Multicultural competence in counseling is one of the essential competencies in the process of successful counseling because it can understand counselees with various cultural backgrounds. Cultural differences between counselors and counselees appear in the counseling process, especially with LGBT people. The LGBT group is still an important issue in society because it contains pros and cons. On the other hand, counselors should not pass judgment on the counselees they are dealing with. This article aims to describe the multicultural competencies that a counselor should have in dealing with LGBT counselees along with approaches that can be applied in LGBT cases. The results show that the multicultural competencies that counselors should have in LGBT counseling are (1) accepting the situation of the counselee, (2) having a good understanding of the counselee, (3) applying good counselor values, (4) being able to explain the counselor's point of view well so that the client can receive information well, (5) being able to apply counseling approaches well and empower the client's potential. Counselors' multicultural competence in LGBT counseling helps counselors focus on the counselee's identity, personality, environment, and so on.

Creativity is an important element in the development of an individual's potential. However, in the current conditions, the development of creativity still cannot be carried out optimally. Minimal creativity development can result in an ineffective teaching and learning process. A way that is seen as being able to develop creativity is to provide facilities to students through guidance services that have direction and purpose. Guidance and counseling media always consist of two important elements, namely the elements of equipment or hardware (hardware) and the elements of the message they carry (message/software). Software is the information or guidance and counseling material itself that will be conveyed to the counselee, while the hardware is the means or equipment used to present the guidance and counseling message/material. Creativity requires both novelty and benefit which implies that an idea or concept may be new but if there is any use it cannot be termed as creative and vice versa. Creativity is the ability to create new forms, new cognitive structures, and new products, which may be physical, such as technology, or symbolic. This type of research in this paper uses qualitative research methods with a case study approach with a case study type. This research article discusses the Islamic Spiritual Recovery Approach for Muslim teenagers. The results of this study found that the Messenger of God in building a good individual's character must come from a pure heart. Indeed, an insincere heart is empty talk, curses, accusations, revenge and so on. This practice comes out of the psychological concept of Islamic guidance and counseling (IGC). While in the context of education, the formation of teenage students who have good character according to the will of Islam, or what is called the term al-Quran with ulu al-bab and awwabun hafeez, which is to every servant who always returns (to Allah) and keeps (all His rules), it is not possible to arise or be born in the intuition and behavior of a student if the teachers do not act as advisors or are known as mursyid or Nasih . They are required to implement Islamic guidance and counseling (IGC) and Islamic Spiritual Recovery Approach ISRA’ with good and effective skills so that religious teachings can build character and be used as a guide in going through life.
