The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of organizational commitment, leadership transformation and employee competency on employee performance through job satisfaction at the East Java Province Human Resources Development Agency Office. This type of research is explanatory research and a quantitative research approach with a population and sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis method uses SEM Partial Least Square (PLS). The research results show that organizational commitment has no significant effect on job satisfaction. Leadership transformation has no significant effect on job satisfaction. Employee competency has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance. Leadership transformation does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Employee competency has a direct effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a direct effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment does not have a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. The government, through the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, has made efforts to improve social welfare for the community. However, in the field it was found that not all levels of society could experience it, as happened in Panceng District, so the participation of Karang Taruna as an extension of the government was needed. This research aims to describe how the participation of Karang Taruna in Panceng District is a potential and source of social welfare, what the supporting and inhibiting factors are, as well as the impacts resulting from this participation. Qualitative methods were chosen in this research. Interviewing the administrators of the Panceng District Karang Taruna, observing and documenting studies on social media pages and news portals containing the Panceng District Karang Taruna are ways to answer the questions and objectives of this research. This research found that the participation of Karang Taruna in Panceng District as a potential and source of social welfare is realized through capacity building facilities for Karang Taruna residents as well as various cross-sectoral social actions, such as in the environmental, educational, economic and social sectors. This research also found that the human resources owned by Karang Taruna in Panceng District were a supporting factor, and the inhibiting factor was the lack of optimal partnership and synergy between stakeholders. The realization of awareness, social responsibility and the establishment of strong cooperation between Karang Taruna residents are the impacts.

The sub-district head as part of the regional apparatus has the task of coaching and supervising the management of village finances. Based on the Pasuruan Regent’s Regulations regarding the delegation of the Regent’s authority to the Subdistrict Head, the subdistrict Head’s duties are very important for the Village Government. The role of the sub-district head in the form of facilitation, consultation, recommendations and evaluation of village financial management must be truly carried out by the sub-district head to prevent the village from misuse of the village budget. This research uses qualitative approach with interview, documentation and observation methods. Apart from that, researchers also looked at several documents and records held by the District. The results of this research show that the sub-district head is carrying out his role as Trustees and supervisors are mostly represented by staff in charge of Finance Village so that the Village government feels dissatisfied because of the staff in charge of village finances is considered less competent.

The purpose of writing this thesis is to determine the implementation of the Semester Credit System (SKS) at SMAN 1 Gresik. Curriculum changes from timeto time SMA Negeri 1 Gresik has become a reference school for other schools. Since the launch of Mover Schools by implementing the Kurikulum Merdeka (KUMER), it has become a challenge for school principals. As a school driving community pressure, it is inevitable to implement SKS. This is driven by the desire of the student's parents to graduate within 2 academic years. This research uses data collection techniques, triangulation method, data sources (triangulation data), researchers (triangulation investigator), as well as perspectives and theories). The results of the research showed that there were no technical guidelines for SKS in Mover Schools, so the school formed a school development team, carried out curriculum inovation and conveyed aspirations during the PMO (Project Management Office) assisting Mover Schools. SMAN 1 Gresik was the first to implement the SKS program with an independent curriculum.

The Merdeka Belajar Curriculum is a curriculum system designed by the Minister of Education and Culture to implement learning recovery after COVID-19 pandemic. The curriculum system is based on the characteristics and character development of students based on noble values and character as well as Pancasila values in addition to increasing students' competence and skills. This research uses a qualitative approach with case studies. The collected data will be analyzed using descriptive methods. Merdeka Belajar Curriculum implementation process at SMK Negeri 1 Ampelgading was carried out with learning activities that trained students' attitudes and soft skills. Simplification of learning outcomes, teaching tools and modules that can be compiled independently makes it easier to carry out learning. Educators are given the freedom to search and determine materials and teaching aids they need in the learning process. However, teachers are constrained by materials and basic materials that are not yet available for productive subjects. To overcome this problem, the teachers collaborates between teachers, carry out project-based learning activities such as product manufacturing and marketing practices, and enrich vocational competencies by taking part in training thats customized into the potential, learning interests of students and current industry needs.

This study aims to find out the description of Leadership Style, Work Environment, Motivation and Performance of Probolinggo City DPRD Secretariat Employees and to determine the effect of Leadership Style, Work Environment, Motivation on the Performance of Probolinggo City DPRD Secretariat Employees. The sampling technique uses the nonprobability sampling technique using a saturated sampling method where the number of samples as much as the total population of the Probolinggo City DPRD Secretariat employees, amounting to 35 people. Data collection by distributing questionnaires offline to 35 respondents. This research explains the coordination of the stunting prevention team in efforts to accelerate the reduction and prevention of stunting in Probolinggo Regency. Currently, Probolinggo Regency is one of the districts in Indonesia with a high prevalence rate of stunting in toddlers. The theory of effective coordination techniques is used as a reference or guidance in this research. The research results show that coordination in accelerating the reduction and prevention of stunting in Probolinggo Regency does not fully meet effective coordination techniques. This is because there is no clear and detailed division of tasks and responsibilities between the agencies involved, there are frequent changes in membership, especially in strategic positions in the Probolinggo Regency stunting prevention team due to mutations, there is no written standard operating procedure that is used as a joint guidelines, management of stunting data that is not yet optimal and integrated, active participation of members in the implementation of coordination meetings is still lacking, and leadership by the team leader is not yet effective in coordinating and controlling the implementation of accelerated reduction and prevention of stunting in Probolinggo Regency.

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of motivation and communication on performance through job satisfaction of Probolinggo City BPPKAD employees. This research is explanatory research which aims to examine the influence of the mediating role of job satisfaction on employee motivation, communication and performance. This research used a saturated sample using all ASNs at BPPKAD Probolinggo City as respondents, totaling 76 employees. Data collection used a direct survey method with a questionnaire instrument. Next, it will be analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) – Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis method and technique. The results of the research show that motivation has no significant effect on job satisfaction, communication has a significant effect on job satisfaction, motivation has no significant effect on employee performance, communication has a significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance, motivation has no significant effect through job satisfaction on performance employees and communication have a significant effect through job satisfaction on employee performance.

Purpose in this research is to know and analyze form knowledge development apparatus at the Library and Archives Office of the City of Probolinggo. The research method used is descriptive research approach qualitative, the data collection instruments are observational studies, documentation and interviews, while the data analysis used qualitative analysis. The results showed that the development of apparatus resources at the Library and Archives Service of the City of Probolinggo has been going quite well, including the development of apparatus knowledge, the development of employee capabilities/skills, the development of attitude And employee behavior. What needs to be improved is the development of self-competence through training for employees who have not yet improved their formal education, further improving education and training for employees.

The performance of civil servants is becoming an increasingly strategic policy issue, because improving the performance of the apparatus has broad implications in political economic life. This type of research is descriptive research. In conducting descriptive qualitative research, when collecting data in general a researcher can find research data in the form of words, pictures, data here are interview transcripts, field data notes, personal documents, cameras, notes, and others. There is a relationship between professional allowances and improved work performance, in the workplace environment. Teacher performance directly affects student learning outcomes. Teachers who are able to design challenging and relevant lessons, and provide constructive feedback, can improve students' understanding and academic achievement. It is concluded that the implementation of the ASN teacher performance allowance system at SMKN 1 Ampelgading is an important step in the effort to improve the quality of education. However, the success of this system cannot be guaranteed by providing financial incentives alone. The analysis of teacher performance allowance needs to involve a holistic approach that includes various aspects of teacher performance and its impact on the learning process.
