Many factors determine success in football. But the most important of these are the physical and physiological variables that determine the performance of football players. Meeting these physical and physiological needs is also based on training methods prepared following branch-specific neural, muscular, and metabolic parameters. In football, for some reason, sufficient time cannot be allocated to the biomotor properties that need to be developed. Different methods are put forward to eliminate the obstacles that occur. One of these methods, which was discussed in the educational system of this field, was the idea of combining different strength training. Although there are different designs on these training in the literature, the most commonly studied methods are complex and contrast training. Complex and contrast training is based on the theory of post-activation potentiation, although there are minor differences between them. These methods generally include plyometric exercise followed by a severe strength exercise. For this reason, contrast and complex training are considered by some researchers as similar training methods, while studies that claim otherwise are also found in the literature. Discussions continue in terms of training protocols and training terms which are used. These methods are investigated by experts with many different protocols when the literature is examined. Confusion in the literature also affects studies on football. Complex and contrast training protocols in football that are used to define the purpose of this study, to examine the effect on player performance, on methods to deal with developments and discussions with existing methods to evaluate the positive and negative aspects to provide a critical perspective on sensible recommendations.

The importance of balance is considerably high in many sports that require struggle and close contact such as wrestling. Some losses in maintaining the balance due to the movements requiring high intensity during competitions and increase in the risk of injury due to these losses may occur in wrestling athletes. The aim of this study is to Increase the educational level of elite female wrestlers by examining the relationship between Functional Movement Screening Test Scores and static balance performance scores of elite young female wrestlers. 19 elite female wrestlers having average age of 22.94 ± 2.67 years, body weight 61.63 ± 7.25 kg, height 165.37 ± 5.17 cm and BMI 22.46 ± 1.60kg / m2 participated in the study. Functional Movement Screen Test ™ (FMST™) battery was used in determining the functional movements of the participants, while Tecnobody Prokin 200 Bergamo/Italy was used to determine the total postural stability index values. All static balance measurements were evaluated as standing Double-Leg Eyes Open (DLEO), Eyes Open Single-Leg Dominant Non-Dominant (EOSL-DM and EOSL-ND). Since higher stability index values indicate lower stability, the participants were found to have a negative correlation between non-dominant leg static balance and HS. SM. and TSPU, and between dominant leg static balance and HS. SM. and TSPU. In addition, it was found out that, there was a negative correlation between non-dominant leg static balance, dominant leg static balance and double leg static balance and the FMST™ scores of the participants. The results of this research can be very effective in improving the educational process in the field of wrestling.

On the leading role of values for the development of identity and ensuring the effective adaptation of migrants to the new ethnocultural environment, during the research process, we set the task to identify the values of migrants living in Azerbaijan. At the same time, such factors as the length of residence in the country and the age of the respondents were taken into account. The study involved 235 migrants, of whom 98 are Koreans and 137 Turks, who have been living in Azerbaijan for at least five years, aged 18-40. There are 55 women among Koreans, 43 men, 87 men and 50 women among Turks. The results of our study showed that the lower the level of national identity, the greater the opportunity for migrants to choose a marginal adaptation strategy. This behavior strategy leads to dissatisfaction, social and psychological safety of the migrant. Having lost the values of their culture, the migrant loses an adequate standard “image of the world”, which underlies the adaptation of the individual to the social environment. This means that the individual lacks values, patterns of adequate behavior, he has lost the significance of his culture, and therefore cannot adequately assess and accept the values of the host culture. Research has shown that a high level of indicators on such scales as the scale of interactivity (19%) and the scale of adaptation (18%) indicates that respondents feel confident enough in the new environment, are open to cooperation and are focused on self-realization, which gives them a sense of social and physical security. This situation, naturally, lowers the indicator on the scale of depression, which indicates the absence of serious emotional problems.

DL is a new means of implementing the learning process, which is based on the use of modern information and telecommunication technologies that allow studying at a distance without personal contact between the teacher and the student. DL is one of the main ways of computerization and automation of education and the use of the latest technologies in training and serves to increase the effectiveness of education as such. The organization of high-quality distance education will increase educational capacities and positively affect the intellectual potential of the state. This paper discusses the features of distance learning. The authors also describe the basic functional modules of modern distance learning management systems that contain access to educational materials and the means to ensure communication between participants in the distance learning process. According to the formulated modules, the authors perform a review and comparison of the availability and implementation of distance learning modules in such distance learning systems as Moodle, Claronline, ATutor, SharePointLMS, Live @ EDU, and eFront.

