Generating random terrains in 3D games by an approximated version of Gaussian process 用近似高斯过程生成三维游戏中的随机地形

Creating a 3D terrain or a wave surface takes a lot of time for a graphic artist in the 3D game creation process. This problem poses the following computer requirements: the generated terrain surface must be both random at all points, but also smooth and curved, and the difference between the vertices must be controlled by the input parameter. This paper will upgrade the Gaussian Process (GP) from 2D to 3D in order to solve this terrain generation problem. In addition, when the generated surface becomes very large, GP requires a large amount of computation related to matrix analysis. This paper proposes an approximate solution to speed up the computation.

The commercial cooperation between vietnam and japan (2008-2020) 越南与日本经贸合作(2008-2020)

Economic is the greatest and most dynamic sector of the particularly extensive strategic relationship between Vietnam and Japan. In this sector, commercial cooperation plays an important role. The paper focused on analyzing the fundament of the Vietnam -Japan trade cooperation relationship (2008-2020) to reconstruct the reality of the relationship in terms of scale and structure of goods exchanges during the research period. Based on this analysis, the paper has made comments and suggested solutions to develop trade relations between the two countries in the coming time.
经济是越南和日本之间特别广泛的战略关系中最大和最具活力的部门。在这一领域,商业合作发挥着重要作用。本文重点分析了2008-2020年越南-日本贸易合作关系的基础,从研究期间的商品交换规模和结构两方面重构了两国贸易合作关系的现实。在此基础上,本文对今后发展两国贸易关系提出了看法和建议。

Using Altach 5EC to treat the roots of Allium fistulosum L. contributing to improving the effectiveness of the “Chromosomal structural mutations” exercises in Genetics - Evolution at Biology Department, Vinh university 利用alach 5EC对葱根进行处理,有助于提高永大生物系遗传-进化“染色体结构突变”练习的有效性

In this study, a commercial insecticide, Altach 5EC, has been used to investigate its cytotoxic effects on chromosomes and mitosis of cells in the root tip of Allium fistulosum L. The result indicated that Altach 5EC which contaning two different concentrations of alphacypermethrin (0,047 mg/ml and 0,062 mg/ml) were used to treat the root tips for 8 hours led to a decrease in the mitosis index compared to the negative control. Especially, various types of chromosomal mutations were observed such as broken chromosomes, chromosomal bridges, and slow-moving chromosomes. At the same time, numerous disturbances of mitosis were observed, which added the data for the practice lesson of Mitosis. These disturbances included sticky chromosomes, metaphase disturbance, fault polarization in anaphase and telophase, and sticky metaphase. The study revealed that Altach 5EC is a suitable commercial insecticide for effectively treating the roots of Allium fistulosum L. in both the “Chromosomal Structural Mutations” and “Mitosis” lessons within Genetics - Evolution subject at Biology Department, Vinh University.

Integrate deep neural network and support vector machine to improve the quality of voice processing in internet of things devices 融合深度神经网络和支持向量机,提高物联网设备的语音处理质量

Along with the development of science and technology, especially internet of things (IOT), IOT-related products increasingly contribute to improving people’s life. Among those products, it is impossible not to mention smarts city, internet of Vehicle devices and especially smart home, which are usually voice controlled. Therefore, voice processing technology is also in need of improvement. The article mainly focuses on processing human voice independently of text. In particular, Convolutional network (CNN) and Support Vector Machine (SVM) will be integrated to create Feature Building Machine. SVMs are often used in voice and image classification, which accordingly is a critical and swift data sorter. The article analyzes the advantages of the combination Deep Neural Network (DNN) and SVMs in voice recognition and is the foundation to develop devices for smart home. The experimental results, which was used in the standard Voxceleb database, demonstrate the superiority in sound recognition compared to traditional i-vector methods or other CNN methods.

Garbage classification using deep learning technology 利用深度学习技术进行垃圾分类

Garbage classification has always been an important issue in environmental protection, resource recycling, and social livelihood. However, garbage classification takes a lot of time and effort. Moreover, garbage classification directly affects the health of workers. Currently, due to the development of artificial intelligence, advanced garbage classification robots are being used more and more in recycling factories. With the sufficient support of robots integrated with artificial intelligence technology, garbage will be more and more quickly processed and accurately classified. Therefore, this study presents an efficient and simple garbage classification model based on deep learning technology. This model will automatically and accurately classify garbage, thereby freeing up human labors. In this paper, the ResNet-50 model was used to develop the system. The input data includes images of garbage types to perform classification, and 3 different groups of garbage will be classified. The experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of this model.
垃圾分类一直是环境保护、资源回收和社会民生的重要问题。然而,垃圾分类需要花费大量的时间和精力。而且,垃圾分类直接影响到工人的身体健康。目前,由于人工智能的发展,先进的垃圾分类机器人越来越多地应用于回收工厂。在与人工智能技术相结合的机器人的充分支持下,垃圾将得到越来越快速的处理和准确的分类。因此,本研究提出了一种基于深度学习技术的高效简单的垃圾分类模型。该模型可以自动准确地对垃圾进行分类,从而节省人力。本文采用ResNet-50模型进行系统开发。输入数据包括垃圾类型的图像进行分类,将垃圾分为3组。实验结果证明了该模型的有效性。

