This article shows the psychological mechanisms for eliminating the feeling of fear that arise in students during the examination process, preventive and therapeutic methods for eliminating the feeling of nausea. The psychic states that arise in the educational process do not always have the same quality and duration. While positive experiences affect activity performance and make it more interesting, negative emotions can also reduce the effectiveness of training activities. Several objective, subjective reasons are considered to be the impetus for the emergence of specific emotional stresses in the educational process. Overcoming emotional tensions that arise in educational activities is one of the most important factors in improving educational effectiveness.

This research study focuses on the analysis of internal control in relation to administrative, accounting and financial management, with the purpose of identifying critical points and deficiencies present. The data collected during the investigation carried out in the financial department and in the administrative area, where the delivery of specifications for coordination with the National Public Procurement System (SERCOP) is planned, reveal the existence of shortcomings in control practices. Control risks were mainly observed as risk factors, and the improper application of internal control procedures affects the internal processes of the finance department. It is essential for the Decentralized Autonomous Government of Palenque to identify development mechanisms to address existing problems and provide quality and timely works and services projects, thus guaranteeing the social and economic development of the population. In this research, the focus is to analyze and determine a solution scheme to mitigate deficiencies in accounting, administrative, and financial management. This involves designing control documents and determining tools that facilitate the improvement of internal control in the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Palenque Canton.

This research investigates the characteristics of the translator style in five English translations of The True Story of Ah Q, with particular attention paid to lexicons, syntax and overall text structure. The primary goal is to examine patterns between translation versions as well as identify subtle variances that exist among translation versions. By employing Multidimensional Analysis techniques, we delve deeper into the concept of Translator Style. Explore their choices and patterns across translation projects. Our findings illustrate elements that define a translator style at a level, such as syntactic structures and overall text composition in The True Story of Ah Q. This study emphasises the significance of translators and scholars of translation studies recognising how translator styles impact translated text. Further research should be undertaken to gain more insights into translator styles and their effects; furthermore, findings from such research could also be integrated into translation training programs to promote greater appreciation of translation as an art form.

The Galapagos Islands belong to the Insular region of the Ecuadorian State, in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution of this country, this province is formed from a special regime, which characterizes it and attributes certain capabilities such as promoting its economic activities and production within its jurisdiction and by its competent administrative authorities. This is the constitutional provision and key driver for the creation of the province's Private Investment Regulation, which has been under discussion for quite some time and yet no consensus has been reached to date on its content. Knowing the draft that has been under discussion, this research aims to study the provincial ordinance containing the Galapagos Private Investment Regulations in order to identify contradictions, limitations, and irregularities that affect constitutional principles and rights for which the document has not yet been enacted. To shape the study, it was necessary to use a qualitative research approach, maintaining an exploratory scope as this is an original topic with no previous research history; as a result, it was determined that the imperative of analysis lies in the content of the aforementioned regulation, so it is discussed from different constitutional authors each of the articles where contradictions, limitations or irregularities are found, verifying the possible existence of unconstitutionalities, which have been the main legal motivation for this regulation not to be enacted.

The potential of Milkfish Aquaculture on the North Coast of Java is very promising as the source of economy to both the farmers and Indonesia. However, the challenge faced by milkfish farmers is the fluctuation of input and selling prices may threaten business. Gresik as one of the center of milkfish production faces issues in accessing the market to sell their products, hence they require intermediaries that carries transaction costs which implicitly increase their final costs. Moreover, lack of cold storage and advance processing in the area complicate and reduce the bargaining value of milkfish farmers towards its buyer. This is because milkfish has a relatively very short shelf-life without proper storage or additional processing. The research is aimed to analyze the cost structure of milkfish farmers on the north coast of Java towards farmers income. Quantitative method is employed using two analyses: Ordinary Least Square (OLS) and Mann-Whitney Comparative Test. This study found that input cost is significantly affect the milkfish farmer, while the investment and transaction costs do not affect the milkfish farmer. Although the transaction cost variable is not significant, it shows negative coefficient value which implies reverse relationship with income. The result of Comparative Test is that the transaction cost of traditional farmers is higher compared to the semi-intensive. This is because the semi-intensive aquaculture has a higher bargaining position compared to the traditional ones, so that the cost of information, negotiation and other transaction cost are lower compared to the traditional ones. This study may useful for the milkfish farmer to increase efficiencies in the production by reducing the hidden costs and improve supply chain of the milkfish industry for the sustainability of milkfish farmers and its sub-industries in Gresik.

This study explores the complex environment of smart applications technology in the UAE's public and private sectors, looking into the complex interactions between technological adaptability and accessibility as well as the effects of Total Quality Management (TQM) studies presented by policies and regulations. Data was collected by a multistage sampling strategy, mixing probability and non-probability methods, using a cross-sectional research design. To ensure impartial item creation and adherence to best practices, a pretested questionnaire underwent extensive examination. Through the revelation of unexpected results, the research tests and expands upon the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). There is a request for an enlarged TAM framework because there is no substantial correlation found between accessibility and the performance of smart applications. A negative link is resulted, unexpectedly, between technology adaptation and TQM adoption, underscoring the necessity of a cautious integration strategy. The report also emphasizes how important TQM policies and regulations are to the functioning of smart applications, supporting the need for a thorough TAM framework that takes in regulatory dynamics into consideration. Practical implications for stakeholders, quality policymakers, and institutions are presented by the findings, which highlight several adoption aspects beyond accessibility. This research adds a contribution on smart application performance and develops theoretical models for integrating technology in organizational settings. The rigorous design of the methodology highlights the integrity of the study and guarantees the validity of the insights obtained from the investigation.