Background: Self-regulating is a set of processes that controls or alters individuals’ behavior, emotion, and performance. We aimed to evaluate the relation between three components of self-regulating including integrative self-knowledge, mindfulness, self-control, and some variables of mental health and self-conscious emotions. Methods: A total of 233 Iranian university students voluntarily enrolled in the study. Seven questionnaire forms including Integrative Self-Knowledge Scale (ISKS), Attention Awareness Scale (MASS), Short Self Control Scale (SSCS), Costello & Comrey's Anxiety and Depression Scale, Rosenberg Self–Esteem Scale (RSES), Authentic Pride Scale (APS), and other as sham scale (OAS) were distributed to participants. The correlation between self-regulating variables, mental health, and self-conscious emotions were analyzed using Pearson's correlation coefficient test. Results: We found a negative correlation between self-regulating variables, depression, and anxiety. Our data also revealed that self-esteem positively related to integrative self-knowledge, mindfulness, and self-control. Among self-conscious emotions variables, authentic pride had a positive correlation with self-regulating variables whereas feelings of shame appeared a negative relationship with them. Conclusion: Integrative self-knowledge, mindfulness, and self-control as self-regulating components correlated to mental health and self-conscious emotions.

The focus of education on world standards predetermines the need to modernize the forms, methods, and means of teaching taking into account the current level of development of Internet technologies and information communications. Mobile learning reflects the educational trends most fully as it provides continuous access to information at any time. It should be noted that the development of mobile technologies makes portable mobile devices more usable and universal. With the development of mobile technologies, the need for quick access to information and the acquisition of knowledge has increased, as well as the mobility of the population. Therefore, the search for new approaches in organizing the educational process and creating educational materials accounting for the preferences of modern students and the information society as a whole becomes especially urgent. The goal of the study is to reveal the experience of implementing mobile learning based on the example of teaching the “Fundamentals of Leadership” course. Based on an experimental study, the study of the influence of the use of mobile learning technologies on the formation of leadership competency in management students is carried out.

In Russian history and culture, various kinds of protests and uprisings have always played an important role. One can recall periodical civilian riots and uprisings in the Russian Empire; the revolution of 1917 that changed the world history. Political processes in a country have often been a pendulum swinging between extremes such as passive loyalty and riot. In recent years, a relative stability of society and power has been achieved, the foundations of which are sometimes referred to as a social contract. However, the beginning of protest in Russian society is increasingly shows itself. The publication presents materials of semantic reconstruction of ideas about various forms of social protest among Russian youth. The study made it possible to reconstruct structural and informatory characteristics of young people's ideas about five significant forms of collective protest: petition, rally, strike, riot and uprising. Comparative analysis shows that the closest form of protest to young people is such a form of protest as a rally, such a form as a petition is also positively assessed. Young people don’t associate radical forms of protest, such as riot and uprising, with values and goals that are meaningful to them.

Authors study the issues of providing the suspect and the accused with the right for defense in criminal proceedings through the prism of the provisions enshrined in international normative legal acts and the Constitution of the Russian Federation. The relevance of this article is substantiated by the authors by the fact that the consideration of the problems of the procedural status of the suspect and the accused in the criminal case should start with this basic provision of the principle of criminal proceedings, such as ensuring the right for protection to the suspect and the accused under article 16 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation. In the context of the modern legal state and the requirements of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, which establishes the basic rights and freedoms of the person and the citizen. The solution to this problem becomes extremely important in the field of criminal justice, which is inevitably associated with the restriction of the constitutional rights of the individual within the limits allowed by law. In this regard, the problems of ensuring the right of the suspect and the accused to a defense require special attention. Based on the results obtained, the authors conclude that compliance with the guarantees of the right to defense of suspects and accused persons has a significant impact on the domestic and foreign policy image of the Russian Federation, being directly proportional to the legal insinuations of international organizations and attempts to influence the Russian legal system.

The solution to this problem becomes extremely important in the field of criminal justice, which is inevitably associated with the restriction of the constitutional rights of the individual within the limits allowed by law. In this regard, the problems of ensuring the right of the suspect and the accused to a defense require special attention. Based on the results obtained, the authors conclude that compliance with the guarantees of the right to defense of suspects and accused persons has a significant impact on the domestic and foreign policy image of the Russian Federation, being directly proportional to the legal insinuations of international organizations and attempts to influence the Russian legal system.","PeriodicalId":44235,"journal":{"name":"Propositos y Representaciones","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"42793829","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The relevance of the study topic is not only due to the very fact of the unauthorized gatherings in Russia on 24 and 31 January and 2 February, in which many young people, including minors, took part. The protests were inspired by the "Western mentors" of the Russian non-systemic opposition. It is equally important to understand the underlying reasons for the high involvement of young people in the protests in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic and the Western sanctions regime that has been running for seven years. The objective of the study is to analyze the causes, anatomy, technologies, and forms of protest representations of contemporary youth in Russia. The authors focus on the behavioral patterns of young people, the mechanism and content of which are now forming in the Internet space with the help of social networks. The means of recognizing social reality, markers of evaluation and its interpretation by the youth audience, and an algorithm for action are set by the Internet and social networks. Today, in many ways, Western digital giants determine the media consumption patterns, media behavior, and social practices of Russian youth. In this situation, it is important for the Russian state not to restrict access to the Internet but rather to shape a high political media culture among modern youth.
