Relevance. Men of the first period of adulthood enter a phase when the importance of systematic physical exercise increases in order to maintain and improve overall physical fitness and functional capabilities of the body. This becomes especially relevant in the context of a modern lifestyle characterized by a decrease in natural physical activity. In the context of this age group, research on physical fitness is of particular importance. The purpose of the study is to determine the structural components of the program of physical education and wellness activities for men of the first period of adulthood engaged in a fitness club. Methods and organization of research. The study was conducted among 30 men aged 21-35 years who are actively engaged in various fitness clubs in Ufa.The results of the study and their discussion. Currently, there are practically no modern studies devoted to the creation of programs of physical education and recreation activities for men of the first period of adulthood. It is obvious that there is a need for new research and development of programs for physical education and recreation activities for men of this age group. Such programs should take into account their individual morphofunctional changes in order to ensure an effective and safe training effect on the body.Conclusions. In our opinion, this proposed program of physical education and wellness classes will improve the functional capabilities and physical fitness of men of this age category, and will also contribute to the formation of internal motivation for physical education, even after the end of the program.

Relevance. The first official competitions of the Sverdlovsk region in computer sports were the 2019 Sverdlovsk Region Cup in computer sports. Teams consisting of 5 people were allowed to participate in competitions in the Combat Arena discipline, in the form of the DOTA2 program. 8 teams took part in the competition, and 3 teams in full were the teams of Yekaterinburg universities. This is a very important point, since without the participation of university teams, athletes of the Sverdlovsk region would not be able to meet the discharge standards, since in accordance with the requirements of the Unified All-Russian Sports Classification (hereinafter EVSK) for the sport of computer sports, at least 6 teams are required to perform discharge standards. The purpose of the study was to quantify such a trend of mass sports as student computer sports. Methods and organization of the study: as a result of the analysis of data on the composition of the teams participating in the Sverdlovsk Region Cup (hereinafter CSR) in computer sports in 2019-2023 according to the combat arena discipline, in the form of the DOTA2 program and the identification among them of the national teams of educational institutions participating in the Sverdlovsk esports Student League, as well as the data are compared with the number of participating teams SCSL in the specified program type. The results of the study and their discussion. Low motivation of athletes remains among the main problems in student computer sports, as well as high-achievement computer sports. Not all gamers are esports players. By participating in competitions, they try to become them, but the goal of a gamer is to enjoy video games. And the main motivation of a gamer when entering computer sports is the desire to earn income in the form of cash prizes.Conclusions. To increase motivation, the following solutions are possible: Divide the WKSL into two parallel tournaments for university and university students. To supplement the current EVSC in computer sports with the possibility of fulfilling the discharge standards for the winners of regional physical education events.

Relevance. Training with limited blood flow, which is performed with partial vascular occlusion using inflatable cuffs, can cause an increase in skeletal muscle mass and strength, similar to those observed with classical high-intensity training with weights, although with a noticeably lower mechanical load. Performing a load with a restriction of blood flow leads to the accumulation of metabolites, recruitment of motor neurons with a higher excitation threshold, edema of muscle cells, an increase in the concentration of reactive oxygen species, which, in turn, contributes to hypertrophy of muscle fibers, increased muscle strength, mitochondrial biogenesis, angiogenesis, increased activity of glucose transporters. Based on this, training with limited blood flow should have a positive effect on metabolic health. The aim of the study is a theoretical analysis of the metabolic effects of blood flow restriction training in healthy individuals and in clinical populations. Methods and organization of the study - this review examines the metabolic effects of TOK in both healthy and clinical populations.Conclusions. BFR can be considered as a potential method for improving muscle function and metabolism of glucose, triglycerides and fatty acids.

Relevance. This study reflects ways to improve the effectiveness of training a mid-level specialist in the field of physical culture and sports through the implementation of a systematic approach to monitoring and evaluating students' academic achievements. The purpose of the study is to show the experience of implementing methodological recommendations for the development of inter-disciplinary tasks in natural science disciplines at the Yekaterinburg College of Physical Culture "UralGUFC". Methods and organization of research. To analyze the results of the next stage of the FEPO, we used the results presented in the rating lists in accordance with the value of the indicator AP3 "The proportion of students who completed 70 % or more of diagnostic work tasks during the evaluation of students' achievement of learning outcomes according to the declared educational program". The Yekaterinburg College of Physical Culture conducted an analysis of the test results of students majoring in 49.02.01 Physical Culture and 49.02.02 Adaptive physical culture in natural sciences. To do this, we used data from rating lists, which indicate the "Percentage of points scored for the performance of PIM" for each student. The analysis allows us to conclude that it is necessary to increase the requirements for the training of students in a number of disciplines. To this end, methodological recommendations were developed for the implementation of a systematic approach in the process of monitoring and assessing the level of readiness of students in natural sciences, taking into account the requirements of accreditation indicators. Conclusions. Thus, the leading vectors of the development of an educational organization are the development and implementation of an internal system for assessing the quality of education and, as the main component, the quality of educational activities. To achieve these goals, the Yekaterinburg College of Physical Culture has developed methodological recommendations for interdisciplinary control of student training. The work continues in the direction of the development of the bank of appraisal funds.

