Does Social Media Help or Hinder Success 社交媒体是帮助成功还是阻碍成功

This research investigates the effect of social media on MBA students in Chennai. The study shows that the majority of those surveyed (n=350) were young people and almost equally divided between males and females. Many students use smartphones to access social networking sites, where they log in several times a day and spend long hours each time. It is interesting to note that a lot of students feel that through this platform they get closer to their teachers and even find it easier to learn which in turn may enhance their marks generally. However, another finding from the research suggests that there is a relationship between spending too much time on these platforms and performing poorly in exams. Besides, the age factor has an impact on how different individuals use these sites among students. Nevertheless, other variables such as primary device preference; specialization area under MBA program, or type of institution do not significantly affect either usage patterns or educational outcomes related to them. The study also includes recommendations for students, teachers, and policymakers.

Study on Venture Capital Investments and its ability to stimulate Innovation and spur Economic Growth in India 关于印度风险投资及其刺激创新和推动经济增长能力的研究

Objective: This paper examines the impact of Venture Capital Investments (VCI) on Innovation and Economic Growth in India. Venture Capital has emerged as a critical source of funding for startups, enabling them to develop innovative ideas, scale their operations, and contribute to economic growth. India, with its vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem, has witnessed a significant increase in venture capital investments over the past decade. Research Design and Methods used: This paper gathers key information from the market, varying from various reports and relevant data published by private players like E&Y, Bain & Company, Hurun, Venture Intelligence, Indian Venture Capital Association (IVCA); besides,  governmental reports of SIDBI, SEBI, Economic Surveys, MSME Annual Reports and ‘Intellectual Property India’ report published by the Controller General of Patents, Design, Trademarks and Geographical Indications, Ministry of Commerce, Government of India. This is qualitative research. For the purpose of this research, the data pertains to last ten years. Using Python language, data analysis has been done by finding Correlation and Regression Analysis. The model has been run on Jupyter Notebook for Python. Findings: There is, visible upsurge in the VC investments in the last few years, much credited to the pro-active approach of the Government in creating the right ambience and the infrastructure. The flagship programs of the Government, like, Startup Mission and Make in India have yielded positive results. Pandemic did its own damage, but, post Covid-19 pandemic, there has been a considerable upward shift in the VC investments as they venture into new terrains, seeding new technologies and nurturing Startups. AS a result of this, there has been a significant jump in the number of Unicorns. There has been a quantum jump in number of VCs that have invested in India and also the deal size is consistently on the rise. Implications and Recommendations: By studying the existing research and data available, it is observed that there is asymmetry between the literature and the industry. The venture capital industry is inward cautious and there is dearth of exact deal data because of the secrecy and privacy issue, coupled with demographic and geographical shortcoming to collect the data. The role played by IVCA and other private players is, undoubtedly, worth a praise. It is recommended that further research should alienate with industry and be more methodical. Contribution and Value Added: This study will benefit, immensely, to both researchers, intending to do further research in this area, and, also to the industry in building a nexus with academia. This research has taken one step forward in building the bridge between the two. This paper fills the gap by identifying the relationship between key variables and apply statistical tools like Correlation and Regression analysis to assess the trends and contribution of venture capital investments in terms o

Repercussions of Black Swan Event on The Indian Stock Market-A Case Study of Domestic Investors 黑天鹅事件对印度股市的影响--国内投资者案例研究

As the stock market is constantly changing and is dependent on a wide range of unpredictable variables, predicting its behaviour is one of the most difficult tasks in the time-series prediction domain. Black Swan occurrences, which are very rare but sometimes deadly, can have a significant impact on the market. The stock market, like other financial markets, is vulnerable to what are known as ‘Black Swan’ occurrences, which are sudden and unexpected yet have a profoundly detrimental effect. If the successful stock trend can be forecast, regulators and investors may improve their trading tactics, lowering investment risk while increasing profits. First, this study examines the effect of the black swan event on the stock of the listed firms in which our sample of respondents invests, and then it compares the effectof the varied risk handling of many prominent enterprises on the stock price recovery. A more rapid reaction to risk occurrences means early processing time and less vulnerability to black swans.

Organizational Commitment, Work-Life Balance and Teachers’ Effectiveness In School Teachers 学校教师的组织承诺、工作与生活平衡和教师效率

Modern day life has many problems within different dimensions and keep up a crucial Work-Life Balance (WLB) along with a strong Organizational Commitment (OC), of which one is a part of WLB is the degree to which individuals prioritise the professional and personal responsibilities in their lives, as well as the presence of work-related activities in their homes. Work life equilibrium can impact numerous factors, including satisfaction on job, commitment towards the organisation and, of course, performance on job. WLB allows for healthy compartmentalization of work and hence can possibly be hypothesized to affect Teacher Effectiveness (TE) in the workplace. Similarly, organizational commitment may be understood as the psychological attachment or bond an individual may have to an organization. The bond is important as it can allow increased feeling of belongingness to the organization and increased motivation to work harder. The study aims to investigate how OC and WLB relate to teachers' effectiveness in a school set up. The results suggest statistically significant positive association between organisational commitment and TE. Further, a significant positive link was also found between OC and WLB. Although, no significant association was found between teachers’ effectiveness and WLB.

