Land administration systems globally are transitioning to the Land Administration Domain Model (LADM) as a flexible, interoperable framework for standardizing procedures and strengthening land governance. However, developing countries face unique adoption challenges due to institutional deficiencies, outdated land laws, and lack of technical resources. This study empirically diagnoses barriers to LADM implementation in Anambra State, Nigeria through a mixed methods case study approach. A literature review and semi-structured questionnaires with 384 stakeholders were conducted to identify institutional, legal and technical issues. Quantitative data analysis was conducted using Kruskal-Wallis Test. Results indicate major institutional barriers include limited inter-agency coordination, inadequate funding and capacity constraints. Key legal issues are inconsistencies between statutory and customary land rights recognition. Foremost technical challenges are outdated paper records and lack of power and digitized infrastructure. The study offers empirically-grounded recommendations prioritizing legal harmonization, targeted capacity building, infrastructure upgrades and coordinated implementation. Findings advance theoretical understanding of LADM adoption in diverse contexts while informing land policy and targeted reforms. With strategic mitigation of barriers identified, Anambra can optimize capabilities applying flexible, rights-based international standards to strengthen land governance.

Food security has a significant impact on economic aspects, poverty levels, and the quality of human resources in a region. Food security issues are something that must be watched out by the East Java Provincial government. The high population and poverty level can cause problems in economic growth in East Java Province. The purpose of the study is to determine how the poverty level can strengthen or weaken the relationship between economic growth and food security as measured from the Food Availability Index, Food Affordability Index, and Food Utilization Index. This research is important because food security not only talks about food consumption for the community but also how food availability, affordability, and utilization can be the basis of sustainable development. The data used are secondary data from the Central Bureau of Statistics of East Java Province and the Indonesian National Food Agency. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach using Moderation Regression Analysis (MRA) method on panel data. The results showed that partially the poverty level can strengthen the influence of the Food Availability Index and Food Utilization Index on economic growth. In this case, the poverty level is classified as quasi-moderation which has a dual role as a moderation variable and an independent variable directly affects economic growth. Meanwhile, the effect of the Food Affordability Index on economic growth is not moderated by the poverty level as a predictor of moderation.

In response to disruptions, non-digital-native companies embark on corporate transformation journeys. Research done indicate that most companies fail to survive such journeys. So, why success varies among companies, potentially costing the global economy trillions of dollars? My hypothesis is that those who orchestrate the three components of a corporate transformation (Business model transformation, Digital enabled transformation, and Organizational transformation) are more successful in their transformation journey compared to companies who don’t. By conducting a case study research of twenty transforming non-digital-native companies based in the US and EU, I validated my hypothesis and developed a prescriptive orchestration framework that allows non-digital-native companies not only successfully navigate their corporate transformation journey but also switch their transformation to always-on.

Vietnam's population is aging, leading to a higher proportion of elderly individuals. Despite significant health financing reforms, But changes in epidemiology, demographics, and growing demand for health care will continue to put pressure on health spending. This paper examines the fiscal space for health in Vietnam amidst population aging by analyzing data from 2009 to 2020. Findings reveal that healthcare resources have not kept pace with the escalating demands due to the aging of Vietnam's population faster than forecast. Total health expenditure as a percentage of GDP shows this clear increase. Private healthcare spending, particularly out-of-pocket expenses, is on the rise. Spending from the health insurance fund also increases every year,, placing future burdens on young workers. In addition, the State budget allocations for healthcare have also grown, but economic growth will compensate for this shortfall.

