzhani, R. Fakhrutdinov, G. Akhmarov, H. Atlasi, G. Gubaidullin are being republished today and are returned to the reader. Their work is being successfully studied, but there are no works where the formation and development of Tatar historical science at the end of the 19th - beginning of the 20th centuries would be considered specifically. A systematized study of the historical thought of the Tatars during the Jadid period, the determination of the characteristics, trends, and the directions of its development remains an urgent task of modern science. This scientific article examines the features of Russian-Tatar relation coverage by Tatar historians of the late 19th - early 20th centuries, reveals the information and analytical activities of censorship and its special attention to historical writings, contains an overview of little-known sources - popular editions and publications in time-based press, dated to the centenary of The Patriotic War of 1812 and the 300th anniversary of the House of Romanov, the authors of which, showing the commonality of the historical fate of Russians and Tatars, substantiated the thesis of "equal rights in a common Fatherland". The obtained analytical results are very effective in increasing the level of education of educators in this field.
