Η παρούσα εργασία θα διερευνήσει τις δυσκολίες που αντιμετωπίζουν οι Κινέζοι αρχάριοι ενήλικοι μαθητές στην ακουστική κατανόηση της ελληνικής γλώσσας ως ξένης. Η αναζήτηση συμπερασμάτων βασίζεται στα αποτελέσματα έρευνας (με ερωτηματολόγια, ακουστικές ασκήσεις και συνεντεύξεις) στους δευτεροετείς φοιτητές του Τμήματος Ελληνικής Γλώσσας του Πανεπιστημίου Διεθνών Σπουδών της Σαγκάης. Θα αναλυθούν οι αιτίες που προκαλούν τις δυσκολίες και θα παρουσιαστούν συνοπτικά οι βασικές διδακτικές στρατηγικές που θα βοηθήσουν στην άρση αυτών των δυσκολιών. This article will identify the difficulties faced by Chinese adult beginners in the listening comprehension of Greek as a foreign language. The search for conclusions is based on the results of research (with questionnaires, listening exercises and interviews) among the second-year students of the Department of Greek Language at Shanghai International Studies University. The causes of the difficulties will be analyzed and the basic teaching strategies that will help to overcome these difficulties will be briefly presented.

Στόχος της παρούσας εργασίας είναι η μελέτη των πρωτότυπων δημοσιευμένων ποιητικών κειμένων του λογοτεχνικού περιοδικού Η Λέξη, το οποίο με εκδότες τους Α. Φωστιέρη και Θ. Νιάρχο κυκλοφόρησε το 1981 έως το 2010. Ειδικότερος στόχος είναι η ανάδειξη των θεματικών μοτίβων των ποιημάτων που δημοσιεύθηκαν στο περιοδικό την πρώτη δεκαετία του, ώστε να φανεί η φυσιογνωμία του μέσω των προτιμήσεών του και των επιλογών των εκδοτών του. Η μεθοδολογία στηρίχθηκε στην αποδελτίωση των τευχών του με έμφαση στα πρωτότυπα κείμενα και όχι στις μεταφραστικές επιλογές. Η μελέτη οδήγησε στο συμπέρασμα ότι προτιμώνται κυρίως διαχρονικά θεματικά μοτίβα. The aim of this paper is to study the original published poems of the literary magazine Η Λέξη, which was published by A. Fostieris and Th. Niarchos from 1981 to 2010. A more specific aim is to highlight the thematic patterns of the poems that were published in the magazine in its first decade, so that its characteristics can be seen through its preferences and the choices of its editors. The methodology was based on the index of its issues with an emphasis on the untranslated poems. Through the study it emerged that timeless thematic patterns are mainly preferred.

Παρά το πλήθος μελετών που έχουν διεξαχθεί για τον Ευγένιο Βούλγαρη, πτυχές του βίου του και του έργου του, ιδιαίτερα της ρωσικής του περιόδου, χρήζουν περαιτέρω διευκρίνησης. Στη μελέτη παρουσιάζονται δυο ανέκδοτες επιστολές του ιερομόναχου Δωρόθεου Βουλησμά των ετών 1800 και 1801. Οι απαντητικές επιστολές του Ευγένιου Βούλγαρη λανθάνουν. Παρότι η μεταξύ τους σχέση ανατρέχει στις προηγούμενες δεκαετίες, αφορμή για τις επιστολές αυτές στάθηκε η πρωτοβουλία των Ζωσιμάδων να εκδώσουν παλαιά και νεότερα έργα του Βούλγαρη. Οι επιστολές αυτές του Βουλησμά επιτρέπουν διασαφήσεις για το χρόνο συγγραφής και ολοκλήρωσης ορισμένων σημαντικών έργων του Βούλγαρη. Despite the numerous studies that have been devoted to Evgenios Voulgaris, aspects of his life and work, especially regarding his Russian period, still need further clarification. This study presents two unpublished letters of the hieromonk Dorotheos Voulisma, dating from the years 1800 and 1801. The replies of Voulgaris are missing. Although the relationship between them goes back to the previous decades, the occasion for these letters was the initiative of the Zosimas brothers to publish old and more recent works by Voulgaris. Voulismas’ letters allow certain clarifications of the time of writing and completion of some of Voulgaris’ important works.