Relevance. The purpose of this work was to study scientific and methodological approaches to psychological training of hockey players of secondary school age. The paper considers the term of psycho-logical preparation and related mental reactions. Not only a psychologist takes part in the formation of the psychological state of an athlete, but also a coach, team, social environment, family, moreover, in the era of modern information technology, fans and just random people can also take an active part using the Internet, social networks, messengers. The purpose of the study is to analyze the methods of psychological training of hockey players of secondary school age. Middle school age is very important for the development of a teenager due to both socio-psychological and social factors. During this period, a teenager is in a situation where he is no longer a child, but has not yet become an adult. This is reflected in the level of development of his psyche, his perception by society, as well as physiological features. Methods and organization of research. The beginning of self-regulation training occurs through the inclusion of the first and second levels, otherwise called psychophysiological. At the initial stage, the basic preparatory exercises included in the stabilizing group are used. The transition to the psychological level of regulation is carried out through the inclusion of motives, emotions, goals in the process. Working with these components of personality allows you to make personality changes towards mental stability and stability. Conclusions. As a result, it was possible to consider training in the method of self-regulation, which contributes both to the activation of all processes and to relieving tension to ensure a full-fledged respiration. Psychological preparation allows athletes to cope with emotional states that negatively affect the effectiveness of the training and competitive process, for example, pre-start states.

Relevance. The article deals with the issue of the influence of sports activity on the formation of a person's personality. Two aspects of the problem are noted. Firstly, the influence of sports activity on the personality of an athlete is analyzed. Such personality traits as willpower, purposefulness, overcomingdoubts, the ability to concentrate in achieving the goal are emphasized. The role of sport in fostering a sense of patriotism is particularly noted. Secondly, the question of the role of sport in the formation of a personality that is not directly related to sports activities is raised. The article also analyzes the conflict nature of sports and its impact on the psychological state of the individual. The purpose of the study is to characterize the influence of sports on the psychological state of a person in the historical aspect. Methods and organization of research. The experience of participating in sports battles cements certain psychological properties of a person, which turns out to be important for non-sports life. If we keep in mind collective sports, then the feelings of collectivism are important here, the ability to correct the mistakes of a friend without directing the fire of criticism at him. Empathy for him, the readiness of support, even emotional, is a sign not just of good breeding, but also of a culture of humanistic relations. Sports battles, especially in team competitions at international competitions. they are connected with a sense of patriotism. The aspect of the problem that is associated with such an important feature of sports as conflict is very important. Sport is a conflict type of activity, it is its immanent property, a manifestation of its essence. Researchers of the nature of the conflict note that it is based on contradictions of needs, motives, goals, attitudes, views, behavior in the process of interaction of individuals. Sport by its nature is a system of contradictions, it is an eternal rivalry, the goal of which is victory. Conclusions. The influence of sports activity on the psychological state of a person is multifaceted and diverse, which actualizes the problem for sports practitioners, psychologists, philosophers, and representatives of a number of other sciences.

Relevance. Everyone knows that you need to maintain your health and good physical shape. But few people know that you can exercise together with your dog. Skijoring appeared in Norway at the end of the 18 th century. Initially, skiing with a dog was used as a way of transportation, as well as for training the leader of the dog team. The first competition took place in Alaska at the beginning of the 20 th century. Competitions have been held in Russia since the 1990s. But before that, this sport was developed in the USSR as a military-applied discipline and was called «towing a skier with a dog». Now, as in the USSR, it is developed in domestic dog breeding. The dog and the guide, as the dog trainer is called, must overcome a certain distance with boundaries for target shooting. In fact, this is a biathlon, but only with dogs. Currently, skidjoring is widespread in the world, World, European and Russian championships are held every year. The purpose of the study is to reveal a little-known, but very interesting and useful topic - playing sports with a dog. Methods and organization of research. Sports with a dog is an opportunity to spend free time with fun and, most importantly, with benefit and to improve the physical shape of not only a pet, but also a person. In skidjoring, as in skiing, athletes use skating and classic ski moves. They alternate depending on the segment of the route. Skating in contrast to the classic course requires a special rolled track. It was also noticed that the technique of skiing in skidjoring is noticeably different from the technique in skiing. In the skidjo ring, additional coordination is required from a person, since the body receives an additional load from the pulling dog. Conclusions. Skidjoring classes should begin with overcoming smooth straight segments and gradually increase the speed and complexity of the route. Thanks to skidjoring, not only a dog, but also a person will improve their endurance. Also, thanks to this sport, they will be able to improve their relationship with each other.
