This activity was a service carried out in the form of HIMPIKA Organization and Literacy Training (POLITIKA) with the theme: "Uniting Perceptions Towards HIMPIKA Synergy". Participants in this training were new students. One of the materials presented was Leadership in Organizations with the aim of providing insight into organizational leadership to the training participants. This training method takes the form of a series of events including, Presentation of Material on Leadership Theory, Leadership Case Studies, Group Discussions, and Leadership Simulations. The results obtained from service can provide participants with insight and knowledge about organizational leadership, helping participants develop understanding and effective leadership skills. Participants are expected to be able to apply the leadership concepts they have learned in the context of their respective organizations.

Stunting in Tasikmalaya City has increased, one of which is in Gununggede Village, Kawalu District, Tasikmalaya City, there are 75 children experiencing Stunting. Fish nuggets are an alternative food to improve children's nutrition. The aim of the activity is to increase nutritional knowledge and behavior among stunted children among PKK mothers in Gununggede Village as an effort to prevent stunting. Based on the results of the situation analysis in the Gununggede Subdistrict area, information was obtained that the community does not yet understand the dangers of stunting in children and understands that one of the efforts to reduce stunting is by processing high-nutrient foods that children like, one of which is making fish nuggets. Providing education to PKK mothers who act as mediators of family health information in the community is expected to be the first step in solving problems. This training in making fish nuggets was delivered using power point media and direct practice. The participants' positive response to this activity was seen from the participants' activeness during the discussion. Based on the results of pre-test and post-test data processing, which consisted of 10 multiple choice questions, the n-gain value obtained by PKK women in Gununggede Village was 6.3% and 7.1%. This shows that there is an increase in the understanding of PKK mothers before and after providing education. The method used is by providing information on Stunting Prevention material to children. To evaluate the increase in knowledge regarding healthy foods high in fiber, respondents will be given pre- and post-questionnaires during the activity. This service activity will be carried out by PKK mothers in Gunung Gede Village, Kawalu District, Tasikmalaya City.

In the modern era, digital transformation has changed nearly every aspect of our lives, and education is no exception. The advancements in information and communication technology have had a significant impact on how we learn, teach, and interact within the context of education. The utilization of digital transformation in the world of education is becoming increasingly important as it holds the potential to enhance the quality of learning and create a more inclusive, interactive, and adaptive learning environment, as seen at Attaawun Sukaresmi High School. The aim of this research is to understand how students effectively utilize digital media. This study will employ a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data will be gathered through interviews with various stakeholders at Attaawun Sukaresmi High School, including teachers and students. Additionally, an analysis of the utilization of digital media at the school will be conducted. The results of this research are expected to provide a deeper understanding of the use of digital media such as smartphones, laptops, and others. Furthermore, concrete strategies and steps will be proposed that can be taken by the government, institutions, or schools to optimize the positive use of digital media. Thus, Attaawun High School can serve as an example for other schools in coping with the changing times due to the development of digital technology.

Di Baran Genitri Desa Kedungrejo Kecamatan Pakis Kabupaten Malang, terdapat satu jalan utama yang menghubungkan setiap gang. Karena sangat pentingnya peran jalan tersebut sehingga kondisi jalan tersebut harus dapat mengakomodasi kebutuhan masyarakat. Pada daerah tersebut, sering terjadi kecelakaan sehingga terdapat beberapa titik bahaya yang harus ditangani. Kondisi jalan utama yang berbelok belok dan jalan berlubang menyebabkan titik bahaya. Titik tersebut salah satunya tikungan tajam yang terhalang rumput dan lahan tebu serta tembok/pagar rumah warga, sehingga ruas jalan berikutnya setelah tikungan tidak terlihat. Berdasarkan analisis situasi dan permasalahn yang dihadapi, solusi yang timbul yaitu pemasangan cermin tikungan untuk meningkatkan jarak pandang di titik persimpangan/ kelokan pada jalan utama. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan pengabdian dimasyarakat ini antara lain (1) Pemetaan kondisi (2) Persiapan (3) Edukasi (4) Pemasangan. Pada program PPM ini akan dihasilkan produk hasil berupa 4 buah cermin tikungan yang dipasang di tikungan jalan utama Baran Genitri selaku mitra. Dengan adanya cermin jalan ini diharapkan dapat menurunkan angka kecelakaan yang terjadi pada kelokan/tikungan tersebut.