Η επίδραση του Fyodor Dostoevsky στο έργο του Θράσου Καστανάκη είναι μεγάλη και δεν περιορίζεται μόνο στον τρόπο απόδοσης της προσωπικότητας των αφηγηματικών του χαρακτήρων, αλλά επεκτείνεται και σε άλλα στοιχεία της γραφής του που συναρπάζουν τον Κωνσταντινουπολίτη λογοτέχνη και που αποτυπώνονται σαφώς σε ένα από τα πιο αντιπροσωπευτικά για την τέχνη του μυθιστορήματα, τους Περιθώριους. Εστιάζοντας λοιπόν στο έργο του αυτό και με οδηγό τη θεωρία της διακειμενικότητας, στόχος του παρόντος άρθρου είναι να εξεταστούν τα διακείμενα των Περιθωρίων και οι επιδράσεις που δέχτηκε ο συγγραφέας πρωτίστως από τον Dostoevsky και στη συνέχεια και από άλλους ομοτέχνους του. The influence of Fyodor Dostoevsky on Thrassos Kastanakis’ work is great and is not limited only to the way he renders the personality of his narrative characters, but extends to other elements of his writing that fascinate the Constantinople writer and are clearly reflected in one of the most representative novels of his art, Oi Perithorioi. Focusing therefore on this work and guided by the theory of intertextuality, the aim of this article is to examine the intertexts of his novel Oi Perithorioi and the influences that the author received primarily from Dostoevsky and then from other peers.

Στην παρούσα μελέτη διερευνάται η πρόσληψη της Ντάμα Πίκα του Αλέξανδρου Πούσκιν στο μεσοπολεμικό λογοτεχνικό-ιστορικό περιβάλλον. Σταθμό μας αποτελεί η εκ μέρους του λόγιου και δημοσιογράφου Χαράλαμπου Άννινου (1852–1934) μετάφρασή της στα 1919 από την εκδοχή του Προσπέρ Μεριμέ. Συγκεκριμένα, μας ενδιαφέρει το ζήτημα των όψεων του διηγήματος που ανταποκρίνονται στο περιβάλλον «ατομικής» ασφυξίας και διεκδίκησης για επιβίωση και κοινωνική άνοδο που επικρατεί στην Ελλάδα του πρώιμου Μεσοπολέμου. In the present study the reception of Alexander Pushkin’s Queen of Spades in the Greek Interwar period’s literary-historical context is examined. The scholar and journalist Charalambos Anninos’ (1852–1934) translation (1919) from the Prosper Merime’s version is our starting point. Specifically, we are interested in the question of the aspects of the Russian story, which correspond to the milieu of individual asphyxia and claim for survival and social rise, in the early Interwar period in Greece.

Целью данной статьи является представление истории тайного пострига супругов Алексея Федоровича и Валентины Михайловны Лосевых, освещение жития их небесных покровителей — преподобных Андроника и Афанасии. Привлекаются лингвистические данные, связанные с семантикой и этимологией существенных для данной темы терминов и имен. Исследование предпринято в связи с приближающейся юбилейной датой великого русского философа, филолога-классика, лауреата Государственной премии СССР, профессора А. Ф. Лосева. The purpose of this article is to present the history of the secret tonsure of the spouses Alexei Fedorovich and Valentina Mikhailovna Losev, highlighting the lives of their heavenly patrons — the Venerable Andronikos and Athanasia. Linguistic data related to the semantics and etymology of terms and names essential for this topic. The research was undertaken in connection with the 130th anniversary of the great Russian philosopher, classical philologist, laureate of the USSR State Prize, Professor A. F. Losev.

Στόχος του άρθρου είναι να αναδείξει το λογοτεχνικό ποιόν της κοραϊκής γραφής, όπως αυτή πραγματώνεται υφολογικά στην εξάτομη Αλληλογραφία του. Πρόκειται τόσο για άμεσες και έμμεσες δραστικές αυτοαναφορικές διατυπώσεις για την ηλικία του όσο και τους κόπους του συγγραφικού του έργου και τη συγγραφή των πολυάριθμων επιστολών, υλικό που ενοφθαλμίζεται μέσα από ποικίλα σχήματα λόγου και μέσα από τη ρητορική της απεύθυνσης στον επιστολικό αποδέκτη ενισχύοντας την επικοινωνιακή αποτελεσματικότητα της επιστολής. Επιπλέον, γίνεται στοχευμένη κειμενοκεντρική αναφορά στην εικονιστική διαύγεια των μεταφορών που χρησιμοποιεί καθώς και στην απορρέουσα υλικότητα των ζωγραφικών αναγνωστικών επιπτώσεων, επιλογή υφολογική επικεντρωμένη στην δραματική ένταση. The aim of the article is to highlight stylistic options in the language of Korais’s correspondence. These are both direct and indirect active self-referential formulations about his age as well as the labors of his writing work and the writing of the numerous letters, material that is inoculated through various figures of speech and through the rhetoric of the address to the epistolary recipient, enhancing the communicative effectiveness of the letter. In addition, a targeted textual reference is made to the figurative clarity of the metaphors he uses as well as to the resulting materiality of the pictorial reading effects, a stylistic choice focused on dramatic intensity.

