The modern business context is so cut-throat, therefore, organizations should place emphasis on process leadership in the quest to provide the best quality products to their clients. Quality management practices that incorporate FMEA are a significant measure that can help in finding and solving issues with high impacts. This study deals the technique called (FMEA) and that its character is forward-looking, which means that it could identify, prioritize and eliminate slots leading to different sort of failures, that result in optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Study makes use of FMEA as an important component of the quality management system by interconnecting it with other approaches like Six Sigma, TQM and ISO 9001, which could bring these paradigms to even higher level, if implemented properly. From this case studies and good practices from real organizations, we will discuss strategic benefits of applying FMEA into management practices of quality as well as affecting versatility for different scenarious. A FMEA method is an engineering methodology designed to detect and eliminate problems in systems, designs, processes and solution that may happen and thus prevent loss of resources due to mistakes made by users. The study researches the application of FMEA tool in the area of quality improvement. Indeed, with FMEA aiming to improve efficiency through the prioritization of these types of errors and the focus on the errors of highest risk priority. It is also provided with the high tech machinery required for industrial grade cables producing for automotive and electronic industries. Via FMEA methodology, the study reviewed error situations, which had a chance of happening after the product has been used by the customer. The study, additionally, used MCDM (Multi-Criteria Decision-Making) techniques to upgraded decision-making available at the FMEA analysis at the same time. What could be pointed out as its main feature is the key role of FMEA as a strategic tool. It could allow organization to reach world-class level in different areas by simply grasping its theoretical and practical fundamentals.

It is known that time jitter can vary in nature and magnitude depending on how accurately the time scale is generated and the dynamic process is sampled. We modify the Kalman filter for white Gaussian random jitter and call it jitter Kalman filter (JKF). It is shown that to cope with time jitter the system noise covariance acquires an additional term proportional to the fractional time jitter standard deviation and the process rate. Based on numerical simulations, it is shown that if the process rate grows without limits then the estimation error caused by time jitter will also grow without limits. The conclusions are confirmed experimentally

The article deals with the process of collecting underwater data from the historical area in South India and explicitly showcasing its ancient civilization. Various methods are used to investigate the environmental and structural variables that regulate the coastal structures. Geostatistical interpolation is a technique to predict the values of a spatially continuous bathymetry or depth of a submerged shoreline from a few sample data measurements. The bathymetric investigation of the submerged region surrounding the ancient port of Poompuhar consists of numerous processes conducted in stages. The survey was carried out with the use of an integrated measuring system developed by the National Institute of Technology, Chennai, which included various levels of Multi Beam Echo Sounder (MBES), GPS, sonar, and ROV. To discover continuous surfaces required for analyzing the morphology of the bottom of submerged Poompuhar, a suitable interpolation technique must be used to get estimated values in regions that were not physically surveyed. Bathymetric and topographic data, which typically are gathered independently for various purposes, were included in the spatial data used for elevation surface modeling. Data is gathered in multiple forms with varying resolutions and accuracy; as a result, a standard surface model that will allow for quick and accurate analysis is currently lacking. The major purpose of this study was to create a high-accuracy model of a coastal area's surface using input data from numerous sources. ArcGIS is a popular software platform for analyzing and visualizing geographic data, and it contains several geostatistical interpolation techniques. The research involves the erosion of the shoreline as well as the rise in water level. The study uncovered new scientific and methodological information on Poompuhar's bathymetric properties and submerged surface.

The study explores the impact of green tourism on the Hmong community in Lao Cai province, Vietnam. The findings show that the environmental and socio-cultural benefits of green tourism have a positive and significant impact on the community’s awareness of green tourism, which in turn fosters their commitment to participate in sustainable tourism practices. However, the study finds no significant evidence of the impact of economic benefits on the community’s awareness of green tourism, indicating that the Hmong community values the preservation of their cultural heritage more than economic benefits. The results emphasize the importance of involving local communities in decision-making processes and ensuring that they receive tangible benefits from their participation to promote and support sustainable tourism initiatives.

The concept of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has captivated the attention of business, academia, civil society, and governments and has gained a new dominance within the world economy. The concept is deep rooted within the Indian ethos, evolving over a period of time to gain strategic role within the organisations. India made CSR mandatory for profit making companies by introducing the Companies Act, 2013. Despite the enormous studies around various aspects of CSR, there is limited understanding of how the current business environment and mandatory administrative mechanism together with the managerial dynamics shape the critical success factors (CSFs) imminent for the CSR success of any organisation within the Indian context. This exploratory research based on meaning making of the managers utilizes semi-structured interviews of 37 CSR executives from Indian corporations, NGOs and consulting domains. Thematic analysis has been utilized to analyse the data which provides five unique CSFs that ensures a firm’s success for CSR activities thereby further putting forth a conceptual framework for development of sustainable CSR project. It is one of the first studies to explore the CSFs necessary for CSR implementation in India thereby integrating CSR implementation with organisational CSR performance.

Technical installation powered by small modular reactors (SMRs) is perspective industrial object due to high need of energy of new technologies and problems in the world. They are critical installations due to content and work with dangerous substances because these are sources of fire, explosion and environ-ment contamination. Therefore, for human society and its development, it is necessary to manage not only their nuclear safety, but also their integral (complex) safety, because just integral safety ensures the security and development of human society. The approach to safety and concept of safety management used by manufacturer, operator and regulator must be same. For this purpose, we give in article a tool showing the main features and requirements for management of the integral safety of such installations.
