Development of human resources is one of the key factors in achieving sustainability and success in Islamic educational institutions. There are several ways to develop human resources in Islamic educational institutions: 1) Islamic training and workshops; 2) Professional Development Program; 3) Collaboration with Islamic Education Institutions; 4) Research and Development Activities; 5) Use of Technology in Learning and 6) Development of Islamic Leadership and Ethics. Of these several ways, halaqoh activities are one of the activities that are considered to play an important role in developing human resources in Islamic educational institutions. This article aims to explain halaqoh activities in Islamic educational institutions as activities in human resource development. The method used is a library research approach by reading literature and collecting research materials. The results obtained are that halaqoh activities can provide many benefits to teachers, such as being able to help improve teacher professionalism, provide experience, add insight, knowledge and skills in designing learning methods, improve the quality and quantity of worship and teacher recitation of the Qur'an and improve the ability spiritual teacher.

Islam first entered Indonesia to be precise in the city of Barus which is located in the Coastal region of Central Tapanuli Regency, North Sumatra. This city is 290 KM from the capital, namely Medan, North Sumatra. If taken by land, it might take as long as 7 hours. However, if you are in Sibolga, this city can be reached in just 2 hours. Long before the emergence of the history of the Wali Songo who spread Islamic teachings in Java, to be precise in the 14th century, Islam was already in Barus. In the 7th century AD, Poly historical literature confirms that the Islamic belief in Indonesia was for the first time in Barus. This can be clarified by the existence of an old tomb in the Mahligai cemetery area, Barus. On the tombstone is written the name of Sheikh Rukunuddin who died in 672 AD or 48 H. This confirms that at that time there was a Muslim community.

The importance of the relationship between society and school culture is to create a healthy balance between these two entities. A school culture that is positive and relevant to the surrounding community can help students develop themselves and contribute positively to society. Conversely, positive influences from the community can also shape an inclusive and adaptive school culture. The method used in this paper is a qualitative approach with the type of writing analytic descriptions. The author will explain and analyze the problems encountered in the topic raised. Society can influence school culture in various ways such as providing support for school programs, providing input on school policies, and influencing student behavior outside of school. Society and school culture are two things that are interrelated and influence one another. These changes were mainly due to the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum which emphasized more active and creative learning.

Songket is the result of hand-woven made of varioustypes of yarn and decorated with various motifs. Songket can found in several regions in Indonesia as a type of folk craft that characterizes each region, besides that songket weaving is also one of the livelihoods of the population. The Batu Bara Malay songket woven cloth serves as a symbol and identity for the Malay community in Batu Bara. In order to collect complete information. This study uses intensive interview techniques at some time in 2023, and also conducts a literature study. This study resulted that the Malay Batu Bara songket industry can be a source of income forlocal residents and has a connection with Islamic culture in its use.

This study aims to develop instructional media in the form of guided inquiry-based LKPD on excretion system material to test the feasibility, practicality and determine the effectiveness of LKPD. This research used R&D research methods with the Borg & Gall development model (research and information collecting, planning, develop preliminary form of product, preliminary field testing, main product revision, main field testing and operational product). The test subjects in this study were students of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Brandan Barat. The media expert validation results obtained an average percentage of 92.5% with a very decent category. The results of the material expert validation obtained an average percentage of 93.75% with a very decent category. The results of the teacher’s response assessment obtained an average percentage of 91% in the very practical category. The results of the assessment of student responses in the limited scale trials obtained an average percentage of 80.99% in the very practical category and in the large scale trials and average percentage of 83.99% was obtained in the very practical category. Based on the results of the feasibility, practicality and product effectiveness tests, the guided inquiry-based LKPD on excretion system material develop is feasible, practical and effective for improving students critical thinking skills.

The research that has been done is entitled “Development of Biology Learning Modules Based on Discovery Learning on Plant Material for Class X High School”. This study aims to develop teaching materials in the from of biology learning modules based on Discovery Learning on plant material that are valid, practical and effective. This study used the R&D research method with the ADDIE development model (analysis, design, development, implementation dan evaluation). The test subjects in this study were class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Pegajahan. The results of the assessment of the material and media expert validation test obtained an average percentage of 94,67% with a very valid category. The results of the practicality test assessment from the responses of educators and students obtained an average percentage of 87,77% in the very practical category. The results of the assessment of the effectiveness test obtained an average percentage of 0,67 in the medium category. Based on the results of testing the validity, practicality and effectiveness of the product, it can be concluded that the biology learning module based on Discovery Learning on the plant world material developed is valid use as additional teaching material for students in the biology learning process and can be used independently.

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan berdasarkan pengamatan peneliti yang menemukan fakta masih banyak hal yang harus mendapat perhatian dan penanganan khusus dalam peningkatan prestasi belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan disiplin terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI dan XII di SMA Negeri 1 Tamansari Kabupaten Bogor, mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan akhlakul karimah terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI dan XII di SMA Negeri 1 Tamansari Kabupaten Bogor, dan mengetahui pengaruh secara bersama-sama antara penerapan disiplin dan pendidikan akhlakul karimah terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI dan XII di SMA Negeri 1 Tamansari Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi yang diteliti adalah para siswa kelas XI dan XII SMAN 1 Tamansari Kabupaten Bogor. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 86 responden dengan metode Probably Sampling. Penilaian statistik dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, selanjutnya diolah dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 26. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan disiplin berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Selanjutnya, Pendidikan akhlakul karimah memiliki pengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar Siswa Untuk penerapan disiplin dan akhlakul karimah secara bersamaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan disiplin terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI dan XII di SMA Negeri 1 Tamansari Kabupaten Bogor, mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan akhlakul karimah terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI dan XII di SMA Negeri 1 Tamansari Kabupaten Bogor, dan mengetahui pengaruh secara bersama-sama antara penerapan disiplin dan pendidikan akhlakul karimah terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI dan XII di SMA Negeri 1 Tamansari Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi yang diteliti adalah para siswa kelas XI dan XII SMAN 1 Tamansari Kabupaten Bogor. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 86 responden dengan metode Probably Sampling. Penilaian statistik dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, selanjutnya diolah dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 26. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan disiplin berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. ABSTRACT
Research on the identification of food products made from algae (microalgae or macroalgae) at traditional and modern markets in the city of Medan was carried out on May 26 2023. This research was carried out at traditional and modern markets in the city of Medan. The purpose of this research is as information and also as an extension of our knowledge about food products made from algae in traditional and modern markets in the city of Medan. The analysis uses a qualitative descriptive method, by taking samples, then documenting them by taking pictures, then identifying them. Analysis using a qualitative descriptive method was carried out in a way, every time you find a food product made from algae, a picture will be taken as proof that the product uses algae-based ingredients. The results of this study are that there are several food products that are often consumed which are made from algae found in traditional and modern markets in the city of Medan, namely jelly, nutrijel, pudding, nori and also karagean.
