This research aims to analyze the role of Bakesbangpol in increasing the political participation of female voters and determine the factors that influence the political participation of female voters in Sukoharjo Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data sources in the research include informants, namely heads of departments and staff members of domestic politics and community organizations as well as female voters participating in political education programs, events implementing political education programs at the Graha Satya Praja pavilion, as well as the Sukoharjo Regency Bakesbangpol strategic plan document for 2021-2026. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data collection techniques used were observation, direct in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The validity test technique uses triangulation of sources and methods. The data analysis technique used is an interactive analysis model which consists of four components including data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results are as follows. 1) Bakesbangpol Sukoharjo Regency has carried out its role as a facilitator by providing facilities and infrastructure, providing political education assistance, and having a focus on discussions related to political participation. Political education is carried out in the form of political socialization. 2) factors that influence the political participation of female voters in Sukoharjo Regency, namely a) political knowledge, female voters who have political knowledge will have the awareness to participate in political activities. b) family, family members, especially the husband, are factors that can influence a wife's choice. c) political stimulation, political education organized by Bakesbangpol is able to increase the knowledge of female voters and social media is able to influence the choices of female voters. d) work that is formed because of similarities is able to encourage individuals to adapt to behavior in the group.

Learning media is a tool used in learning and has an important role in increasing teacher efficiency and effectiveness in teaching. This research aims to determine the effect of learning media on Civics learning outcomes. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The sampling technique used was Stratified Random Sampling, while data collection was carried out through questionnaires, observation and documentation techniques. The results of the regression analysis in this study show the equation Y = 112.537+(-0.686X). This equation means the coefficient value. In addition, it is also known that the coefficient of determination R2 (RSquare) is 0.102, which means the magnitude of the influence of the independent variable (use of learning media (x) on the dependent variable (civic learning outcomes (y) is 10.2%, while the remainder is (89 .8%) is influenced by other variables outside of learning variables that do not use learning media.

Discipline is an important aspect in forming quality students at the high school level. This article discusses how the Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) subjects can play a role in fostering discipline in high school students. This research uses library research to identify the meaning of discipline as behaviour that includes obedience to school rules, social norms and moral values. Explores how Civics subjects can play an important role in shaping discipline and illustrates how Civics teachers can influence student discipline through interactive teaching approaches, ethical discussions, and case studies on moral issues. Civics teachers also have a role in providing positive examples as citizens who obey the law and ethics. The research results show that Civics subjects can make a significant contribution in shaping the discipline of high school students. Through focused and in-depth Civics learning, students can understand the moral values, ethics and social norms that are essential for discipline.

Education is always side by side with changes or developments of the times so that improvements and changes towards the better have become common demands, the presence of a leader like that is highly coveted by all parties, a leader who is able to translate the vision, mission and goals of education and is able to implement them through strategies -the strategy he created. From the results of the identification there is a problem that the teacher's performance is not optimal because there are some that have not been implemented properly, including not implementing interpersonal relationships such as developing positive attitudes of students, fostering enthusiasm in learning and interacting in the classroom. The focus of the problem is what is the role of the principal's leadership in improving teacher performance. To describe the role of the principal's leadership in improving teacher performance. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive research design. The data collection technique is car ied out through observation, interviews and documentation. the benefit of this research is to make a positive contribution to scientific development, especially in improving teacher performance with research being proof of the care and existence of the institution to the community members. Apart from that, the results of this research can be used as a study as a literature review in examining the role of leaders in society.

This study aims to examine the effect of the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) type cooperative learning model on student learning outcomes. This research uses an experimental method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 147 learners. The sampling technique in this study used cluster random sampling technique and obtained a research sample of 37 students. Data collection techniques with questionnaires and documentation. The prerequisite tests of analysis in this study are normality test and homogeneity test. Hypothesis testing in this study is the Independent Sample t-Test. The result of this study is that there is an influence of the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) type cooperative learning model on the learning outcomes of students with Sig. (2-tailed) values of 0.002 < 0.05.

Learning discipline is very important for students to achieve achievement. Therefore, the role of the teacher is needed in achieving it. The purpose of this research is to find out how the role of Pancasila and Citizenship Education teachers plays in increasing the awareness of students' learning discipline at SMK Letris Indonesia 1 South Tangerang. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The subjects of the study were the Deputy Head of Student Affairs, Guidance and Counseling Teachers, Civic Education teachers, and students at SMK Letris Indonesia 1 South Tangerang. To collect data, researchers used observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the role of Civics teachers in improving learning discipline at SMK Letris Indonesia 1 South Tangerang as motivators, facilitators, managers, demonstrators, mentors, evaluators, and models has not run optimally. This is evidenced by the violations committed by students, such as arriving late to school, falling asleep while studying, and not doing assignments on time. The inhibiting factors are families who cannot be invited to work together and the students themselves who are not aware of the importance of discipline.

This research discusses the paradigm shift in the teaching of Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) from a conventional teacher-centered and cognitive-focused approach to a student-oriented approach using the cooperative learning model known as the jigsaw method. The aim of this study is to investigate the outcomes and challenges that occurred after implementing the jigsaw cooperative model to address academic anxiety issues experienced by 12th-grade students. This research utilized a descriptive study with a qualitative approach conducted at SMA Negeri 6 Karawang in the academic year 2023/2024. The research findings indicate that the jigsaw cooperative learning model has proven to be successful and effective in addressing the academic anxiety issues faced by 12th-grade students. The results obtained showed improvements in student participation, comprehension of the material, social skills, emotional control, self-understanding, and rational thinking skills during the learning process. However, the research also identified some challenges in implementing the jigsaw cooperative model, such as disruptions from other groups and differences of opinion among students. In conclusion, the jigsaw cooperative learning model is considered an effective solution for addressing academic anxiety among students in the context of PPKn education. This shift in approach highlights the role of teachers in creating a student-centered learning environment, allowing students to develop holistically and overcome their learning challenges. This research makes a significant contribution to enhancing the quality of PPKn education in addressing the phenomenon of academic anxiety.

Paradigma Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan Dalam Membangun Karakter Generasi Penerus Bangsa 公民教育模式塑造下一代的性格

Citizenship education is one of the compulsory subjects that aims to provide knowledge and understanding of the state, government, politics, law, rights and obligations as citizens as well as the behavior of good and responsible citizens. The Citizenship Education Paradigm in building the character of the nation's next generation must includes an understanding of diversity and inclusivity, democracy, active participation, and social responsibility. The purpose of writing this journal is to examine in depth the paradigm of civic education in building the character of the nation's next generation. This research method uses a literature approach.The results obtained are that civics education can help overcome the weak character of the nation's next generation, especially in terms of understanding and practicing the nation's noble values. So it can be suggested that civics education in its implementation does not only act as a compulsory subject but more than that civics education should be internalized as a form of strengthening to form a nation with character, both through teaching and learning activities by prioritizing critical thinking, integrating it with extracurricular and intracurricular , other subjects, humanitarian projects or social activities (comunity service).
