limited by teachers and inherent teaching mode, the teaching effect of practical courses in colleges and universities is limited. With the moocs, small-scale restricted online courses used in teaching increasingly; modern undergraduate computer teaching is facing great changes. On the defects of traditional indoctrination teaching model, many new teaching methods are emerging in the teaching of related courses. The teaching method of PBL (Problem Based Learning) is an important direction of teaching mode reform. This paper puts forward the teaching mode of PBL+ flipped classroom and designed based on the PBL classroom teaching model framework. On the premise of strengthening knowledge learning, students’ practical ability and creative ability are enhanced.

The implementation of "collaborative innovation" is a major strategic deployment for China to improve its national innovation system. The triple-helix theory provides academic support for "collaborative innovation" among universities, industries and governments. The triple-helix innovation model emphasizes that the three main bodies realize innovation synergy through the opening of organizational boundary, the reorganization of organizational structure and the aggregation of organizational resources, which is a typical "collaborative innovation" model. A triple-helix "collaborative innovation" model is studied, in view of the problems existing in the current collaborative innovation mechanism in colleges and universities, a targeted idea to promote the triple-helix collaborative innovation mechanism is put forward, and the path to build the triple-helix innovation mechanism is also given.

With the development of AI, 5G and big data technology, learning mode has gradually changed from traditional learning to ubiquitous learning (U-learning), which is a new learning paradigm that has been studied in recent years all over the world. Fully applying ubiquitous computing technology and building an intelligent online learning education platform to provide learners with powerful learning experience are the future development trend of intelligent learning. The concept of intelligent adaptive learning platform (IALP) is proposed based on the analysis of the shortcomings of existing platforms from a ubiquitous perspective. To sort out and outline the system architecture features and application functions of the intelligent adaptive learning platform can provide strategic thinking for relevant researchers to further clarify the implementation path of the intelligent adaptive learning platform. In the future, intelligent adaptive learning platform will play its advantages in precise learning, precise recommendation, precise evaluation and precise counseling, which will contribute to the current development of education informatization and intellectualization.

In this research, new media literacy skills of prospective Chinese language teachers have been examined and analyzed based on Jenkins' 12 New Media Literacy Skills. The quantitative means, i.e. the investigation model was used in the study. The sample comprises 177 prospective Chinese language teachers was chosen by convenient sampling. According to the findings, it can be said that students' new media literacy skills are at a satisfactory level without significance difference of gender. Skills in which the students got the highest score are respectively trans-media navigation, judgment, play, collective intelligence. When they cannot resolve a problem, they effectively make use of printed media and new media that based on the latest new information technology. Except TV and social media, the more time the students spend on the printed media, digital game, learning APP, course portal or SPOC, the higher level of students' play, appropriation, simulation, distributed cognition, multitasking, collective intelligence, judgment, networking, visualization are. These findings are of great significance for the appropriate integration of information technology into the Chinese language teaching in higher education in the post COVID-19 epidemic era.

The number of instructional videos is increasing rapidly in the digital age, and the presentation forms of the videos are different. To allow learners to select suitable instructional videos more quickly and improve learning efficiency, the automatic classification of instructional videos becomes significantly important. This paper presents an automated instructional video classification method based on Yolov4 target detection network model and Naive Bayes classification algorithm. Classification rules are determined according to instructional videos presented in different forms, and then key frames are extracted based on inter-frame difference. Finally, instructional videos are classified according to key frames of videos. The experimental results show that our automatic classification method for instructional videos based on different presentation forms can achieve an accuracy of 95%, which is helpful to promote individual learning and optimize online learning experiences.

Virtual simulation experiment course of urban rail dispatching control is constructed from the perspective of curriculum ideological and political education. In the preparation stage, KWL method is used to analyze the learning situation. The educational goal is formulated according to the OBE concept. In the implementation stage, project-based teaching and guiding text is adopted. Curriculum ideological and political education is integrated into the classroom like life-giving spring breeze and rain bathing everything without sounds. In the closing stage, learning is strengthened and consolidated ubiquitously. Innovation consciousness is stimulated and labor value is experienced. Enterprises and schools jointly educate students. According to the educational task of establishing morality and cultivating people, the teaching strategy is constantly adjusted and improved. PICRAT technology integration model is used to analyze this teaching activity and strive to train socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor.

In view of the deficiency of the traditional education mode of passive acceptance of students in college classrooms, this paper introduces OBE teaching concept and PBL teaching method. On the basis of understanding the current and future professional development needs, the teaching design is conducive to the cultivation of students' ability. Through the determination of training goals, the teaching goals is set and the PBL discussion based on practical engineering problems is introduced. The new teaching method can not only cover the teaching knowledge points, but also mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of students, which is conducive to the cultivation of students' cooperative ability and innovation ability, and achieve better teaching results.
