MODERNIZATION OF GAS EMISSION PURIFICATION SYSTEM AT PLANTS FOR PROCESSING AND STORAGE OF VEGETABLE RAW MATERIALS 蔬菜原料加工和储存厂气体排放净化系统的现代化

Atmospheric pollution by harmful substances in the course of anthropogenic human activity is an urgent problem of modern industrial production. Grain processing enterprises are not an exception here and are currently characterized by a negative impact on the environmental security of our country. Relevant economic entities in the process of operation of elevator complexes in the operation of grain dryers actively emit hazardous to human health gas particles, reducing the number of emissions of which contributes to the technological implementation of special purification systems. In this work methods of adsorption purification of furnace gas emissions from carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxide are considered. As a sorption material it is proposed to use the waste of the enterprise of processing and storage of vegetable raw materials – grain waste. In the course of the study was studied the characteristics of the enterprise, made technological calculations of equipment. A new scheme for effective purification of gas emissions has been proposed, which will help reduce the concentration of carbon dioxide and nitrogen oxide. A calculation was carried out to determine the necessary consumption of sorption material to achieve the required residual concentration of these harmful substances, the prevented environmental damage to the environment was assessed when introducing the technology of cleaning gas emissions with grain waste.

AUTOMATED ASSESSMENT OF ZONES OF EXPOSURE TO FIRE HAZARDS DURING THE BOTTLING OF LIQUEFIED NATURAL GAS IN AN EMERGENCY SITUATION 自动评估紧急情况下液化天然气装瓶过程中的火灾危险区

The main stages of the development of an emergency situation during the bottling of liquefied natural gas are presented. A tree of events has been formed in the event of the occurrence and development of a fire hazardous situation associated with the destruction of a tank or process pipeline with liquefied natural gas. Possible regimes of liquefied natural gas spreading on a smooth underlying surface and the formation of a variable power vapor source are identified. Models of liquefied natural gas evaporation are studied in relation to the composition and possible thickness of the filling layer. It is shown that under the assumption that the two phases are in thermodynamic equilibrium. The vapor phase density of liquefied natural gas can be obtained by solving the Peng-Robinson equation using the Klosek-McKinley method for a given pressure and temperature, which is based on an empirical correlation for the molar volume of the liquefied natural gas mixture. A model of a fast phase transition is formed based on the solution of the Van den Berg equation and an algorithm that automates the procedure for assessing the zones of influence of dangerous fire factors during an liquefied natural gas spill.

The actual problem of improving the fire safety requirements that determine the actions of supervisory authorities at the stage of operation of subways is considered. The purpose of the work was to analyze issues related to the actions of federal state fire supervision. The research method was the analysis of statistics and problematic issues of the actions of the federal state fire supervision authorities. The distinctive features of subways from other objects of transport infrastructure are considered on the basis of statistical data relating, among other things, to the implementation of passenger transportation. As a result of the study, a list of problematic issues that arise in the implementation of supervisory activities at the stage of operation of subways was determined, and a scientific justification was made for approaches to the development of technical requirements necessary to solve them. Recommendations are given for improving supervisory activities and introducing changes to the current regulatory documentation.

The issues of physical and mathematical modeling of the processes of distribution, accumulation and extremely dangerous impact of suspended particles from highways on the environment and the health of the urban population under adverse meteorological and special transport conditions during peak hours are considered. The results of a critical analysis of modern domestic and foreign physical-analytical approaches are presented, which are recommended to be used for the physical-mathematical description of the specific processes of emission, propagation and accumulation in the stratified atmosphere in the vicinity of a motorway of solid particles of various origins and, consequently, different levels of negative sanitary hygienic impact, estimated by the maximum permissible concentrations at the level of human breathing. The areas of application of the models and recommended measures to reduce extremely dangerous air pollution with suspended particles of various origins on the highway are analyzed. In conclusion, summarizing conclusions are given on the improvement of the physical and mathematical models analyzed in the work, aimed at improving the accuracy of the results by taking into account relevant factors in order to effectively manage urban air quality.

The paper analyzes statistical data on the number of vehicles in Russia, on the number of cars with installed gas cylinder equipment, as well as the number of fires on them. The main causes of fires on cars without a gas cylinder equipment device and with it have been identified and analyzed. Gas cylinder equipment is an integral part of the design, therefore, in a comprehensive assessment of the frequency of fires on the gas-powered cars, it is advisable to take into account statistical data on fires and accidents separately on gas cylinder equipment. Using the proposed method, statistical indicators were determined to determine the frequency of fires at facilities with the placement of gas-powered vehicles. Calculated values of the frequency of fire occurrence have been obtained, which can be used in calculating fire risk at facilities for the storage and maintenance of cars, including those with installed gas cylinder equipment.

During the mode, on average, twice as much engine oil is added to the fuel as during daily operation, and this affects the concentration of pollutants in the exhausts. The results of the experimental study of the HANGKAI T6 2-stroke gasoline outboard motor, have shown that the content of CO, CO2 and CH in the exhausts has increased, respectively, by 19,0–62,8 %, 32,3–60,7 % and 18,1–64,7 % in the break-in mode with a fuel-oil ratio 25:1 compared to daily operation mode with a fuel-oil ratio 50:1.

The safety justification is considered on the example of a hazardous production facility specializing in the storage and processing of plant raw materials. Estimates of the probability of an explosion and overpressure for two accident scenarios at the production site located in the basement of the building were made. On the basis of calculations, compensating measures are proposed to reduce the individual emergency risk for personnel, thereby justifying the possibility of deviation from the requirements of federal norms and rules on industrial safety in the prohibition of placing a section of dedusting soft containers in the basement of a production building.

It has been shown that the use of various physical methods in the process of examination of the state of process pipelines involves working with a significant range of measuring instruments and a variety of document formats. In the course of the study, a model of information support for the process pipeline life cycle was formed, based on the CALS concept, which, within the framework of the information space of the «Process Pipeline», can provide uniform methods of effective interaction between employees of control and supervisory bodies, enterprise personnel and specialists of expert organizations, taking into account the content of the current regulatory framework. To host resources, a private cloud infrastructure is offered in the form of a cluster of MS Windows Server DataCenter running Hyper-V. The local scheme of information interaction between the enterprise, the expert organization and the control and supervisory body, as well as the algorithm for loading the technical report into the database, have been developed and implemented.

The economic development of the state is connected with the safety of transport systems, transport infrastructure is of exceptional importance in national security, which determined the relevance of the research topic. The theoretical provisions of modern risk management, methods of risk identification, risks of emergency situations at transport enterprises are considered. The risk properties of a transport enterprise are described, a qualitative risk assessment and options for classifying risks of a transport enterprise are presented. Tools for detecting risks of transport systems in emergency situations are presented. The measures of control of identified risks at the enterprises of the transport system are proposed, the effect of their introduction into the practice of the transport enterprise is revealed. A situational approach to forecasting risks at a transport enterprise is recommended. The proposed tools and methods make it possible to improve the safety of transport systems in emergency enterprises. The reliability of the obtained results is determined. Publications on the results of the study of this research topic are presented. Security issues of the transport system in emergency situations have been developed.