Trade liberalization and its impact on economic growth has been a subject of debate for many years both at international and local level. The debate has been lengthened by the fact that there are no theoretical underpinnings that directly link trade liberalization to economic growth or are there any absolute terms and conditions by which trade liberalization leads to economic growth. Trade liberalization is the removal or reduction of barriers to trade that ensures free movement of goods and services from one nation to another. Kenya liberalized their trade with the hope of having dynamic gains from trade, and that the liberalization will lead to economic growth and, consequently, improve welfare. However, its key development challenges still include poverty, inequality, youth unemployment, continued weak private sector investment, and the vulnerability of the economy to internal and external shocks. This study aimed to examine the effect of trade liberalization on economic growth in Kenya and finding empirical answers to this phenomenon is what motivated this study. The objective of the study was to examine the effect of manufacturing output and foreign direct investment on Kenya’s GDP. Foreign direct investment and manufacturing output were tested to determine their effect on the Kenyan economic growth. This study adopted descriptive research design. Time series data spanning 1990 to 2022 was used for the study. The data was meticulously sourced from the World Bank. A time series diagnostic test was carried out on the data. This study adopted descriptive designs. Vector Autoregressive (VAR) model was applied. Results showed that foreign direct investment inflows and manufacturing output had a significant effect on economic growth in Kenya. In conclusion, these findings imply that although foreign direct investment (FDI) may have negative effect on Kenya's economic growth while manufacturing output support economic growth. In order to sustain long-term economic growth, Kenyan policymakers may want to consider ways to draw in beneficial FDI while simultaneously emphasizing the manufacturing sector which will be beneficial for the economy.

Law Number 23 of 2014 grants regional autonomy, which means that each regional institution is authorized to manage its own policies. This includes village governments, which are regulated by Law Number 6 of 2014. Therefore, it is crucial to have competent village personnel who can provide exceptional services to the citizens. In 2021, 45,387 village heads, 43,876 village secretaries, 31,147 village-owned enterprise managers, and 7,889 professional assistants graduated from high school, according to data from the Ministry of Village, Development of Disadvantaged Regions, and Transmigration. This highlights the need to strengthen the education of village apparatus. One way to achieve this is through the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) program, which is a collaboration between the Ministry and universities such as the State University of Surabaya and the State University of Yogyakarta. This program can help improve the skills of village apparatus. However, there is a gap between the reality and the implementation of the collaboration between the Ministry and Pertindes regarding the implementation of RPL for village apparatus. In Bojonegoro Regency, for instance, only 61% of village heads had a high school educational background in 2022, according to the Office of Community Empowerment and Village Government. To address this issue, the researcher aims to understand the management of RPL in Bojonegoro Regency to improve the capacity of village apparatus. The research is based at the State University of Surabaya and Bojonegoro Regency. The study obtained primary data from interviews, literature studies, and a memorandum of understanding between the State University of Surabaya (UNESA) and the Bojonegoro Regency Government. The researcher used a knowledge management approach in program planning, which focused on six main stages in development planning. These stages included problem identification, problem diagnosis, design stage, design implementation, design testing, and solution formulation. The results of the study showed that collaboration and support from educational institutions are strategic solutions for improving village human resources. Additionally, the RPL program is relevant to the functions of higher education institutions in preparing personnel for village government administration. The implementation of RPL in Bojonegoro is in accordance with the principles of cooperation. However, there were some technical obstacles in the implementation of activities.

Strategic alliances are collaborative relationships aimed at achieving mutual strategic objectives in order to achieve organizational performance objectives. Strategic alliances emphasis in literature has been significantly tilted towards private business enterprises and multinational companies. Yet, little is known about how strategic alliances work within governmental bodies like the FIRS. The purpose of this article is to examine the influence of strategic alliances on performance of the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS). The study uses simple percentage count and standard deviation to analyze primary data obtained through questionnaires (google forms) from a sample of selected senior staffs at the Federal Inland Revenue Service South West zone which is made up of thirty (30) FIRS offices having a total of two hundred and seventy nine (279) respondents using purposive sampling method. Also, correlation coefficients, t-test, regression analysis and ANOVA was used to demonstrate significance. Result showed that strategic alliances/collaborations significantly and positively impact FIRS performance (F= 489.672, P0.00) in terms of tax revenue generation, voluntary tax compliance and widening of the tax net. It therefore recommends that techniques and strategic measures should be maintained to enhance the management of all collaborations for sustained performance of FIRS in Nigeria.