New records of birds from the high mountain area in the southwest of Nghe An province, Vietnam 越南义安省西南部高山地区鸟类的新记录

The studies on the birds in western Nghe An as well as shouthwestern Nghe An have been carried out for a long time by numerous authors, mainly in national parks and nature reserve such as Pu Mat, Pu Huong, and Pu Hoat. However, these studies have been conducted for a long time and need to be updated. During the study period in Pu Xai Lai Leng area (Ky Son district) and Pu Mat National Park, 18 species of birds were recorded in addition to this area, including 8 additional species for Pu Xai Lai Leng area and 10 species for Pu Mat National Park.

The digging and dredging of canals in the southwest of vietnam during the french colonial period (1867-1945) 法国殖民时期(1867-1945)越南西南部运河的挖掘和疏浚

Vietnamese society during the French colonial period (1867 - 1945) was marked by the French colonization of three provinces in the western region of Cochinchina, turning this land in particular and Cochinchina in general into a colony of France. At that time, Southwest Vietnam still had many deserted areas, interlaced rivers and canals, which were not convenient for exploitation. However, the Southwest region will bring great benefits in terms of rice, seafood, etc. if it is invested. Therefore, the French colonialists boldly invested in irrigation and drainage in the Southwest region in various forms such as: dredging the old canals, digging a number of great canals, etc. to serve economic, political and military purposes for France. Therefore, the irrigation and canal system in the Southwest region had many changes during this period. Residents’ mobility became easier, the trade between regions becomes favorable, that has contributed to the economic and social transformation of the Southwest region. However, within the scope of this article, we mainly refer to the digging and dredging of canals in the southwestern region of the French colonial period; thereby drawing some comments on the characteristics of the canal system in the Southwest of Vietnam during this period.

Improve the quality of the teaching staff of national defense and security education in universities in vietnam 提高越南高校国防与安全教育师资队伍的素质

The teaching staff has a very important position and role, is a factor that plays a decisive role in the quality of teaching National Defense and Security Education at universities. However, the quality of the teaching staff in charge of National Defense and Security Dducation, besides the advantages, still exists some certain limitations. Through analyzing and explaining theoretical and practical issues about the quality of the teaching staff, some key solutions have been proposed to improve the quality of these lecturers, meeting the current requirements of education and training innovation.

Design tools to evaluate the topic of friction force in the direction of developing students’ quality and capacities 在培养学生素质和能力的方向上设计评估摩擦力主题的工具

The article presents modern trends in testing and assessing learning outcomes in the direction of developing the quality and capacity of high school students. The basic signs of difference between assessing learners' ability and assessing learners' knowledge and skills are also studied and synthesized. A tool to test and evaluate the topic of frictional force in the direction of developing the quality and capacity of students in teaching Physics has been designed. Based on the experimental results of pedagogy at Tuong Duong 1 High School, the effectiveness of the proposed tools has been evaluated, thereby proposing solutions to improve the efficiency of testing and assessment in the direction of developing the quality and competence of students.
本文从发展高中学生素质和能力的角度,介绍了现代学习成果测试与评价的发展趋势。对学习者能力评价与学习者知识技能评价的基本区别进行了研究和综合。从培养学生的素质和能力的角度出发,设计了一种测试和评价物理教学中摩擦力主题的工具。根据两阳一中学教学法的实验结果,评估了所提出的工具的有效性,从而提出了提高测试和评估效率的解决方案,以发展学生的素质和能力。

Comparison of the discourse marker “well” with its equivalents in "Gone with the wind" and the translation of "Cuốn theo chiều gió" 《乱世佳人》中话语标记语“well”与对应词的比较及“Cuốn theo chiều gió”的翻译

Along with the development of pragmatics and discourse analysis, it can be said that there are many approaches to discourse markers. The use of discourse markers in spoken discourse to distinguish it from written discourse has become a popular topic among researchers. Discourse markers play a very important role in language, especially in conversation. In addition to the linking function, the discourse markers convey many different meanings in the different contexts in which it is used. Within the scope of this article, an overview of the acting factor and a specific analysis of the discourse marker “well” will be presented. Since then, the article compares this discourse marker through the dialogues of the characters in the very famous novel Gone with the wind by Margaret Mitchell and the translation of Cuốn theo chiều gió by Duong Tuong. Moreover, by analyzing the context in which the discourse marker “well” is used, it is found that one of the functions of the discourse markers is to supplement the information in the conversation between English and Vietnamese.
