Trafficking in persons is a major problem worldwide. ASEAN countries are not an exception to the challenge of trafficking in persons. Trafficking in children is a significant problem in ASEAN countries, whereby children are trafficked into exploitative labour and sexual exploitation. This study aimed to highlight the problem of trafficking in children in ASEAN countries and how children are exploited after being trafficked. The study findings will add to the existing knowledge on trafficking in general and the trafficking of children in particular in ASEAN countries. The researcher relied on a library-based (literature review) approach that involved analysis of existing literature on the topic. The study revealed that a lot of children are trafficked in ASEAN countries. It was also discovered that poverty, conflicts, and a promise of a better future are key drivers of trafficking. The research also revealed that labour and sexual exploitation are rampant among trafficked children. This paper adds to the existing body of knowledge on trafficking in children. ASEAN countries should come with joint concerted efforts to tame trafficking in children by sealing all the existing loopholes.

This qualitative study explores the intricate relationship between social stigma and mental health among the transgender community in Lahore, Pakistan, and Delhi, India. Through 16 in-depth interviews, the research employs thematic analysis to uncover the core themes that emerge from the personal narratives of transgender individuals in these culturally diverse yet challenging environments. The thematic analysis revealed several key themes: the pervasive impact of societal rejection, the psychological toll of discrimination, resilience in the face of adversity, and the quest for identity and acceptance. Participants' accounts vividly portray the harsh realities of living as a transgender individual in societies where deep-seated stigma is prevalent. Many described experiences of ostracization from family and community, leading to feelings of isolation and psychological distress. The stigma associated with their gender identity often resulted in discrimination in various spheres of life, including employment, healthcare, and social interactions, further exacerbating their mental health challenges. Despite these adversities, a recurring theme of resilience emerged. Participants shared coping strategies and support systems that helped them navigate these challenges. The stories highlighted not only their struggles but also their strength and determination to live authentically. This study sheds light on the urgent need for societal change and policy reform to support the mental health and well-being of the transgender community in Lahore and Delhi. The findings provide valuable insights for mental health professionals, policymakers, and advocates, emphasizing the importance of creating inclusive and supportive environments that respect and affirm transgender identities.

Research "The Influence of Value Clarification Technique (VCT) Approach Assisted by Moral Dilemmas Discussion in Learning Pancasila Democracy on Conceptual Understanding and Students' Moral Attitudes Learning outcome”. Research problem; (1) Is there a positive effect of VCT applied with moral dilemma discussion method on Pancasila democracy material on students’ learning outcome of conceptual understanding (cognitive domain)? (2) Is there a positive effect of VCT applied with moral dilemma discussion method on Pancasila democracy material on students' moral behavior learning outcome? The research context was class XI IPA.3 students as experimental class and the control class was XI IPA.1 students of SMAN 4 Kupang. The descriptive-quantitative method was used assisted by t-test analysis technique. Pretest results showed no significant difference among students' ability to understand moral concepts in democracy material between experimental class and control class. The average score of experimental class was 66.90 meanwhile control class was 65.54. The average of pre-test results concerning students’ moral attitudes in experimental class was 71.21 and control class was 72. 86. Post-test results of conceptual understanding as cognitive learning outcome in experimental class was 87.76, higher than the average control class score of 74.82. This proved that the use of VCT approach with the moral dilemma discussion method positively improves students’ understanding of moral concepts and their attitude and moral behavior. The independent sample t test result indicated a significant difference between control and experimental classes. This was indicated by a 2-way (t-tailed) significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Group homogeneity test result based on Lavene's test for variances equality obtained a value of 0.264 > 0.05 therefore data between control and experimental class were homogeneous. Likewise, the two-way significance test (t-tailed) result on equal variances assumed section obtained the sig value. 000 < 0.05. Relying on t test result it could be concluded that H0rejected and Ha accepted. Thus, understanding moral concepts and attitudes learning outcome using VCT Strategy with moral dilemma discussion method achieved higher result than using VCT Strategy with conventional lecture method.

Arbitration as a dispute resolution has been recognized and accommodated in Indonesian positive law. Against international arbitral awards that are requested for enforcement in Indonesia, there is an obstacle regarding the refusal of execution of the award based on the violation of the principle of public policy. The limitative definition in the 1958 New York Convention and no further regulation of the principle of public policy provide uncertainty to the execution of international arbitration awards in Indonesia. The type of research used in this legal writing is normative legal research. Research that is evaluative research. The approaches used include a statutory approach, case approach, and conceptual approach. The technique of collecting legal materials is done through literature study using deductive legal logic. The results show that although there is no unity of meaning regarding the principle of public policy, every country definitely needs an emergency brake to protect national interests called the term public policy.