Πρόκειται τόσο για άμεσες και έμμεσες δραστικές αυτοαναφορικές διατυπώσεις για την ηλικία του όσο και τους κόπους του συγγραφικού του έργου και τη συγγραφή των πολυάριθμων επιστολών, υλικό που ενοφθαλμίζεται μέσα από ποικίλα σχήματα λόγου και μέσα από τη ρητορική της απεύθυνσης στον επιστολικό αποδέκτη ενισχύοντας την επικοινωνιακή αποτελεσματικότητα της επιστολής. Επιπλέον, γίνεται στοχευμένη κειμενοκεντρική αναφορά στην εικονιστική διαύγεια των μεταφορών που χρησιμοποιεί καθώς και στην απορρέουσα υλικότητα των ζωγραφικών αναγνωστικών επιπτώσεων, επιλογή υφολογική επικεντρωμένη στην δραματική ένταση. The aim of the article is to highlight stylistic options in the language of Korais’s correspondence. These are both direct and indirect active self-referential formulations about his age as well as the labors of his writing work and the writing of the numerous letters, material that is inoculated through various figures of speech and through the rhetoric of the address to the epistolary recipient, enhancing the communicative effectiveness of the letter. Η εργασία μελετά τη σημασιολογική διαφορά λεκτικών τύπων με τη βοήθεια των σωμάτων κειμένων του Thesaurus Linguae Graecae (TLG) και τη διδακτική τους εφαρμογή στο πλαίσιο του Κριτικού Γραμματισμού. Ο ουσιώδης συσχετισμός των ευρημάτων στην κλασσική, βυζαντινή και μεσαιωνική εποχή με τη νεοελληνική, επιβεβαιώνουν την ερευνητική υπόθεση ότι η διδασκαλία της γλώσσας θα γινόταν πιο παραγωγική εάν εμπλουτιζόταν με σώματα κειμένων. This thesis concerns 1st in the investigation of the semantic difference of verbal forms such as πολιτεία, ἀρετή, ἀγαθός/-όν and their semantic convergences or divergences with the help of the Thesaurus Linguae Graecae (TLG) corpus texts through (a) the political philosophy of Plato, in Protagoras (period of youth 400–387 BC) and in Politia (period of maturity 386 BC–367 BC), (b) the political philosophy of Aristotle, in the Nicomachean Ethics and the Politics (third period of his philosophical activity 335–323 BC), (c) the field of Byzantine theoretical transformations and confrontations between Aristotelian and Platonic tradition in the Neoplatonic philosophy of Michael Psellos (1018–1096 AD) but also in the lexicography of Patriarch Photius (820–891 AD), exponents of an early Greek Renaissance of philology in order to create closer relations between philosophy and theology in the context of classical education in Byzantium, (d) the Dictionary of Medieval Popular Greek by Emmanuel Kriaras and the Dictionary of the Modern Greek Language by Manolis Triantafyllides. 2nd in their didactic application in the context of Critical Literacy in the class of the 3rd High School, Department of Humanities.

Ксенофонт Левкопаридис — уникальная личность, яркий представитель общественно-политической жизни Греции первой половины XX века. Он был писателем, литератором, издателем, просветителем, общественным деятелем, миротворцем. Он свято верил в идею духовного объединения балканских народов, способного прекратить вражду и кровавые розни на Балканах. Этой вере и борьбе за нее он посвятил основные годы своей жизни, свой организаторский и литературный таланты. И вот его имя забыто для потомков. Во время Второй мировой войны материалы, связанные с деятельностью Ксенофонта Левкопаридиса, были полностью реквизированы немецким командованием. Впоследствии в качестве трофейных вывезены в Москву и засекречены. Их открытие в 1990-х годах позволило пусть и крупными мазками, но набросать портрет Ксенофонта Левкопаридиса, вписать в историю имя этого неординарного человека. Xenofont Lefcoparidis is a unique person, who brilliantly represented a socio-political life of Greece during the first half of the 20th century. He acted as a writer, publisher, public figure, and peacemaker, his whole life and works being devoted to the idea of Balkan union, which could stop hostilities and blood strife in the Balkan region. For the time being his name remains almost forgotten, for during the WWII all the papers connected with his activity were requisitioned by Nazis. Afterwards, the archive ended up in Moscow as war trophy, and therefore was classified. The discovery of these papers in 1990s allowed to introduce Xenofont Lefcoparidis to the modern audience and tell his story to descendants.

В статье рассматривается специфика употребления различных лексем, обозначающих осла (древнегреческое όνος и новогреческие γάιδαρος / γάδαρος / γαϊδούρι / γαϊδούρα), функционирующих как самостоятельно в виде языковой (стереотипной, стертой) метафоры, так и в составе устойчивых сравнений и фразеологических единиц. В ходе анализа выявляются стереотипные черты, приписываемые носителями новогреческого языка ослу, в результате чего определяются и уточняются границы концепта «осел» как части зооморфного кода новогреческой языковой культуры. The article discusses the semantic and cultural specifics of the lexemes denoting a donkey (Ancient Greek όνος and Modern Greek γάιδαρος / γάδαρος / γαϊδούρι / γαϊδούρα), functioning both independently as a dead (stereotypical, erased) metaphor, and as part of comparisons and phraseological units. The analysis reveals the stereotypical features attributed by the speakers of the Modern Greek language to the donkey. As a result the boundaries of the concept “donkey” as part of the zoomorphic code of the Modern Greek language culture are determined and clarified.
