The village government is an element of government administration whose job is to serve the needs of the community. The village government has the duty and responsibility to manage the community in order to create a prosperous society. Based on Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning villages, it is stated that the village government is obliged to provide and improve services to the community and in carrying out its duties, the village government is obliged to carry out good administration and implement the principles of transparent village governance. Among the roles that must be carried out by Village Officials is serving the administrative needs of the community such as obtaining KTP, KK, Birth Certificates, resident certificates, letters of good behavior and so on. This study aims to describe and reveal village government services that occur in the Bandar Khalipah Village government office, as the main issue of how the role of the Village Government is in improving the distribution of Direct Cash Assistance services in Bandar Khalipah Village, Percut Sei Tuan sub-district, what are the obstacles faced by the Village Head in improving services at the Bandar Khalipah Village office in improving services to the community at the Bandar Khalipah Village Office, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency. This research uses qualitative research and data collection is done through observation, documentation and interviews. And the results of the research and conclusions: this shows that the performance of the Bandar Khalipah Village government is quite good in terms of productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility and accountability in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations and is supported by human resources and facilities and infrastructure adequate in carrying out the task. This can be seen in terms of service to the people of Bandar Khalipah Village. This can be realized because the Bandar Khalipah Village government is very obedient to regional regulations or policies and the direction of the Village Head.

The Guidance and Counseling Instructor's Role in Supervising Private Vocational School Students at School Students' bad behavior known as truancy includes not attending school without permission, missing certain class hours, and returning home after school has begun. The purpose of this study is to ascertain the causes of truancy among students and the consequences of such behavior at school. It is common knowledge that truancy results in learning failure. The descriptive qualitative method was utilized in this study. According to the findings of the research that was carried out, the behavior of truancy is influenced by both internal and external factors like a lack of motivation and interest in learning, juvenile delinquency, and friends who like truants but don't like certain teachers or lessons. They frequently receive calls from counseling teachers as a result of truancy, and they miss lessons, which can result in lower grades or, the most serious outcome, expulsion from school.

Tarjuman Tafsir al-Mustafid is one of the Quran interpretations written in Arab Jawi (an old Malay-style writing) which is considered as the earliest and the most complete Quran interpretation in Indonesia. This interpretation was written by Sheikh Abdur Rauf al-Singkili, during the reign of Queen Safiyatuddin. There are two views about the writing source of this interpretation, first as the translation of a Baidhawi interpretation and second as the translation of Jalalain and Al-Khazin books. The method applied in the writing of this interpretation can be analyzed from its interpretation and meaning. In term of its interpretation, this book used tahlili (analysis) as it explains the verses in sequence and their content from various aspects, while in term of its meaning it used ijmali (global) as its explanation is in accordance with the meaning of the verses it describes.

Secularism is an understanding that only prioritizes material things and separates the life of the world and the hereafter, even this understanding always fights for the right to be free from various rules of religious teachings, they believe that all decision activities which are entirely located and made by humans, are not there may be a role and interference of religion in it. Secularism is an ideology that initially developed in the Western world and then continues to spread to almost all corners of the world, including the Islamic world and Indonesia in particular. This paper examines the relationship between religion and the state from the perspective of Islamic thought. This study aims to describe how the relationship between religion and the state in the Islamic view. The method used in obtaining data is descriptive method through library research. The principle of secularism in this case is that both theism and atheism cannot be proven by experience, so that it is outside the thought of secularism. Theology provides an interpretation of an unknown world while secularism does not want this kind of world and its interpretations at all. Thus secular is the nature of releasing this world from religion. For that we need a process, and this process is called secularization. Indonesia as a pluralistic country, on the one hand has a majority Muslim population even though other religions grow and develop dynamically in this archipelago. So that in a practical order it gives birth to a secular statehood concept where Islam is not used as the main principle in structuring the life of the nation and state.

This study analyzes the roots of fundamentalist Islamic political movements in the modern era by specifically exploring the logic in Islamic theology that is specific to Islamic fundamentalists. On that basis, this research attempts to critically dissect how Armstrong perceives Islamic fundamentalist political ideology. The Islamic fundamentalist movement, in particular, must be understood as a political movement. With this assumption, the position of the fundamentalists and the way they struggle and the ideological basis can be seen clearly. Based on the above themes, this study concludes two important findings: first, many forms of what is called "fundamentalism" essentially have to be seen as discourses of political theology, namely forms of nationalism or ethnicity, which are articulated religiously. Thus, fundamentalism can be understood as a political movement with an Islamic ideology. Second, psychologically, it is necessary to recognize that both the theology and ideology of fundamentalists are rooted in this fear starting with their insecurities that the secularists will eliminate them. It should also be realized that the fundamentalist movement is not an ancient movement or from the past, but is fundamentally modern and highly innovative.

A forest fire is a situation where a forest is engulfed by fire resulting in damage to the forest or forest products causing economic loss and/or environmental value. The research approach used is normative legal research, with the following conclusions: The results of this study indicate that in decision Number: 58/Pid .Sus/2016/PN Psp concerning the crime of forest burning which stated that the defendants Nelson Manurung and Muliadi Siburian had been proven guilty of committing the crime of forest fires and were sentenced to 1 (one) year in prison and a fine of Rp. 1,000,000,000 (one billion rupiah) by the Padangsidimpuan District Court. In this case it can be concluded that in their consideration the Panel of Judges did not consider the impact of the defendant's actions on the preservation of nature and the lack of firmness of the Panel of Judges in deciding cases which were considered relatively light. Criminal sanctions in the criminal act of burning forests in article 78 paragraph (3) of RI Law No. 41 of 1999 concerning forestry jo. Article 50 paragraph (3) letter d RI Law No. 41 of 1999, namely a maximum of 15 (fifteen) years and a maximum fine of Rp. 5,000,000,000 (five billion rupiah). Then, in view of Islamic criminal law, the author's findings in the criminal case of forest burning are subject to Ta'zir punishment, namely the punishment determined by the authorized government.

Then, in view of Islamic criminal law, the author's findings in the criminal case of forest burning are subject to Ta'zir punishment, namely the punishment determined by the authorized government.
