The purposes of this research is to visualize a communication activity inside Sunyi Café barista of implementing sign language . Sunyi Café is a coffee shop that precisely located in Bekasi, Grand Galaxy City, that empowers people with disabilities especially those who are deaf to works as a barista. The conceptual communication in this research is using Symbolis Interactionism Theories. This research is using a descriptive qualitative with collecting data sources are method from observation and documentation techniques to perceive a service activity. The results of this research showed that difabel friends has the social activity that are generated causes of forums for them to bring an awareness to society that they has the skills that equivalent with non difabel friends in business activity by implementing sign language as an access to interact in sevice activity.

The purpose of this study is to explain the student communication barrier in online learning. The concepts used are online learning communication and communication barriers. The method used in this study is a qualitative study method with a qualitative deskriftf approach. Data collection techniques are conducted with interviews and documentation. The interview was carried out by 3 sources who are university students of bhayangkara university. The study suggests that there are some communication barriers between teachers and students in online learning, which are technical obstacles, psychological barriers, environmental barriers, and semantic barriers. Those four barriers interfere with the learning of teaching, and they impact students with difficulty in understanding material.

In general, people need communication as a process of interaction in their socialenvironment. With the many needs needed, they use communication strategies to facilitatetheir activities in achieving goals.This research is a qualitative research with the type of case study research. This researchwill look at the interaction in the Nyarios Sunda community, by utilizing Facebook SocialMedia. This research will answer related to how the interaction patterns that occur in theFacebook Social Media.In this research, the writer uses Media Theory or also known as Media Ecology Theory.The basic concept of this theory was first put forward by Marshall McLuhan and HaroldInnis (1964).The method used is qualitative with a case study approach and in collecting data usedobservations, interviews and documentation. The informants in this study consisted of oneadmin of the Nyarios Sunda facebook group (Ngamumulè Basa Sunda) and three membersBased on the analysis that has been carried out, the results of the research obtained by theauthor are that the pattern of community interactions formed on Facebook Social MediaNyarios Sunda (Ngamumulè Basa Sunda) produces associative interactions, because inthe process they establish a collaboration, there are forms of accommodation and carryout the assimilation process to form a unity. Then the admin of the Nyarios Sunda(Ngamumulè Basa Sunda) facebook group uses an interaction approach as acommunication strategy, and builds and develops productive interactions in everyinteraction that occurs. From this, it aims to build a culture of discussion and exchangeknowledge among community members.

Technological developments are also one of the biggest factors in the spread of hate speech. Along with itsdevelopment, many people like to use the comment feature to spread hate speech. The purpose of this study isto describe the behavior of netizens (E-sports team fans) on social media with provocative words. Theproblem that occurs is the number of hate speech that occurs in the @INA.Dyms tiktok account which has animpact on acts of discrimination and social conflict. Here the researcher uses descriptive methods, andobservation data collection techniques on the @INA.Dyms tiktok account object. The results of this studyindicate that hate speech in the @INA.Dyms tiktok account is a form of hate speech, defamation anddispleasure against one of the E-sport teams.

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the description of the family communication process in deciding early marriage, early marriage which is increasingly happening in adolescents. Early-age marriage. The communication concept used is family communication. This research method is a qualitative descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were couples who married at an early age in Cibinong District, Bogor Regency, totaling 4 couples. The data were analyzed using observations and interviews in the field. Parents of early couples initially did not approve of their children's early marriage plans on the grounds that they wanted their children to have a higher education and a better standard of living, but economic factors were one of the main reasons why education could not continue to higher education.

The development of information and communication technology (ICT) in the era of globalization is increasingly advanced and its development is growing rapidly. Indonesia as a democratic country, it is appropriate to use ICT for various needs in the government sector. One of them is innovation in the use of new media, which is expected to be a transformation step from conventional media to digital. This study aims to see how the process of adopting innovations in the use of communication technology carried out by the DIY KPU, as well as the obstacles they face in conveying messages to the public. This study uses a qualitative approach and case study methods. The theory used is the theory of innovation adoption proposed by Everett Rogers. There were three people who became informants in this study, namely the Head of the Division of Socialization of Voter Education for Community Participation and Human Resources of the DIY KPU, then the Secretary of the DIY KPU and one staff of the Technical and Community Participation Relations section. Research findings show that in realizing innovation there are new prospects for the development of communication. The results of interviews with informants also show that there are several obstacles in terms of human resources, facilities and infrastructure, digital media infrastructure, and budgets in the use of ICT in KPU DIY.

