. Anomaly detection (AD) is a solution for cellular operators to overcome the difficulty of quality control over the proliferation of cellular phone usage. The telecommunications network monitoring system with anomaly detection enables immediate discovery of problems before they become more complex. Monitoring activities produce logs, which are then analyzed according to the interest, often with the help of statistics and visualizations. Relying on humans for analysis is increasingly difficult due to the immense amount of logs in modern telecommunication networks. This work extends the monitoring to automated anomaly detection by using various ELK modules to form an intelligent monitoring system. A testbed based on OpenAirInterface (OAI) and USRP B210 radiohead is used, which includes the functionalities of HSS, MME, SGW, PGW, eNB, and UE. The proposed system has an average accuracy of 91.5%. This is supported by an average value of the proportion of normal conditions that are correctly predicted at 99.31%. On the other hand, the system can still maintain the functionality of the cellular telecommunications network with an excellent predicate on service quality.

Through employing the solid-state process under significant temperature, we produced a sequence of single-element radiation-adjustable phosphors Ca 8 MgR(PO 4 ) 7 :Eu 2+ ,Mn 2+ or CaMg:EM (R = La, Y), and thoroughly analyzed the crystalline arrangement, photoluminescence (PL), PL excitation (PLE), as well as the degrading period. The findings suggest that Ca 8 MgLa(PO 4 ) 7 :Eu 2+ ,Mn 2+ could be a green contender to be used within close ultraviolet-chip white light-emitted diode (WLED) devices. It is possible to change the emitting green hue from Ca 8 MgLa 1-x Y x (PO 4 ) 7 treated with Eu 2+ to cyan by adjusting the La 3+ /Y 3+ proportion for the purpose of lowering the crystal field potency. Furthermore, power shift among Eu 2+ and Mn 2+ would be used to create a conventional one-stage white CaMg:EM having a CIE hue coordinate shown as (0.330, 0.328). The power transmission process was shown in the form of resonant dipole-quadrupole nature. In addition, we also computed the critical range. The white-emitting single-composition CaMg:EM was effectively coated above one close ultraviolet chip under 375 nm, indicating that it may become a strong choice of phosphor within close ultraviolet WLED devices.
