Argentine Warships in Russo-Japanese War 日俄战争中的阿根廷军舰

On December 30, 1903, before the outbreak of the Russo-Japanese War, Japan reached an agreement with the Argentina, and Japan purchased two Argentine warships. The two warships were purchased by Argentina and built by Italy, and the two warships were originally named Moreno and Rivadavia, which were later renamed Nisshin and Kasuga by Japan. Shortly after the Russo-Japanese War broke out in February 1904, the two ships arrived in Japan and immediately took part in the Russo-Japanese War. At the end of the 19th century, Argentina and Chile engaged in a decades-long naval arms race as the two countries were pitted against each other over a dispute over territory in their south territory. The rivalry eased with an agreement between Argentina and Chile to accept British arbitration, then Argentina wanted to transfer two warships. Japan took note of Argentina's willingness to sell the warships in time, and with the help of British, the transfer of the warships was achieved through active diplomatic contacts.

Cultivation Strategy of Higher Vocational Students' Autonomous Learning Ability under the Background of "Internet +" "互联网+"背景下高职学生自主学习能力的培养策略

Autonomous learning ability is an essential ability for outstanding talents. The future society under the background of the "Internet +" is a learning society that requires everyone to have the ability to learn autonomously. The learning status, career development, and social environment of higher vocational students require them to have a certain degree of autonomous learning ability. In the process of education, emphasis should be placed on cultivating students' autonomous learning ability, enabling them to develop good learning habits, master correct learning methods, and improve effective learning efficiency. All of these will promote students to autonomous learning, active learning, and exploring Learning. The research team applied the learning theories of humanism and constructivism, as well as social cognitive theory, to systematically explore three guiding strategies for higher vocational students to autonomous learning, including updating the concept of autonomous learning for students and educators, stimulating students' motivation for autonomous learning, and creating a good environment for college students to autonomous learning, enhance students' ability to use internet resources and platforms correctly for autonomous learning.

Research on the Cultivation Path of Digital Literacy of PE Teachers under the Background of Education Digital Transformation 教育数字化转型背景下体育教师数字素养培养路径研究

With the continuous advancement of digital transformation, digital technology has penetrated into various fields of the education system. Digital literacy, as a key force to adapt to this transformation, is gradually attracting the attention of educators. This article uses literature review and logical analysis methods to study the path of cultivating digital literacy of physical education teachers in the context of educational digital transformation. Based on the theoretical framework of digital literacy for teachers both domestically and internationally, the digital literacy of physical education teachers is summarized into four dimensions: Digital awareness, Digital teaching, Digital communication and collaboration, and Digital evaluation. This paper explores the connotation and value of digital literacy for physical education teachers in the context of educational digital transformation, and proposes to create a digital technology environment for teaching and cultivate digital awareness for physical education teachers; Optimize the digital literacy training mechanism and enhance the digital application ability of physical education teachers; building a digital communication platform for physical education teachers to facilitate digital communication and collaboration; building a digital literacy evaluation system and cultivating a path for precise digital evaluation.

Course Construction and Practice of Embedded Computing for New Engineering Education 新工科教育嵌入式计算课程建设与实践

Facing the reform and development of the New Engineering Education, the paper combines the Embedded Computing course construction and practice. The course of Embedded Computing is an elective course for postgraduates majoring in Computer Science in Harbin University of technology. Under the guidance of the education direction for Emerging Engineering Education, it must be strengthened the construction and practice of the course. This paper combines the traditional teaching mode with the online teaching mode, the theoretical content driven by problems with DIY practice, and adopts a diversified evaluation system. Through the curriculum reforms, the students' learning enthusiasm has been actively mobilized, and the teaching quality has been significantly improved. This paper can provide reference for reform of talent training in our teaching courses.
面对新工科教育的改革与发展,本文结合《嵌入式计算》课程建设与实践进行了探讨。嵌入式计算》课程是哈尔滨理工大学计算机专业研究生的一门选修课。在新兴工程教育方向的指导下,必须加强该课程的建设与实践。本文将传统教学模式与网络教学模式相结合,以问题驱动理论内容与DIY实践相结合,采用多元化的评价体系。通过课程改革,积极调动了学生的学习积极性,教学质量明显提高。本文可为我校教学课程人才培养改革提供参考。