The emergence of TikTok social media is one of the phenomena that most attracts the attention of Generation Z. The popularity of TikTok Generation Z competes with each other to show different characters to get the attention of TikTok users. This study aims to see how self-image through self-representation of students of the Faculty of Communication Sciences Class 4A2, based on the video content of students' personal accounts. This study uses the concept of self-representation and self concept about Erving Groffman's Dramaturgy Ttheory and Hypodermic Needle Theory. This study uses a qualitative research method using a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviewing 3 informants and making direct observations of students of Communication Science class 4A2. The result of this study is that students of the Faculty of Communication Science Class 4A2 perform self-representation through the TikTok application by forming different self-characters in the virtual world and the real world to get attention and popularity on TikTok social media.

A good organization is an organization that is able to communicate well, effectively and efficiently among the people in it. Good organizational communication will make an organization more developed. In the current pandemic period, we are faced with the same problem where everyone, both individually and in organizations, hasdifficulty communicating due to the rules of social distancing and physical distancing. This is a common problem that needs to be solved. This study aims to determine the role of information technology in organizational communication activities both with internal and external parties. The method used in this research is a descriptivequalitative research method with a case study approach, while the data collection techniques are carried out by observing and studying literature. The results of this study indicate a major role in the use of information technology in organizational communication. Internally, it can facilitate interaction among others in the organization so that it can accelerate the completion of work. Meanwhile, the use of information technology in organizational communication externally can facilitate and speed up communication with external parties, gain new knowledge through various online trainings, cut operational costs and facilitate bureaucratic cooperation. Theconclusion is that information technology plays a role in organizational communication so that it can run well and can shorten communication time and get feedback quickly.

SDGs implementation by the local government is an interesting study driven by the fact that since the implementation of decentralization policy in Indonesia, the fate and quality of life of the people, in practice, have been mostly determined by the performance of the local government at the district/city level. Geographically, Medan City is the gateway to the western part of Indonesia and bordering the Strait of Malacca, making Medan an important city of trade, industry, and business in Indonesia. This city profile requires an integrated system that can facilitate government tasks and activities of the wider community, which can be supported by the development of Medan Smart City which is also in line with the National Strategy Policy for e-Government Development in 2003. This research uses qualitative methods based on data obtained through field studies and literature studies. The position of this article seeks to examine the role and capacity of the Medan City Government in implementing SDG-Goal 11 concerning the realization of inclusive and sustainable cities through the concept of smart city which has been widely applied in variouscountries and other big cities in Indonesia. This research shows that the means of implementation including funding, technology transfer, and human resources capacity building, which are the keys to the success of the program, have been becoming challenges for the Medan City Government in realizing smart city as a means to achieve sustainable city.

Geographically, Medan City is the gateway to the western part of Indonesia and bordering the Strait of Malacca, making Medan an important city of trade, industry, and business in Indonesia. This city profile requires an integrated system that can facilitate government tasks and activities of the wider community, which can be supported by the development of Medan Smart City which is also in line with the National Strategy Policy for e-Government Development in 2003. This research uses qualitative methods based on data obtained through field studies and literature studies. This study aims to explain the credibility and factuality of the content of online media reports regarding data theft through the Add Yours feature on Instagram. The concept used in this research is mass communication and online media. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a content analysis research approach. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation and documentation.Researchers made observations on the content of online media coverage of Kompas.com and Republika.co.idand documentation in the form of screenshots of the news titles. The results of this study indicate that the credibility and factuality of news on Kompas.com regarding data theft through the Add Yours feature on Instagram is better than reporting on Republika.co.id.