Zaman sekarang banyak beredar jajanan atau kue modern yang lebih popular dan menarik dari segi cita rasa di kalangan milenial. Di Indonesia khususnya Kota Medan, banyak milenial sekarang yang bahkan tidak mengetahui kue-kue tradisional tersebut. Salah satu jajanan yang modern dan popular sekarang adalah Choux. Jajanan ini sering disebut sebagai kue sus. Choux biasanya berisa krim modern seperti vanilla, coklat, rum, match dan lainnya. Choux pastry kering adalah adonana yang terbuat dari tepung terigu, margarine, air, telur yang dibuat dengan cara direbus kemudian di cetak di oven, dilakukan dua kali pengovenan untuk mendapatkan choux pastry yang kering. Permasalahan yang dialami oleh UMKM Easyaschoux adalah belum optimalnya manajemen pemasaran dan belum adanya pengembangan manajemen SDM. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah membantu meningkatkan keterampilan pengelolaan manajemen usaha yang lebih professional mulai dari pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dan manajemen pemasarannya. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan omset penjualan di Mie Ayam WL. Metode pengumpulan data adalah metode deskriptif. Mie Ayam WL menghadirkan produk yang bisa menjangkau banyak peminat, ditambah dengan keunggulannya di topping yang beragam, tampilan penyajian yang menggoda selera dan harga yang sangat terjangkau. Pada awal pembukaan toko Mie Ayam WL, menua yang paling diminati adalah Mie Ayam dengan penjualan yang cukup signifikan berkat dukungan dari lingkungan sekitar dan kenalan pemilik. Namun, seiring berjalannya waktu, omset toko Mie Ayam WL menurun secara bertahap. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara tim dengan pemilik perihal strategi pemasaran yang digunakan oleh pemilik, diketahui bahwa kurangnya promosi melalui media sosial untuk menarik peminat baru, serta paket bundling yang dapat mempengaruhi emosional calon pelanggan misalnya penentuan harga paket. Pemilik Mie Ayam WL adalah anak muda namun kurang aktif dalam menggunaka sosial media serta toko online seperti Grabfood/Gofood, maka saran yang dapat diberikan adalah membantu menentukan paket bundling sebagai bagian promosi yaitu dari harga Rp 13.000/porsi dibuat menjadi Rp 50.000/paket yang berisi 4 porsi Mie Ayam dengan ekstra topping.

Agricultural produce in the form of cassava which is abundant in Raba village has not been able to increase the income of farmers, so far cassava yields have only been used as additional food ingredients, and some traditional preparations for sale. This condition is due to the lack of understanding and skills of residents in processing cassava which has a higher selling value. This condition became aware that community service activities (PKM) were carried out with the aim of empowering the Raba village community in processing cassava as the basic ingredient for making cassava chips. This activity The method in this activity begins with initial preparation, implementation and final evaluation. The results of empowerment activities include 1) increasing partners' understanding of cassava processing, 2) forming partner skills, 3) products in the form of ready-to-sell packaged cassava chips, and 4) forming new business units in household-based cassava management and processing. Activities still need continuous assistance so that partners can truly be independent in the management and processing of cassava into flour products that are hygienic and have a halal certificate.

Penurunan tingkat kesadaran merupakan salah satu tanda bahwa status neurologis seseorang mengalami gangguan. Penurunan kesadaran pada seseorang dapat diakibatkan oleh kelainan pada ARAS dan kedua korteks serebri. Ada beberapa tindakan yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran pasien. Selain tindakan farmakologi tindakan nonfarmakologi dapat digunakan sebagai terapi adjuvant atau terapi suportif salah satunya yaitu stimulasi sensori.stimulasi menggunakan rekaman suara keluarga dan foot massage dapat meningkatkan kesadaran pasien ICU. Sehingga penulis tertarik untuk melakukan Pendidikan kesehatan untuk Keluarga mengenai Stimulasi Auditory Dan Tactil Dapat Meningkatkan Kesadaran Pasien Intensif. Metode yang digunakan yaitu penyuluhan kesehatan kepada keluarga pasien yang dirawat diruang ICU berjumlah 15 orang. Evaluasi hasil penyuluhan dilakukan secara langsung menggunakan lembar pretest dan posttes. Skor maximal pada pretest 60 dan minimal 20 sedangkan skor maximal pada posttes 90 dan minimal 60, artinya terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan setelah dilakukan penyuluhan kesehatan. Disarankan untuk keterlibatan keluarga dalam ikut serta merawat pasien, walau dengan banyak keterbatasan termasuk waktu kunjungan namun bisa menggunakan rekaman suara keluarga berupa kata semangat dan motivasi.

Program Kewirausahaan di Perguruan Tinggi dilaksanakan dalam bentuk Inkubator Bisnis yang merupakan suatu program dengan misi menghasilkan mahasiswa wirausaha yang mandiri berbasis ipteks, melalui program yang terintegrasi dengan melibatkan para dosen pengelola Inkubator, Stakeholder baik itu perbankan, investor serta Perusahaan dan Institusi kewirausahaan di luar kampus. Tenant membentuk dan meningkatkan ketrampilan untuk menunjang manajemen dan pemasaran produk di Inkubator Perguruan Tinggi yang telah dipersiapkan. Pelatihan skills dan manajemen dilaksanakan untuk memberikan pengetahuan kewirausahaan, mendorong tumbuhnya motivasi berwirausaha, meningkatkan pemahaman manajemen (organisasi, produksi, keuangan, dan pemasaran) serta membuat rencana bisnis atau studi kelayakan usaha. Metode pendampingan yang dilakukan yaitu melakukan pembinaan dengan memberikan dukunganpembinaan di bidang administrasi keuangan, manajemen, pemasaran, teknologi dan pencarian dana.
