Traditional information literacy education in China focuses on using an information literacy course to cultivate students' theoretical learning such as information source collection. Students have a single learning channel and weak abilities in self-directed learning and innovation. The research on the cultivation system of information literacy in universities in China is still incomplete. Resulting in a low overall level of information literacy and insufficient information knowledge among college students, which greatly undermines their innovation and entrepreneurship abilities; There is a lack of information ethics education, and students often participate in situations such as online violence and attacks. This article studies the technical and application characteristics of AI smart education environment, explores the education system model of information literacy in universities, and improves the overall information literacy level of university students.

This study explores the influence of politics and law on artistic creation and the reflection of artistic creation on politics and law. It analyzes how politics and law shape the ecology of artistic creation and how artistic creation reflects on and critiques politics and law. The study examines the multifaceted relationship between artistic creation and politics and law, including political intervention in artistic creation, the influence of politics on artistic styles and themes, and the impact of politics on art evaluation and criticism. It also explores the influence of law on artistic creation, focusing on intellectual property protection and the art market. The study highlights the reflection of politics and law in artistic creations, examining how artists use various techniques to express their views on society, politics, and the law. It also discusses the roles and choices of artists in political and legal conflicts. The study concludes by emphasizing the need for artists to maintain independent thinking and freedom of expression within political and legal constraints and the importance of promoting social progress and justice through artistic creation.

In the corpus of modern Chinese news discourse, there exists a phenomenon of referentiality involving verbal elements, referred to as event anaphora. Its connotations exhibit distinct differences from similar concepts such as event nouns, cohesive connections, and deixis. This paper investigates the inherent distinctions of event anaphora from three perspectives: structural types, sentence components, and the frequency of reference. Additionally, incorporating discourse and stylistic considerations, the study offers three explanations for biases observed in statistics: the stylistic inclination of "this," the referential target and objective mechanism of the object, and the information structural impact of the frequency of reference.

In the continuous development of people to people exchange mechanisms between China and foreign countries, overseas youth training programs in China will provide a new educational field for students to understand China's development model and social governance situation through the "unity of knowledge and action" approach. Under the guidance of different training themes, Chinese and foreign partners endow the program with unique public diplomacy value through the emphasis on young individuals, the infiltration of the environment, and the setting of scenarios. The theory of embodied cognitive theory emphasizes the influence of physical state, environment, and specific situations on the cognitive process. This theory has strong theoretical guidance significance for the itinerary design and specific implementation of overseas youth training programs in China. Short-term training programs aimed at international young audiences should strive to promote the unity of embodiment, sociality, and situational aspects from program design to training arrangements. Relevant parties need to consider macro project design, cultural training arrangements, social and civil contact, and representative training topic selection comprehensively.

Grounded in the Chinese-English parallel corpus of Daodejing, this study delves into the intricate interplay between emotional expression, communication effects, and the nuanced portrayal of China, unveiling the subtle impacts of translation in presenting the Chinese image. Through the establishment and analysis of the corpus, the research provides insights into the evolution of emotional elements in multiple translation versions spanning from 1868 to 2009. Quantitative analysis utilizing Pearson correlation coefficients reveals weak correlations between emotional expression and communication effects, both outbound and inbound . Despite a lack of statistical significance, qualitative analysis sheds light on valuable insights. In outbound communication, the nuanced handling of emotional expression, a weaker emphasis on positive emotions, and a deliberate avoidance of excessive negative emotions signify efforts to challenge traditional perceptions and portray a more complex image. In inbound communication, a tendency toward neutral emotional expression aims to offer Western readers a genuine and comprehensive understanding of China. Motivational analysis highlights the influence of cultural differences, historical contexts, reader expectations, and global dynamics on the translator's choices in emotional expression. Cultural nuances play a crucial role in shaping the Chinese image, emphasizing the translator's importance in flexibly navigating cross-cultural communication. In the era of globalization, this study aims to underscore the growing awareness among translators of the necessity to present cultural commonalities in emotional expression, fostering a broader understanding and acceptance of Chinese philosophy and values on the global stage.

Mathematical modeling provides a good platform for guiding students to flexibly apply mathematical knowledge to solve practical problems, and universities have also launched rich mathematical modeling teaching activities. However, in the process of university mathematical modeling teaching, the drawbacks of two traditional teaching methods that focus on cases and models have gradually emerged. Therefore, this article suggests using computational thinking as a third paradigm for mathematical modeling teaching. This paper shows the computational thinking in the new teaching. This article also gives some suggestions to nowadays teaching module. The proposal of this concept has a certain reference value for the reform of mathematical modeling teaching.
