The newly added estate administrator system in the Civil Code holds significant importance in preventing improper estate management, resolving inheritance disputes, and protecting the interests of relevant parties. However, the general and principle-based nature of this system has posed challenges in judicial practice, revealing its shortcomings and inability to meet the needs of current legal relationships. Therefore, it has become an urgent task to supplement and modify this system. In order to improve the estate administrator system, several aspects can be considered for reflection and improvement. Firstly, it is necessary to clarify the independent legal status of estate administrators and have their rights granted by notary institutions. Secondly, provisions should be added regarding the entities responsible for compiling estate inventories, time limits, contents, reporting recipients, and handling objections. Additionally, establishing procedures for public notice and declaration of creditors' claims and specifying the procedures for debt settlement are crucial. Lastly, it is important to consider introducing provisions for terminating estate administrator duties in two specific situations.

The advent of the Internet era leads to the combination between the new media channel and the film and television art including documentaries, which greatly effects the online and offline features of the film and television art. Thereinto, the Internet communication leads to the transmutation of documentaries in many dimensions. In the paper, the aesthetic features of documentaries in the Internet communication are systematically combed and theoretically analyzed from authenticity, delicacy, inclusiveness, popularity and innovation. Recently, the "partner social", which focuses on the accurate companionship in the vertical segmentation field, has swept the network and become a new expression of young people's emotional needs. In the absence of real emotional basis, the "partner" relationship formed with strangers or semi-acquaintances through the network platform is extremely fragile, which may cause emotional crisis such as emotional fracture and emotional deception in the social process. However, this "weak connection" can properly meet the different psychological needs of young people, and help them to obtain emotional compensation in the aspects of emotional companionship, emotional support, and emotional adjustment in interpersonal communication. The "partner" relationship with the attribute of tools may be broken and scattered, but it represents the first step for people to regain the "nearby" and develop friendship, and this new attempt may become the beginning of people's deep relationship in the trend of escalating interest, and plays an indispensable emotional function in people's social life.

Zibuyu is one of the three major collections of classical Chinese fantasy novels in the Qing Dynasty. The imagery of wells in many of its works is eye-catching. Wells were originally used for drawing water, and participated in all aspects of the daily life of the ancients. The imagery of the well in Zibuyu expresses through absurd writing that the well can carry all things because of its illusory nature, its static nature can be a permanent reference item, and its allegorical nature can carry Daoism and virtue. By exploring the rich ideological culture of ancient China reflected in the well imagery in Zibuyu, it will help to inherit and spread the excellent traditional Chinese culture and provide a unique perspective for the protection of cultural heritage.

Social media has penetrated into our lives, triggering engagement both online and offline. However, the current research is limited to the exploration of online engagement, so this study expands the scope of research to offline, and explores the impact of media dependence on online and offline communication based on media-system dependency. This study adopts the method of questionnaire and selects three topics of clothing, food, and sports events to provide data support. The results of the study show that similar to common topics such as clothing and food, online engagement has no effect on offline communication, and for topics of sports events with certain interest orientation, media dependence will not affect its offline communication.
