This study considers the impact of big data analytic by a Resource-based view (RBV) framework on strategic HR Quality Management System (HR QMS). The study employed a mixed-method strategy to gather data of employees' performance metrics (quantitative) as well as HR professionals’ viewpoints (qualitative) through data analysis. Four machine learning algorithms, for instance Decision Trees, Random Forest, K-Means Clustering and Linear Regression were employed for the purpose of predicting and optimizing Human Resource outcomes. Study indicated the effectiveness of these algorithms in improving organizational productivity where Random Forest reached 89% correctness in predicting employee turnover and Linear Regression demonstrated a positive correlation (R-squared = 0.75) between the training hour and performance rating. Through a comparison with existing literature, the newness and relevance of the clinical data are stressed, going beyond well-known trends and into a cutting-edge analytical applications of big data analytics. The study symbolizes how big data analysis is capable of revolutionizing practices by emphasizing innovation, improving efficiencies, and learning decision making in the field of HR management.

To protect community health in the face of the recent spread of COVID-19 epidemic, the world has shifted towards online education. Academics must handle the difficulties presented by the switch from conventional to online learning to preserve the learning process and guarantee that all learning goals are met. One of the key components of engineering education that is significantly impacted using online learning is practical experience. Due to the university's closing and the need for social distance in covid era, students were not able to access physical laboratories. In the present post-covid times, with the rising interest in online courses for skill enhancement and personal growth, institutions and ed-tech companies offering practical courses are finding it difficult to impart programming subjects to students. Another equally important aspect is the choice of right assessment technique for assessing the skill set acquired during the course. This paper proposes a model for conducting lab sessions for practical courses of computer programming, and assessment structure through which coding efficiency of a student can be judged.

Sustaining and expanding the finances of small and midsize companies (SMBs) depends on efficient credit risk management. This study redefines credit risk assessment for SMBs via the use of machine learning (ML), hence introducing a disruptive methodology. The all-inclusive approach includes feature selection, preprocessing, data collecting, and the use of ML models, with an emphasis on behavioral insights integration and real-world applicability. The results imply that Random Forests and other machine learning models are superior at predicting credit risk, which may lead to a sea shift in the way SMBs handle credit risk. Improving the research's practical implications involves applying models to actual credit risk management systems and incorporating insights from behavioral economics. Possible future research directions include studying how models adapt dynamically, using different types of data, enhancing explain ability via XAI, and fostering collaborative efforts to develop industry-specific best practices. By outlining the ins and outs of credit sales, this research helps small and medium-sized companies (SMBs) adjust and remain resilient in the face of changing market conditions.
