This study aimed to examine the effect of civil servant career adaptability on employee engagement mediated by public service motivation. This study adopts the theory of job demand resources and takes the perspective of organizational behavior theory to explain personal resource variables. The proposed hypothesis was tested by conducting a partial least square - a structural equation model on data collected from 599 millennial civil servants in Indonesia. This study found that career adaptability, directly and indirectly, affects employee engagement with public service motivation as a mediating variable. This study offers academics significant insight in providing empirical evidence of organizational behavior theory for a direct relationship between career adaptability and public service motivation. The implication of this research for human resource management in government organizations is awareness of designing programs to increase the career adaptability of millennial civil servants, so that it will have significant impact on public services because of their motivation and engagement to stay in the public sector.

This research article is part of a dissertation on "The Chinese Yangqin: Performance Practices and Aesthetic Characteristics", which found that the cultural values of the Chinese yangqin were mainly influenced by Chinese politics, social culture, and the aesthetics of the people, reflecting the changes in society and culture and the aesthetic preferences of the people. As an introduced instrument, the chinese yangqin came with its own cultural values of cultural invasion and fusion. Pre-1949 yangqin music was rich in cultural values and was used in folk cultural events with a sense of ritual, serving to promote friendship and maintain social harmony. Secondly, it served a political function as a means of diplomacy, and an entertainment function in the folklore or at court. The cultural value of music after 1949 is relatively homogeneous, mainly for entertainment and cultural integration.

Building a service-oriented government to the satisfaction of the people is a basic goal and direction of the development of the Chinese government. In the current era, it has become a consensus for the government and non-governmental organizations to jointly govern public affairs. Network governance focuses on the realization and promotion of public interests as the core value, and pays attention to coordinating the complex interaction of diversified actors. It advocates sharing power in the cooperative network and jointly dealing with all kinds of problems. Compared with the traditional management system, network governance can coordinate and manage cross-border cooperation networks among governments at all levels and departments more effectively. The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of network governance on the building of service-oriented government in China. Through a questionnaire survey of 408 civil servants, this study analyzes the relationship between the network structure elements and the government service effect. The results show that the cooperation network with high stability and high intensity is positively related to the improvement of government service effect. In addition, the the government concept and the network cooperation ability are also closely related to the government service effect. These findings show the important influence of network governance in the process of building a service-oriented government, and put forward the relevant measures for the building of service-oriented government.

Research problem; (1) The objective of this research was to determine whether or not the ubiquitous learning program at Ajloun National University College of Education improved student learning results. Students in the College of Education at Ajloun National University were studied over three months to see whether or not the program had a positive effect on their learning across the cognitive, emotional, and psychomotor domains. Fifty students participated in the study, with 25 each assigned to the experimental and control groups. The study found that post-test scores on learning outcomes in the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains were significantly higher for the experimental group compared to the control group. The research also showed that the experimental group's pre- and post-measurement mean scores on the learning outcomes across the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains favored the post-measurement. The experimental group's post- and post-follow-up scores on cognitive, affective, and psychomotor learning outcomes do not differ from the control group's results by a statistically significant amount.

This study examines how Jordan's economic development is impacted by sustainable entrepreneurship (SE), with an emphasis on the mediating function of environmental performances (EP). To be more precise, we look at how Jordanian entrepreneurs' entrepreneurial leadership, culture, and mentality support SE and ultimately impact economic development through EP. We use data gathered from a sample of 250 Jordanian entrepreneurs to evaluate our assumptions using a Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling technique. According to our research, SE significantly and favourably influences EP, which in turn mediates the relationship between SE and economic development. Furthermore, the findings demonstrate that Jordanian entrepreneurs' entrepreneurial leadership, culture, and mentality all have a favourable impact on SE. Policymakers, business owners, and other stakeholders interested in advancing sustainable economic development in Jordan should take note of these results. Our research emphasises how critical it is to create an entrepreneurial ecosystem that supports entrepreneurs' sustainable leadership, culture, and way of thinking. Furthermore, our results imply that Jordan's economic development may benefit from initiatives to enhance EP, offering policymakers a possible way to encourage sustainable entrepreneurship. Overall, by analysing EP's mediating role in the relationship between SE and economic development, this study adds to the body of knowledge on sustainable entrepreneurship and offers insightful information to practitioners and policymakers who wish to support sustainable economic development in Jordan.
