Villages need sources of original village income and village finances in order to help the welfare of village communities. Village development can be carried out by efforts to improve the village which is regulated in CHAPTER X of the Village Law that villages are given the opportunity to establish Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). In general, the problems faced by Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Indonesia are issues of human resource capacity, selection of business units, including access to marketing of BUMDes products. This also happened at BUMDes Beringin Sejahtera, North Curup sub-district, Rejang Lebong Regency. This research was carried out descriptively qualitatively using interview, observation methods with BUMDes administrators, Village Heads and village assistants using the SWOT and QSPM methods. The research results show that human resources and marketing issues are the main challenges for BUMDes Beringin Sejahtera.

This study investigates the impact of green accounting and green swan on the business performance of star hotels in Bali. Employing a multiple linear regression analysis on a sample of 137 star hotels acquired through a Slovin sampling technique, the study finds that green accounting has a positive and significant effect on business performance, whereas green swan has no effect. These findings imply that implementing green accounting can enhance the business performance of star hotels in Bali, highlighting the need for hotels to consider adopting green accounting practices. This study contributes to the existing literature by examining the underexplored effects of green accounting and green swan on hotel business performance in Bali, providing empirical evidence for the benefits of green accounting.

This study explores the relationship between leadership styles and organisational performance within the context of Hormuud Telecom, a telecommunications business in Somalia. Given the unique socio-economic, political and security instability context in the country, the study examines the influence of leadership styles, methods, and practices on the organization's overall success. This leadership style appears to correlate positively with key performance metrics such as employee satisfaction, internal and external efficiency, and customer retention. This research seeks to provide significant insights into the dynamics of leadership in the telecoms sector by performing an in-depth investigation of Hormuud Telecom's leadership structure and its impact on several areas of organisational efficiency. Employing a qualitative study technique, the research adopted a qualitative research design incorporating secondary data and observational methodologies to gather insights and comprehend the influence of leadership styles on team leadership styles, employee satisfaction, and operational efficiency. It further examines the prominent leadership behaviours seen at Hormuud Telecom and establishes a relationship between these practices and qualitative improvements in organisational performance. The findings indicate a strong correlation between transformative leadership increased employee engagement and improved performance indicators. Similarly emphasises the significance of adaptive leadership in the swiftly evolving telecom industry like in Somalia, indicating that effective leadership plays a crucial role in enhancing organisational performance under demanding economic and operational conditions. This research enhances the overall discussion on leadership in developing economies and provides practical knowledge for firms functioning in comparable situations.

This study investigates the impact of service quality dimensions on customer satisfaction in the context of internet banking services in Vietnam. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through a structured questionnaire from a sample of 934 customers of the ten largest banks in Vietnam. The five service quality dimensions examined in this study are Tangibility, Reliability, Assurance, Responsiveness, and Empathy. Correlation and multiple regression analyses were conducted to assess the relationships between these dimensions and customer satisfaction. The correlation analysis revealed that all five service quality dimensions had significant positive correlations with customer satisfaction, with Assurance having the strongest correlation, followed by Responsiveness, Empathy, Reliability, and Tangibility. The regression results indicated that all five dimensions were significant predictors of customer satisfaction, with Responsiveness, Reliability, and Assurance having the strongest relative impact. This study contributes to the understanding of service quality and customer satisfaction in the digital banking era, providing valuable insights for bank managers and policymakers to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction in the highly competitive Vietnamese banking market. The findings highlight the need for banks to prioritize Responsiveness, Reliability, and Assurance while also addressing Tangibility and Empathy to meet customer expectations and foster long-term customer loyalty.

This research aims to examine the influence of leverage and tax risk on company value with company size as a moderating variable. The sample in this research is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2017-2022 period. The research method uses quantitative methods with secondary data. Determining the research sample used purposive sampling and observation data based on certain criteria. The data in this study was analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of smartPLS software. The results of previous research show that leverage has a positive and significant effect on firm value and tax risk has a significant negative effect on firm value, and company size strengthens the relationship between leverage and tax risk on firm value. This research is expected to provide an overview of leverage, tax risk and company value in Indonesia so that it can contribute to company decision making and act as information in the context of drafting laws and regulations.

In Mataram City, West Nusa Tenggara, this study employs the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) paradigm to investigate the factors influencing Generation Z's adoption of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS). Using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method, 128 participants were included in a quantitative analysis to examine how performance expectations, effort expectations, social influences, and facilitating conditions affect behavior and intentions when using QRIS. The findings indicate that performance expectancies, social influences, and environmental factors all have a significant impact on behavioral intentions, even when effort expectancies do not directly affect them. Furthermore, a noteworthy correlation was also observed among QRIS use, behavioral intents, and enabling situations. These results emphasize how crucial it is to address issues like social influence, performance expectations, and other motivators in order to promote Generation Z's adoption of QRIS in Mataram City and bolster Indonesia's digital payments ecosystem.

In today’s technology world, many businesses rely on information technology. This influence has its reflection also on government sectors. Services and work are based on using different information technology programs, internal and external apps, digital documents, signatures etc. Information technology requires the entire package of knowledge, skills, and competencies necessary for employees within a government organization to master and to achieve organizational goals. In first, digital competences are a basis that civil servants must have in order to master day-to-day business activities. These digital competences are not only learned, but through life-long learning they complement, perfect and create new ones. As one of the new scientific approaches, this article uses one of the innovative explanations as well as indicators of adaptation to a changing work environment. In short, human capital is the subject analyzed with influences for continuous improvement of knowledge and learning as well as influences of information technology. This process of adaptation to change, transforms critical business capabilities into modern ones. Through desk and situation analysis with government officials, the study found that the impact of information technology on the work environment is evident, and that environment includes a range of digital skills, continuous learning, and modern skills that combines in one. The conclusions of this paper are necessary for the continuous monitoring and professionalization of government employees in the areas of using information technology in their daily work.