As a kind of visual communication art, a movie is a product of the fusion of modern science and technology and art, as well as a medium for reflecting social phenomena and spreading multiculturalism. The mainstream Hollywood films naturally represent the ideological characteristics and value orientation of the field or country it belongs to. As a heterogeneous culture, Chinese elements in Hollywood movies have experienced a long and tortuous change, which is not only related to the enhancement of China's comprehensive national power and the change of international relations, but also inextricably linked to the Western core cultural values behind Hollywood. The overall change of the image of Chinese elements in Hollywood movies can be summarized as a shift from negative stereotypes to the inclusion of Chinese characteristic elements and the gradual export of Chinese stories and culture, showing a positive and diversified development trend, and behind this trend change is the refraction and effect of cross-cultural communication between Chinese and Western.

 The unconditional love of a mother is spacious. The paper discusses how the connection between a flower and the love of a mother’s generosity is as limitless as Mother Nature. Drawing on the natural sublime, a reflection on motherhood becomes a series of large scale paintings of flowers. Rarely is the sublime referred to the greatness or inspirational characteristics or values of human beings through the intimate bonds of relationships. Principles of the sublime deliberates that transcendence, or the act of overcoming oneself arises when the limited ego bows down in awe when confronted by immense nature, by  mountains or a thundering rapid. Equally, motherhood holds overreaching power which carries through generations like a river flower through time. Mother, are no less compared to the greatness of nature.

There is a high degree of compatibility between vocational education and community education in terms of the connotation and function of lifelong education and universal learning. Promoting the improvement of the lifelong education system and the implementation of universal learning are the common demands of vocational education and community education. The Current Situation Analysis of Higher Vocational Students' Autonomous Learning Ability in the Context of the Internet 互联网背景下高职学生自主学习能力现状分析

The expansion of enrollment in universities has led to a decline in the overall quality of students in higher vocational colleges. The application of Internet technology in the field of education has also accelerated the speed of knowledge updating and iteration, which requires students to have the autonomous learning ability in order to adapt to the rapid development needs of society. In the context of the Internet, utilizing online resources for autonomous learning and lifelong learning is an important way for students to grow and succeed. Independently design survey questionnaires and interviews to conduct surveys or interviews on current freshmen and sophomore higher vocational students and teachers. Collect and organize first-hand materials on higher vocational students' willingness, methods, content, effects, and other aspects of  autonomous learning. The analysis results indicate that higher vocational students have problems such as weak awareness of autonomous learning, vague goals, lack of cognition, insufficient identification ability, and lack of effective resources.
高校扩招导致高职院校学生整体素质下降。互联网技术在教育领域的应用,也加快了知识更新迭代的速度,这就要求学生具备自主学习能力,以适应社会快速发展的需要。在互联网背景下,利用网络资源进行自主学习、终身学习是学生成长成才的重要途径。独立设计调查问卷和访谈,对高职在校大一、大二学生和教师进行调查或访谈。收集整理高职学生自主学习的意愿、方法、内容、效果等方面的第一手材料。分析结果表明,高职学生存在自主学习意识不强、目标模糊、认知不足、辨别能力不够、缺乏有效资源等问题。

A Study of Cultural Symbols of Plant Images in Russian-Chinese Translation 俄汉翻译中植物图像的文化符号研究

In Russian and Chinese languages, some plant images are respectively given special meanings and become special cultural symbols with symbolic meanings. Due to the cultural differences between China and Russia, the phenomenon of cultural symbol vacancy naturally arises. From the cultural perspective of translation and based on Sorokin's theory of cultural vacancy, this paper studies the cultural symbols of plant images in Russian and Chinese languages, and then explores the methods of translating plant images in Russian-Chinese translation in order to guide the practice of Russian-Chinese translation.
在俄语和汉语中,一些植物形象分别被赋予了特殊的含义,成为具有象征意义的特殊文化符号。由于中俄两国的文化差异,自然会产生文化符号空缺现象。本文从翻译的文化视角出发,以索罗金的文化空缺理论为基础,研究俄汉两种语言中植物形象的文化符号,进而探讨俄汉翻译中植物形象的翻译方法,以期对俄汉翻译实践有所指导。
