In the current Intelligent Era, the integration of technology into Ecological Civilization Education (ECE) has become a central consideration in modern pedagogy. This research delves into the relationship between technological advancements and the delivery of ECE in higher education institutions in China. Using a mixed-method approach, insights from 1,500 students were collected through meticulously crafted questionnaires and in-depth interviews. The results indicate a pronounced inclination toward incorporating technology into ECE, with the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) method being particularly effective. Contemporary tools like digital simulations and Augmented and Virtual Reality are emphasized for their educational value. Nonetheless, concerns arose regarding technology's potential to shift focus away from core ecological principles. In conclusion, this study underscores the importance of a harmonious blend of technology and ECE, aiming to foster enriched learning experiences while upholding the essence of fundamental ecological teachings.

The inclusion of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) within the general education system is a complex and persistent issue, considering that although educational policies and national legislation affirm support for the principle of inclusion, it is often implemented only at a declarative level. In the theoretical part, the evolution and progress of inclusive education at the international level was addressed, emphasizing the significant contribution of the United Nations Organization and various international conferences in promoting the individual rights of people with special needs. Another aspect considered the integration of students with special educational needs into the mainstream educational system, highlighting the crucial role and support offered to them. It is also emphasized the importance of the continuous professional development of teachers and the active involvement of parents in the educational process, as central pillars in the promotion of effective inclusive education. The methodology applied in the study regarding the integration of students with SEN in the Romanian educational system has as its main objectives the identification and analysis of teachers' perceptions and attitudes towards the integration process, the differences found between teaching staff from urban and rural environments, as well as examining the correlation between teachers' optimism and their perspectives on inclusion. Another important goal of the research is to identify barriers to the effective implementation of current and future public policies related to inclusive education. The research instruments used include an original questionnaire, entitled „Teachers' Beliefs and Attitudes about the Integration of Students with SEN”, intended to assess teachers' perceptions of inclusion, and an optimism measuring instrument, composed of 48 items, used to assess the level of optimism of the respondents. The sample of the study was made up of 60 teaching staff, aged between 25 and 45, divided into two groups, depending on the environment of origin (rural/urban). The analysis of the collected data indicates a greater predisposition towards acceptance and positive attitudes towards inclusion on the part of teachers from the urban environment, compared to their counterparts from the rural environment. Also, the results emphasize the existence of a positive correlation between the level of teachers' optimism and their attitude towards the inclusion of students with SEN. In conclusion, the findings of this research emphasize the significance of increasing the professionalism of teachers in supporting inclusive education and reveal notable disparities between rural and urban teachers in terms of the integration of students with special educational needs.

The current research aims to test the effect of a happy work environment on Innovative work behaviors, as a stratified random sample of (328) employees of the departments of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research was selected from the study population of (2229). Relying on the questionnaire in collecting data, the questionnaires suitable for statistical analysis were (322) questionnaires, as the happy work environment variable includes five dimensions: (credibility, respect, fairness, pride, true friendship), while the Innovative work behavior variable dealt with four dimensions (ability Providing Innovative solutions to problems, the ability to come up with new ideas and proposals, change, initiative, and the spirit of risk), and the idea of the research revolves around providing a happy work environment that contributes to and supports Innovative work behaviors. The researcher used several statistical methods to analyze the questionnaire results, including a simple linear regression coefficient. Simple and descriptive analysis using the program (SPSS.v23, AMOS.v23), and the hypotheses were proven correct by finding an effect of a happy work environment in its dimensions on Innovative work behavior in its dimensions. A set of results has also been reached, among which are doubts or concerns about the reliability of management information and procedures, as well as some gaps or deficiencies in the control processes and the audit system, it appears that the responsible management is not at a good level in managing work and fulfilling commitments and promises towards its employees, as well as being informed. On issues and tasks related to work, and from this perspective it is due to several reasons, including the managerial skills possessed by managers that are not sufficient or inconsistent with the specialty of the work assigned to them, and that management capabilities are limited and rely on performing their tasks in a normal or average manner without skill or exceptionality.

The research aimed to prepare a measure of the importance of enlightenment, academic education, and applied skills for third-stage female students, including teaching methods from their point of view/College of Education and Sports Sciences/University of Baghdad/Al-Jadriyah. The researchers used descriptive description in the comprehensive research procedures, an appropriate methodology in achieving the research objectives, sufficient for interpretations, how important is the academic teacher’s knowledge of teaching methods for student learning, what are the roles that the learners have acquired from the academic teacher. The scale of importance and horror consists of 15 items. The research population includes female students of the third stage/College of Education, Fitness and Sports Sciences, numbering (135) students. Attractive artistic drawings were chosen in proportion to 48%. The researchers concluded that the educational and cognitive importance of the academic teacher for developing applied skills for female students is considered the main focus for learners, especially for third-year female students, as she is the link through which what has been learned at this stage is linked and refined in the next stage of the educational process for female students. The researchers recommend benefiting from the academic teacher for the subject. Teaching methods in holding workshops and lectures for all educational levels, and emphasizing the importance of the subject of teaching methods for learners because it is the jewel that is acquired during the four years of study.

The main objective of the research is to analyze the impact of communication within the family on the education and support offered to children with special educational needs (CES), while investigating their degree of integration in the school environment and in society. Special educational needs are discussed, which may result from the child's family environment or physical or psychological difficulties. Emphasis is placed on the need to provide future generations with a solid educational foundation that will enable them to develop harmoniously in life, while emphasizing the manner in which this education is imparted. In the context of the continuous evolution of educational methodologies and school programs, adapted to the specific needs of the current era, this paper emphasizes the fact that a child represents a conglomeration of needs, emotions and behaviors, which require guidance and support to develop into an adult balanced. The evolution of the school system emphasizes the importance of identifying the causes of problems as well as appropriate solutions. The research focuses on the analysis of communication within the family of children with CES, with the aim of determining whether its effectiveness or deficiency influences the child's development. It is argued that the nature of family communication, especially in the case of families with children with special learning needs, can have a determining role in the child's success or failure at school. A conducive family environment is essential for a child's harmonious development, especially during early childhood, when constant guidance is needed. At the same time, the work recognizes that not all families in Romania are able to provide this ideal environment, which can generate additional difficulties for children. Finally, the vital role of communication in the development of children's socio-emotional skills, necessary for effective interaction with those around them, is emphasized.
