From past the development direction of logistics centers covering problem, the main solution is almost always relying on modern computer and gradually developed intelligent algorithm, at the same time, the previous understanding of dynamic covering location model is not "dynamic", in order to improve the unreasonable distribution of logistics centers deployment time, improve the service coverage, coverage as the optimization goal to logistics centers, logistics centers as well as each one can be free to move according to certain rules of "dot", according to the conditions set by the site moved to a more reasonable. The innovation of all algorithms in this paper lies in that the logistics centers themselves are regarded as the subject of free "activities", and they are allowed to move freely according to these rules by setting certain moving rules. Simulation results show that the algorithm has good coverage effect and can meet the requirements of logistics centers for coverage effect.

For e-commerce companies, it is easier to obtain a large amount of aggregated data about user behavior with the help of embedded network platforms, which contains valuable information that helps to form effective decision-making. This article first gives a detailed introduction to the evaluation and selection of e-commerce and suppliers; then puts forward the analytic hierarchy process and entropy method; finally, the AHP analytic method is used to build a supplier evaluation system and a selection system. The experimental results of this paper show that after obtaining the entropy AHP weights through the analytic hierarchy process, these 8 suppliers can be ranked and selected. Using the ABC classification method, classification is based on the ranking of suppliers. Among them, Class A suppliers account for 12.5%, which plays a key role in the construction of the evaluation and selection system of e-commerce suppliers.

Incorporating blockchain into Halal traceability systems is developing in nature; the research aspires to examine the participation intent in blockchain-empowered Halal fashion traceability (BHFT) system via a joint framework that includes diffusion of innovation theory, institutional theory, and Halal-oriented approach. The study uses a simple random sampling method to collect the data from 165 Indonesian Halal fashion manufacturing companies. PLS-SEM is employed to examine the conceptual framework. Findings show that Halal-oriented approach significantly affects institutional pressures, while institutional pressures significantly affects perceived desirability, and perceived desirability significantly affects the participation intent. The companies operating an inclusive Halal-oriented approach will be more aware of the institutional pressures that expect them to partake in a BHFT. The paper enhances the existing literature in Halal supply chains, blockchain, operation management, and information systems via a cohesive framework and empirical insight.

In this paper, the overall design of the automatic production line is carried out, and the various systems in the automatic production line are optimized, and the backward instruments are eliminated, and then some more advanced and convenient instruments are applied. Then, the hardware and software of the automatic production line are studied respectively, and the human-computer interaction module and real-time main control circuit module are re developed, and the electric shaft is applied to the automatic production line. Finally, the fuzzy PID controller of the stepping motor is designed. The experiment shows that the fuzzy PID control scheme is better than the traditional PID control scheme. After the rationalization of the system, the quality robustness of proactive planning is improved obviously. Then, the temperature of motorized spindle was tested.

In today’s context (competition and knowledge economy), ML and KM on the supply chain level have received increased attention aiming to determine long and short-term success of many companies. However, demand forecasting with maximum accuracy is absolutely critical to invest in various fields, which places the knowledge extract process in high demand. In this paper, the authors propose a hybrid approach of prediction into a demand forecasting process in supply chain based on the one hand, on the processes analysis for best professional knowledge for required competencies. And on the other hand, the use of different data sources by supervised learning to improve the process of acquiring explicit knowledge, maximizing the efficiency of the demand forecasting, and comparing the obtained efficiency results. Therefore, the results reveal that the practices of KM should be considered as the most important factors affecting the demand forecasting process in supply chain. The classifier performance is examined by using a confusion matrix based on their accuracy and Kappa value.

In Morocco, several dairy factories are placed in rural regions with a bad road network, which means that milk collection has a significant impact on profit, affecting milk transport costs. Actually, the milk run logistics process has been transformed from a traditional farm to the new cheese factory, so it’s needed efficient methods and models to improve the process of production and collection of milk from those units. For that, the authors apply new technologies such as the internet of things (IoT) and big data to collect and analyze this information to optimize the milk delivery process. The main goal of this work is to design a new smart decision method using the internet of things and big data to optimize the milk run logistics, reduce the cost of transportation, and improve collection density. This method will be based on the swarm artificial intelligence concept to find and calculate the shortest path between units to optimize the collection of milk.

This paper investigates impacts of market segmentation and showrooming effect on the decision-making of an O2O supply chain, and puts forwards a contract to coordinate the O2O supply chain. Results show that, the showrooming effect is beneficial to the manufacturer, retailer and the supply chain, and the retailer will offer offline showrooming service. Under the influence of market segmentation, O2O supply chain is not necessarily better than single-channel supply chain structure. But adopting advertising and other means to improve consumers’ online channel acceptance, it can realize transformation from single-channel to O2O structure. The benefits of showrooming effect can eliminate the disadvantage of market segmentation. Moreover, a service cost sharing contract is put forward, which can perfectly coordinate the O2O supply chain with market segmentation and showrooming effect. These findings help managers to understand which channel structure is optimal by considering market segmentation and showrooming effect and identify possible pathways for them to perfectly cooperation.

The main purpose of this paper is to know about the recent status of big data analytics (BDA) on various manufacturing and reverse supply chain levels (RSCL) in Indian industries. In particular, it emphasises on understanding of BDA concept in Indian industries and proposes a structure to examine industries’ development in executing BDA extends in reverse supply chain management (RSCM). A survey was conducted through questionnaires on RSCM levels of 330 industries. Of the 330 surveys that were mailed, 125 completed surveys were returned, corresponding to a response rate of 37.87 percent, which was slightly greater than previous studies (Queiroz and Telles, 2018).The information of Indian industries with respect to BDA, the hurdles with boundaries to BDA-venture reception, and the connection with reverse supply chain levels and BDA learning were recognized.

Supply chain planning aims to maximize the chain’s profit and find an effective way to integrate production and distribution. Mathematical and simulation-based optimizations are two common disciplines. This study integrates both of them together to consolidate their advantages. A mathematical model is formulated to find an optimal production-distribution plan. Then, the result is fed into a simulation model operating under uncertainty to verify the feasibility of the plan. The integrated approach tries to find a feasible plan that satisfies both required customer service level and makespan limitation where safety stock is used to hedge against uncertainties, and lateral transshipment is used for emergency measures against excessive fluctuation of customer demand. A case study that optimizes the profit of an entire chain is used to demonstrate the algorithm. The outcomes of the study show that the proposed approach can yield feasible results (with near or even optimal solution) with much faster computational time as compared to the traditional simulation-based optimization.
