THz transmission investigation of composed rectangular hole array 组合矩形孔阵列太赫兹透射特性研究

An investigation of the mechanism of extraordinary transmission through metal hole array at THz range was presented. The experiments and simulations verified that the metal film perforated with rectangular arrays had a peak which related with the length of the rectangular. Furthermore, by composing rectangular holes with different length to form an array, the transmission spectra exhibit two individual peaks or a broaden peak. This composed array has potential applications in THz filter, polarizer, and reflector.
对金属孔阵列在太赫兹波段的超常透射机理进行了研究。实验和模拟结果表明,矩形阵列穿孔金属薄膜存在一个与矩形长度有关的峰值。此外,通过将不同长度的矩形孔组成阵列,透射光谱呈现出两个单独的峰或一个宽峰。该组合阵列在太赫兹滤波器、偏振器和反射器中具有潜在的应用前景。

The influence of La content on photovoltaic effect of PZT thin films La含量对PZT薄膜光伏效应的影响

The polycrystalline thin films of(Pb1-xLax)(Zr0.52Ti0.48)1-x/4O3(PLZT) were fabricated on LNO/Si substrates by sol-gel method.X-ray diffraction showed that PLZT thin films in rhombohedral-tetragonal phase with a preferential(110) orientation can be obtained after a rapid thermal annealing process at 600 ℃.This is further confirmed by Raman spectrum.With the decrease of La content,hysteresis loops of the thin films gradually broaden.Measurement of the photovoltaic effect in the films shows that photovoltage increases gradually with the increase of the content of La from 1% to 6%.It reaches a maximum there and then decreases when the La content is increased furthermore.

Equivalent circuit model of the substrate-free focal plane array based on the optical readout uncooled infrared imaging system 基于光学读出非冷却红外成像系统的无基板焦平面阵列等效电路模型

Thermal characteristics of new substrate-free FPA( focal plane array) with full hollow supporting frame structure are very different from that of traditional substrate FPA. The thermal analysis model w hich based on temperatureconstant substrate assumption is not efficient any more. Therefore,an equivalent circuit model w as presented to analyze the thermal response characteristics of substrate-free FPA w ith electrics and holistic approach. According to this model,the thermal characteristics of substrate-free FPA under non-vacuum environment w ere analyzed. The result show s that,the substrate-free FPA has excellent infrared imaging performances under atmospheric pressure,w hile its NETD( noise equivalent temperature difference) is just increased several times than in the vacuum environment.

Point target detection based on Temporal-Spatial Over-Sampling system 基于时空过采样系统的点目标检测

In a traditional scanning imaging system,energy from target is usually weakened by the crossing-pixels phenomenon,and false alarms may happen because of random high intensity noise and peaks in a point target detection.To solve these problems the temporal-spatial over-sampling detection system was proposed.To evaluating its performance,the signal to noise ratio of image obtained by this system was compared with that obtained by single sampling in the same optical system.The results show that the signal to noise ratio can meet the requirement of applications by centralizing the target energy into a pixel in over-sampling system.The target scale can be larger than noise and peaks scale after high-resolution fusion and the target scale can be extended up to 3×3 pixels.Then the false alarm probability can be decreased effectively.

Long wavelength infrared detector based on Type-II InAs/GaSb superlattice 基于ii型InAs/GaSb超晶格的长波红外探测器

A 12.5 μm long wavelength infrared detector based on InAs/GaSb Type-Ⅱ superlattice was presented in this work.Superlattice materials were grown on GaSb substrates using MBE technology.Absorber structure for long wavelength detector was designed to be 15ML(InAs)/7ML(GaSb).The detector used a PBIN multiple heterostructures to decrease the dark current.The dark current I-V curve,responsivity spectra and blackbody current responsivity were measured at 77 K.At this temperature,RmaxA product was 2.5 Ωcm2 for the device with a photo sensitive area of 100 μm× 100μm.At zero bias,a current responsivity of 1.29 A/W was measured for the detector,which correspond to a blackbody detectivity of 2.1×109 cmHz1/2/W.Quantum efficiency at 11 μm was measured to be 14.3%.Dark current characteristics were simulated with four kinds of probable transport mechanisms.The results showed that the dominated dark current of the detector is Generation-Recombination current.

Design method for infrared elliptical dome optical system with wide field-of-regard 广视场红外椭圆圆顶光学系统设计方法

The aircraft with an elliptical dome acquires excellent aerodynamic performance, but the non-rotationally symmetric structure characteristic of the dome makes the airborne infrared search/track system difficult to meet the requirements of wide field-of-regard (FOR) and high imaging quality at the same time. In order to overcome this problem, a design method for the elliptical dome optical system based on the combination of an arch corrector and a dynamic corrector was proposed. A mid-wave infrared optical system with an ellipsoid dome was designed as an example. The system has a super wide FOR of +/- 54 degrees, and the imaging quality of the system approaches to the diffraction limit across the entire FOR and instantaneous field-of-view.

Polarization spectral characteristics of soil surface moisture in the mid-wave infrared range 土壤表面水分中波红外偏振光谱特征

The surfaces of soil with different moisture contents had been surveyed by the spectral polarimetry in the midw ave infrared range.The results indicate that the thermal radiation from the w ater-bearing soil surface is almost unpolarized,and the polarization characteristic of the soil surface is mainly caused by the reflection of solar light.Especially in the strong sunshine spectral range,the degree of polarization increases monotonically w ith the increase of soil moisture.This quantitative relationship provides basis for soil moisture monitoring by the remote sensing of the polarization of light in the mid-w ave infrared range.
采用光谱偏振法在中波红外范围内对不同含水量土壤表面进行了测量。结果表明:含水土壤表面的热辐射几乎是无极化的,土壤表面的极化特征主要是由太阳光的反射引起的。特别是在强日照光谱范围内,极化程度随着土壤湿度的增加而单调增加。这种定量关系为中w波段红外偏振光遥感监测土壤水分提供了依据。

Echo removal is an important way to improve the spectral resolution of terahertz time-domain spectroscopy.In order to study the echo removal method for the cases of nonlinear absorbent samples,the absorption and group delay effects were considered based on de-convolution algorithm.Two of the four parameters needed in conventional algorithms were abandoned and the remaining two are not related to the exact material and thickness of the sample,which improves the accuracy of terahertz spectrum recovery.Results show that the presented algorithm can eliminate echoes generated by GaAs antenna and ZnTe detection crystal effectively.The width of the time window is doubled so that the spectral resolution is improved up to 20 GHz.
回波去除是提高太赫兹时域光谱分辨率的重要途径。为了研究非线性吸收样本情况下的回波去除方法,基于反卷积算法考虑了吸收效应和群延迟效应。传统算法中需要的4个参数中有2个被抛弃,剩下的2个参数与样品的确切材料和厚度无关,提高了太赫兹频谱恢复的精度。结果表明,该算法能有效地消除GaAs天线和ZnTe检测晶体产生的回波。时间窗宽度增加了一倍,使光谱分辨率提高到20 GHz。
