This research was conducted to determine the extent to which digital literacy influences social studies learning on the critical thinking skills of class VIII students at SMP Muhammadiyah 22 Kisaran. This research is a quantitative research with data processing in the form of numbers. The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, normality test, linearity test and t-test. Based on the results of the study that obtained a tcount of -1.543 while the ttable value was at a significance level of 5% with N = 30, a ttable of 2.048 was obtained. Then the digital literacy variable has a significance level of 0.134 > 0.05, which means it is not significant. So the value of tcount < ttable is -1.543 <2.048 then Ha is rejected and H0 is accepted, so it can be concluded that there is no effect of digital literacy on social studies learning on the critical thinking skills of class VIII students at SMP Muhammadiyah 22 Kisaran.

This study aims to determine the development of an encyclopedia of medicinal plants in the City of Subulussalam and the feasibility of an encyclopedia of medicinal plants in the City of Subulussalam as a source of learning material for class X plant diversity. The research method was used the Research and Development (R&D) research method with the Borg and gall development model which has been modified to 8 steps from 10 steps that should be, namely 1) Potential problems, 2) Data collection, 3) Product design, 4) Product validation, 5) Design revision, 6) Product validation, 7) Product revision, and 8) Final product with media feasibility conclusion. Based on the results of the validation analysis by material expert validators, media experts, and biology teacher, it is known that the results of material expert validation have a percentage of 97.22%, media expert validation has a percentage of 100%, and validation by biology teacher has a percentage of 98.21%, it can be concluded from the three validation results by biology lecturers and teacher that they can be categorized into very suitable criteria for use as a learning resource. In a field trial with a limited scope and a wider scope, it is known that the results of a limited scope trial have a percentage of 91%, and a wider field trial has a percentage of 96.67%, it shows that the encyclopedia of medicinal plants is very suitable to be used as a learning resource for participants educate.

This aims study to determine the role of social media as a promotional media agent in increasing understanding of sharia insurance with a case study on family takaful agents in Medan city. This study uses a qualitative method that is descriptive. Then the data collection techniques in this study used interviews, observations (observations) and questionnaires with the Likert scale method with a total of 12 customer respondents who commented on social media agents who were informants in this study. The results of this study indicate that utilizing the role of social media as a promotional medium helps agents to increase understanding of sharia insurance, especially for customers. In fact, based on the results of interviews, Medan city family takaful agents argued that social media not only helps in promotion to increase understanding of sharia insurance, but can also generate new customers. Then to be able to measure the understanding of sharia insurance for family takaful customers it is measured through a questionnaire with four indicators, namely first, consumer knowledge with the results of very understanding criteria of 58.3%, understanding criteria of 33.3% and criteria of sufficient understanding of 8.3%. Second, previous or past experience with the results of very understanding criteria of 58.3%, 33.3% understanding criteria and 8.3% sufficiently understanding criteria. Then the third is information in the category of sufficient understanding of 100%. And fourth, social/environmental with sufficient understanding criteria of 100%.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Komisi dan Bonus Terhadap Kinerja Agen Asuransi di PT Asuransi Takaful Keluarga Cabang Setia Budi Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda dan menggunakan program SPSS 24. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan metode skala likert serta sampel sebanyak 65 Agen di PT Asuransi Takaful Keluarga Cabang Setia Budi Medan (RO Al-Fatih Agency) yang telah bersertifikat AASI (Asosiasi Asuransi Syariah Indonesia). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan dari perhitungan R Square sebesar 0,568 atau sebesar 56,8%. Hal tersebut memperlihatkan bahwa kinerja agen dipengaruhi oleh kedua variabel komisi dan bonus sebesar 56,8% Sisanya sebesar 43,2% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak disertakan di penelitian ini. Uji parsial (Uji t) pada penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang mempengaruhi kinerja agen asuransi di PT Asuransi Takaful Keluarga Cabang Setia Budi Medan adalah variabel komisi sebesar 3.883 (X1) dan variabel bonus sebesar 3.100 (X2). Artikel ini memuat tentang konsep pengembangan dalam pendidikan Islam di era society 5.0. Berbicara mengenai pendidikan tentu merupakan salah satu cita-cita dari seluruh manusia untuk meningkatkan harkat dan martabat sebagai manusia bermoral. Melalui pendidikan kita mendapatkan berbagai ilmu pengetahuan yang terdiri dari sosial, ekonomi, agama dan lain sebagainya. Clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) in household arrangements is an effort that aims to cultivate PHBS in the family scope. Basically good behavior starts from the home environment and family habits in the household. This study aims to determine the application of household PHBS in Kenangan village. The research design used cross sectional with a sample of 78 people, the sample was taken using a simple random sampling technique with an analytical survey design. The data analysis used is by using Chi Square statistical test. Based on the results of the research analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the average female respondent is a housewife so that she can carry out clean and healthy living behaviors properly. The results from respondents regarding smoking habits are quite high in the region. Almost all residents in the area are very good at implementing good and healthy homes. A good and healthy house has adequate ventilation. The results of data analysis showed that the application of exclusive breastfeeding, hand washing with soap, and smoking habits had a positive correlation with age and level of education with a p-value <0.05. Then the relationship between the characteristics of the respondents and the application of trash bins, good latrine conditions, and good housing conditions has a positive correlation with age with a p-value <0.05. It is recommended for health workers to activate health cadres in the Kenanga sub-district in Percut Sei Tuan sub-district, for the community, namely increasing individual, family and community health care by living a clean and healthy life.

 Clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) in household arrangements is an effort that aims to cultivate PHBS in the family scope. Basically good behavior starts from the home environment and family habits in the household. This study aims to determine the application of household PHBS in Kenangan village. The research design used cross sectional with a sample of 78 people, the sample was taken using a simple random sampling technique with an analytical survey design. The data analysis used is by using Chi Square statistical test. Based on the results of the research analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the average female respondent is a housewife so that she can carry out clean and healthy living behaviors properly. The results from respondents regarding smoking habits are quite high in the region. Almost all residents in the area are very good at implementing good and healthy homes. A good and healthy house has adequate ventilation. Indonesia is a democratic country that considers elections to be a benchmark in democracy. One form of democracy in Indonesia, for example, is holding elections to represent the voices of the people. The existence of the KPU as an election organizer is also required to be professional, accountable and have high integrity, because it has a very important strategic value. To assist the KPU in holding general elections, JUBERJURDIL requires members of the District Election Committee (PPK). The method used in this study is to use qualitative methods by using observation, interviews and documentation as data collection techniques. The results of this study indicate that the performance of the Medan City KPU in compiling the registration of the sub-district election committee (PPK) for the 2024 elections has been fairly good. The General Election Commission was formed in order to assist the KPU to carry out elections in 2024 in an orderly manner. Medan City KPU invites Medan City residents to register themselves to become members of the Medan City PPK.

Education as a place for students to gain knowledge with the teaching given by the teacher in order to build the personality of students so that they have good character and noble character. The teacher as a teaching provider does not only provide lessons in the classroom, but also as a character building for students to be able to have a noble attitude in the surrounding environment. The method used in this research is qualitative method. The purpose of this study is to find out and examine how the role of education plays a role in shaping student character. The results of this study indicate that the role of education is very good. This can be seen from students who have good personalities. However, there are a number of things that need to be improved, such as the activeness of the teacher in giving moral messages to students in learning.

Understanding, examples, and phenomenological methods are used in this study to apply the phenomenology method. which a group of people in his life consciously and individually experience. The research for this thesis aims to discover Medina's perspective on the social deviations of Islamic aqeedah. Medan MUI is of the opinion that the deviance from Islamic aqeedah is a matter that is connected to the principles underlying Islamic teachings. As a result, unity is required in aqeedah, the fundamental understanding of the faith. The touching goes against and contradicts the fundamentals of Islamic teachings that have been qath'i, such as those related to faith and others.
