Analysis of Factors Influencing Health and Safety Programmes in Selected Electricity Distribution Companies 影响部分配电公司健康与安全计划的因素分析

The study determined the factors influencing health and safety programme in the selected electricity distribution companies in Southwest, Nigeria. The study used descriptive survey research design. The study used primary sources of data, and the data were gathered through administration of questionnaire. The population for the study comprised of 11,621 workers of electricity companies in Southwest, Nigeria. A sample size of 400 was determined through the use of Taro Yamane formula and 385 were valid for usage. The sample was selected using two-stage sampling technique. At the first stage, purposive sampling technique was used in selecting employees who have used at least five years in the company; at the second stage, stratified random sampling technique was used in selecting employees using a senior, middle and junior categorisation of workers for stratification. The results also revealed that the human factors (t =5.836, p < 0.05), management factors (t = 3.898, p < 0.05), organisational factors (t = 2.120, p < 0.05) and environmental factors (t = 2.102, p < 0.05) were the factors influencing occupational health and safety practices in the study area. The study concluded that occupational health and safety practices have the potency of reducing the rate at which accidents and injuries occur among the workers and thereby improving the employees’ performance in Southwest, Nigeria. The study recommended that the factors that could reduce the potency of the health and safety programme should be controlled and be prevented.

Religious education in modern Sunday schools faces challenges in achieving a balance between tradition and innovation in teaching methodology. This study aims to explore the significant differences between traditional and innovative approaches and their implications for children's faith growth. The method used is literature review to analyze relevant literature. The results point to the need to develop a balanced balance between these approaches to create inclusive and relevant learning environments for children. The implications of this research are the importance of developing an integrative learning model, using a case study approach and field research, and developing training programs for Sunday School teachers. With this implication in mind, this study makes a significant contribution to religious education practitioners, policy makers, and communities in creating learning environments that support children's faith growth holistically and sustainably.

The genus _Viburnum_ L. (Adoxaceae, formally classified as Caprifoliaceae), contains approximately 163 species of high ecological value, distributed in the temperate and subtropical regions of the Northern Hemisphere and extending to the mountains of South America and Asia. Some species have been considered for contact sensitivity and the pollen allergenicity. The literature shows that some species can give contact hypersensitivity and _V. opulus_ can determine pollen allergy. The pratical implications of this research are destined to the public health practitioners and policymakers, the green desiners, and the public administrations: in fact, the specific knowledgements of the use of _Viburnum_ species in gardening can help to deduce some important considerations about the right destinations of the plants. In particular, in the case of school gardens, children’s green areas or sport areas, some species, as _V. opulus_, _V.plicatum, V. tinus, V. rhytidophyllum,_ wich cause dermatitis in the case of contact, should be avoid.

In virology, artificial intelligence (AI) technologies have demonstrated potentials to revolutionize the detection of diseases, understanding the behaviors of viruses, and developing strategies that are effective for treatments. This article explores the current applications of AI in healthcare and virology universally, focusing on India and highlighting the advancements, challenges, and potentials in these critical domains. The dialogue underscores the transformative power of AI and the strides made globally and in India. While AI unfolds tremendous opportunities, setbacks related to data privacy, ethical considerations, frameworks of regulation, training the workforce, and liaisons that are collaborative require attention to fully realize the potential of AI. While AI technologies stand primed for refraining detection and understanding of viruses and speeding discovery of vaccines, ethical considerations such as privacy of data, biases in algorithms, and integration of judicious AI require circumspection to ensure ethical and equitable utilization of AI technologies in healthcare. By tackling these challenges and harnessing opportunities presented by AI, we can extract transformative vigor for enhancement of outcomes of healthcare and efficiently traverse adversities of health globally.

Design of Lightweight Chaos based Cryptographic Primitives: A Comparative Analysis 设计基于混沌的轻量级密码原语:比较分析

CONTEXT: Due to enormous efforts in the development of phenomenal chaos and its desirable properties, various researchers have expressed an interest in developing secure and reliable cryptography primitives by incorporating its benedictory properties. But incorrect implementations of chaos and dependence on dubious finite precision technologies could lead to contradicting results. OBJECTIVE: The aims of this research is to delineate the degree of chaoticity and its attribute utilization in the construction of cryptography primitives as a research arena for their security and dependability. METHOD: This work uses a comparative analysis to present the method of design of chaos-based cryptographic primitives. The study makes use of a panoramic collection of distinguished publications that have appeared in distinguished conferences and journals over the past three decades. An in-depth comparative analysis on lightweight implementations of chaos based cryptographic primitives is presented using standard metrics.RESULTS: Research leveraging chaotic nonlinear systems to design cryptography primitives is classified into several domains. Chaos implementations in both analog and digital mode that were integrated in the design of cryptography primitives research are presented. Reports the evaluation metrics used to verify the algorithms. Results of several chaos-fixated implementations that have been compared across differing experiments are reported. CONCLUSION: The research is useful in determining the progress of chaos-based implementations in several scientific disciplines pertaining to the design of cryptographic primitives.

Young's two-slit test can be interpreted over time. Classical events have a quantum behaviour over time. Based on the findings of this research, Quantum Phenomena have a classical interpretation. The role of time has been neglected in the understanding of quantum mechanics phenomena. By examining classical events over time, Quantum Phenomena were simulated. Entanglement, particle-wave phenomenon, etc. are intertwined in the space-time structure. The role of the arrow of time in solving physics problems can be considered.