An Empirical Analysis Of Critical Factors For E Commerce Application In Banking Industry 银行业应用电子商务关键因素的实证分析

The foundation of contemporary business transactions, e-commerce, is fundamentally changing banking services across the globe. It is important because it offers unmatched ease, broadens the market, improves operational effectiveness, encourages financial inclusion, and spurs innovation in the banking industry. Financial institutions must comprehend the key elements driving e-commerce success in order to stay competitive and satisfy changing consumer demands. In order to optimize e-commerce applications in the banking industry, this empirical analysis focuses on key drivers such as security measures, user experience, interaction with financial systems, scalability and flexibility, and leadership. 240 participants who were actively utilizing the e-commerce platform in the banking sector provided information for an empirical examination of the important factors for e-commerce applications in the industry. The results showed that the independent variables account for about 45% of the variability in the dependent variable. Overall, this empirical analysis highlights the need of addressing these crucial elements to improve customer happiness and competitiveness and offers insightful information on the complex structure of e-commerce applications in the banking sector.

The Role of Human Resource Manager and Work Stress Management in An Organization 人力资源经理的作用与组织中的工作压力管理

There is almost one reason behind a number of problems in an employee's life, and that is stress. Many authors define stress in their own way. Workplace stress is an attention-seeking phenomenon in this modern word. It is not just a word but a feeling that affects an individual physically, mentally, emotionally and behaviorally. Work stress is influenced by three different concepts, which are stressors, stress reaction, stress post-effect. The stress post-effect includes positive stress (eustress) and negative stress (distress). Both play a different role in the concept of stress. Stressor aspects that make an employee experience stress, such as a new project, goals, deadlines, new opportunity, extra work hours, employer expectations, interpersonal relationships, co-worker disputes, etc. are stressors. Various initiatives are taken in the organization and strategies are made by the employees and the employer to overcome this inevitable problem and make the employees more comfortable and efficient. HRM plays an important role in this. The study focuses on measures and keys to overcome stress with the role of HRM.

Green Revolution and Sustainability Impact in the Indian Economy 绿色革命和可持续性对印度经济的影响

This work assesses the Indian economy by evaluating the environment, economy, and society. It determines the Green Revolution’s impact on sustainability. Sustainability analysis is wide-ranging and, in its scope, it exposes uneven sustainability prospects across regions, whereby the South region demonstrates environmental resilience that is higher than the North and East regions. The environmental indicators such as soil management, water management and biodiversity are moderately good or good in case of South region. However, the region of East and North have environmental degradation in varying degrees. On the economic side, different metrics are used to show the discrepancies between smallholders and large-scale farmers which means that the former have a lower standard of living and a lack of access to the market. Social indexes emphasise the concept of inequality and insecurity of the North and East region. So, these policies demand the formulation of inclusive policies and targeted programmes in order to rectify the socioeconomic disparities. Therefore, the research reaffirms the significant role of region-specific solutions along with the adoption of up-to-date technologies and progressive developmental strategies in promoting Indian agriculture's progressive transformation.

Workplace spirituality develops connections and a sense of purpose among employees, which boosts morale and job satisfaction and enhances output, innovation, and teamwork—all of which contribute to improved organizational performance. The objective of the research is to study the effects of practicing workplace spirituality and wellbeing, maintain the happiness that helps to increase better productivity of employee. Research addresses two questions: 1. Does workplace spirituality and wellbeing plays a vital role in happiness of employees in Higher education Institutions. 2.  Whether practicing spirituality and wellbeing at workplace affects significantly on performance of employee working in Higher education Institutions. Based on previous study it is found that the, workplace spirituality and wellbeing of academician play a vital role in happiness and practicing spirituality and wellbeing at workplace affects significantly on performance of employees working in Higher Education Institutions.

However, the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) is revolutionizing supply chain management by offering advanced tools and techniques to optimize various processes. This abstract explores the transformative impact of AI-driven solutions on supply chain management. It highlights key applications of AI, including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, supply chain planning, predictive maintenance, route optimization, supplier relationship management, warehouse automation, and blockchain integration. These AI-powered solutions enable companies to enhance efficiency, visibility, and decision-making capabilities throughout the supply chain. By leveraging AI algorithms to analyse vast amounts of data and extract valuable insights, companies can make more accurate demand forecasts, optimize inventory levels, and dynamically adjust supply chain plans in response to changing market conditions. Furthermore, AI-driven predictive maintenance and route optimization algorithms help minimize downtime, reduce transportation costs, and improve overall operational efficiency.
