This study aims to examine the effect of digital marketing and product quality on purchasing decisions for Suyo Body Lotion products in Surabaya. The population in this study were all consumers who made purchases of Suyo Body Lotion products. This study uses a quantitative approach. Sampling using a non-probability sampling approach and obtained 65 respondents. The data collection technique was obtained by distributing questionnaires to consumers who buy Suyo Body Lotion products in Surabaya. The data analysis technique uses the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method. The results showed that, partially (t test) digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneous test results (F test) show that digital marketing communication and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

This research aims to prove and analyze several things, such as the simultaneous and partial influence of Self-Efficacy, Self-Esteem, and Employee Engagement on Employee Performance at PT Usaha Utama Bersaudara Surabaya. This type of research is quantitative and all data is obtained through filling out a questionnaire distributed via Google Form. The sample in this study amounted to 66 people. The data analysis and hypothesis testing methods used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classic Assumption Test (normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test), Coefficient of Determination Test (R2), Partial Test (t test), Simultaneous Test (f test) , and Multiple Linear Regression Coefficient Test. The results of data analysis and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 27. Where the results of this research show that partially Self Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Usaha Utama Bersaudara Surabaya, then partially Self Esteem has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Usaha Utama Bersaudara Surabaya, and other partial results. Employee Engagement also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Usaha Utama Bersaudara Surabaya. Other results also show that Self Efficacy, Self Esteem, and Employee Engagement simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Usaha Utama Bersaudara Surabaya.

In this research the author wants to know more about "Financial Ratio Analysis to Assess the Performance of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk. In the 2020-2022 Period”. Regarding the author's desire to analyze this company because since the Covid-19 outbreak occurred, all shares in cigarette industry companies in Indonesia have decreased, so with this research the author wants to examine one of the largest cigarette companies in Indonesia, namely PT. Gudang Garam Tbk. The method used by the author in the research is quantitative. The analytical method used is analysis of liquidity, solvency, activity and profitability ratios. Research data and information were obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange which can be accessed via the official website www.idx.co.id The data collection technique used was analyzing or calculating PT Gudang Garam Tbk Financial Report data. The aim of this research is to partially determine whether motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, motivation has an effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has an effect on performance, and whether job satisfaction mediates work motivation on employee performance. This research was conducted quantitatively using an explanatory and descriptive approach and data collection through questionnaires. A total of 40 employees of the Sukoharjo Regency Satu Pindu Investment and Integrated Services Service consist of 27 civil servants, 3 PPPK and 10 freelance daily workers (THL). Regression correlation analysis was used. The results of the analysis show that work motivation has a significant effect on performance and job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a significant effect on performance and job satisfaction has succeeded in mediating work motivation on employee performance.

Uji Organoleptik, Tepung Kacang, Hijau Terhadap, Daya Terima, Konsumen Pada, Kue Kering, Choco Chips, Tia Listiaty
The aim of the research is to determine and analyze the substitution of green bean flour in making choco chip cookies, using experimental methods and organoleptic tests. The samples in this study were dry cakes with 50%, 75% and 100% substitution of green bean flour which were then tested on 30 panelists who assessed aspects of color, taste, aroma and texture. This research was conducted in the Pastry laboratory of the Prima International Tourism Polytechnic, Jalan Perjuangan No. 18, Kesambi District, Cirebon City. The time for carrying out this research starts from March 2024 to May 2024 using experimental methods and organoleptic tests. The consumer acceptability test was carried out on 30 panelists. Based on the results of research based on organoleptic tests, namely in terms of color, taste, aroma and taste. For the fourth aspect, the best quality was obtained by substituting 75% for green bean flour. The level of public liking for chocochips cookies substituted for green beans was obtained by substituting green beans at 75%, because the color, taste, aroma and texture produced were close to dry cookies in general.

This research aims to test or analyze the influence of work environment training on the work productivity employees at PT Shenglu Zanmei International. The population in this study were all 53 employees in the production department of PT Shenglu Zanmei International, Surabaya City. The sampling technique for this research used a purposive sampling technique, thus the respondents for this research were 53 respondents from all permanent employees at PT Shenglu Zanmei International. This research uses primary data obtained through questionnaires and simple linear regression analysis methods as data analysis techniques. The data was processed using the Statistical for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program. The results of the study showed that the physical work environment had a positive and significant effect on the work productivity variables of production employees at PT Shenglu Zanmei International.

This research was carried out to find out more about the influence of product quality and price on the purchasing decisions of Shopee platform users in South Surabaya, which is in accordance with the main problem raised, namely related to the influence of product quality and price on the purchasing decisions of consumers using Shopee. The background for conducting this research is that in today's era, of course, quite a few consumers prefer to shop online to make their time and energy more efficient. Also, prices on online e-commerce sites are usually relatively cheaper than shopping directly at physical stores. However, quite a few consumers are still hesitant to shop online because they are worried that the product quality will not meet expectations. The aim of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of product quality and price on purchasing decisions by consumers using Shopee in South Surabaya. Using quantitative research methods which aim to measure the influence between the variables to be studied. Meanwhile, to support this research, samples will be obtained through distributing questionnaires using a measurement scale, namely the Likert scale. The sample collection technique used is a non-probability sampling technique which is purposive sampling, namely a method of taking samples with certain characteristics that have been determined by the researcher. This means that not everyone can be used as a sample by researchers, only those who fit the criteria. The number of the population studied is not yet known, so researchers use the Lemeshow formula to determine the limit for the number of samples to be studied. This research concludes that online shop sellers on the Shopee platform can consider product quality and price, which are related to consumer decisions when making purchases on Shopee.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT Timah Tbk Jakarta Representative in Central Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is a quantitative method. Data analysis uses data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, descriptive analysis, quantitative analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 7.584 + 0.784X1. The correlation coefficient value is 0.789, meaning it has a very strong relationship. The coefficient of determination value is 0.622 or 62.2% while the remaining 37.8% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained t count > t table (8.884 > 1.677). Thus, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a partially significant influence between work discipline on employee performance at PT Timah Tbk Jakarta Representative in Central Jakarta. Work Motivation has a significant effect on Employee Performance with the regression equation Y = 4.393 + 0.872X2. The correlation coefficient value is 0.917, meaning it has a strong relationship with employee performance. The coefficient of determination value is 0.841 or 84.1% while the remaining 15.9% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained t value > t table (15.914 > 1.677). Thus, H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, meaning that there is a partially significant influence between work motivation and employee performance at PT Timah Tbk, Jakarta Representative in Central Jakarta.
