Flame thermal spraying is an important technique in surface treatment of many materials exposed to external corrosion, including turbine blades in power plants, bridges, and oil pipelines. Therefore, a ceramic material represented by aluminum oxide Al2O3 was used as a base material and copper metal Cu was added at different reinforcement ratios of 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%Wt. To form a cermet alloy. The two powders were mixed after taking into account the copper concentrations, and the mixture was placed in the flame thermal spraying device crucible. The acetylene gas ratio was fixed at 0.7 bar and oxygen at 4 bar as the best mixing ratios obtained. The coating process was carried out on out-of-service turbine blade bases with dimensions of 20mm×5mm in a circular shape. After completing the coating process, the samples were sintered in a thermal oven at 1100°C for only one and a half hours. The scanning electron microscope (SEM) of the samples was examined and it was found that by adding copper we get a regular and homogeneous structure, and it was found that the best reinforcement with metal is 25%Wt. After sintering, it was also found that the average grain size is approximately 109nm. An EDX spectroscopy was also conducted to show the materials that were mixed for both alumina and copper. Some mechanical properties were also examined which showed that the best mixing ratio is (75%Wt.Al2O3-25%Wt.Cu) after sintering, at which the micro-Vickers hardness was found to be (605 kg/mm2), and the wear rate was calculated which gave the lowest value (1.84×10-6g/cm). While the adhesive strength was calculated for a coated and uncoated sample to find that the best mechanical adhesive strength is (53 MPa). The true porosity and water absorption were calculated to give the lowest values at the lowest reinforcement ratio which is 25%Wt.

This article explores the transformative potential of blockchain technology in police operations, focusing on enhancing security, transparency, and efficiency. Initially recognized for its role in cryptocurrencies, blockchain's inherent immutability and distributed ledger features are now being leveraged to revolutionize data management within law enforcement. The technology ensures the secure, auditable, and tamper-resistant recording of all transactions and data related to police operations, from investigation records to evidence management, ensuring accessibility only to authorized personnel. Key areas examined include the enhancement of security and transparency through blockchain's immutable and distributed records, ensuring data integrity and evidence management by providing an unalterable record of all transactions and data, and improving interoperability among various police departments and agencies. The integration of advanced technologies like Zero-Knowledge Proofs and Layer 2 solutions further strengthens privacy protection and operational speed, contributing to a more efficient and reliable police information system. Practical implementations in police departments worldwide, such as Delhi Police's blockchain initiative for evidence tracking and Dubai Police's collaboration with Cardano Blockchain for secure data sharing, demonstrate significant improvements in transparency, integrity, and security of processes. The article concludes by addressing the ongoing challenges of scalability, interoperability, and privacy, emphasizing the need for continued development and standardization to fully realize blockchain's benefits in modernizing police operations. By evaluating these aspects, the article highlights blockchain's critical role in the digital transformation of law enforcement, promoting greater public trust and cooperation among police units at both national and international levels.

Remembering information and experiences is what enables us to solve new problems that confront us in the future. The current study examines how visual disturbance or visual anomalies are effective in enhancing memory and helping to recall tasks that participants need to remember. Thus it aims to explore the effectiveness of visual anomalies in improving memory recall compared to traditional methods. The study relied on mixed method approach through a quantitative and qualitative data procedure. Twenty volunteers who did not suffer from psychological or mental disorders, aged from forty to fifty years, participated in this study. They were distributed into two groups, control and experimental. The control group relied on traditional ways to remember the tasks, while the experimental group used confusion and unusual visual anomalies as a means of remembering. The researcher tested the participant's ability to remember at intervals of 24, 48, and 72 hours and after a week. The results revealed the superiority of the experimental group over the control group in remembering the tasks assigned to them. In addition, the findings stress the effectiveness of using visual interference to enhance memory and remember things and that the visual disturbance is an effective signal to stimulate memory, especially if these interferences are distinctive and far from the usual, as they help attract the participant’s attention. Thus, this strategy is more effective than traditional methods, and the more distinct the visual noise is, the better and faster its effectiveness in enhancing memory. The research results indicate that adding this strategy to participants’ daily activities may be an effective and useful way to enhance memory. The Visual Disruption Mnemonics (VDM) framework encapsulates the core principles derived from the findings, offering a robust framework for understanding and applying this novel mnemonic strategy in various contexts.

There has been a lot of attention on STEM education, but there is less STEM curriculum for teachers to have a reference point in China. The article proposes a short STEM curriculum for use by teachers in the teaching of the STEM curriculum. The curriculum is for 10th graders. Biology is the main subject integrated with mathematics and chemistry. The article shows specific course content, including 3 different experiments. Experiments in which students participate independently are more likely to sharpen their thinking. Inquiry-based learning is adopted as the educational approach, through which students can discover new causal relationships because students formulate hypotheses and test them by conducting experiments and observations. Additionally inquiry-based learning encourages students to think logically, critically, and analytically, which is helpful in increasing students’ critical thinking. Critical thinking is reasonable and reflective thinking focused on what to believe or do. Students with critical thinking skills can achieve incredible learning outcomes because they can consciously control their goals and attention. There are six dimensions of critical thinking, based on the assignment—experimental report, analysis dimension and explanation dimension will be assessed.

The accounting profession faces many challenges in the age of knowledge, as some of how the accounting function accomplishes its tasks have changed, which raised the question about the importance and value of traditional accounting jobs and skills, which require adopting ideas, work methods, and applications that differ from those previously, in addition to possessing qualifications and skills that were previously unknown. It is necessary to have them in the past. Therefore, there must be references and standards that contribute to the development of the accounting profession, represented by the accounting education standards (IAES), which have a positive impact on the quality of accounting service and activate the continuing education process so that the required task can be presented appropriately, as the continuing education system must have clear goals and outcomes that meet the needs of the labour market for specialists in the field of practising the accounting profession following the requirements of the current era. Continuing professional development for professional accountants enhances competence, skill and all outcomes of accounting work. Compliance with the International Standards for Accounting Education (IAES) and the application of continuing professional educational requirements by the accountant can also lead to Enhancing the accuracy and reliability of accounts, which is among the most important areas of need in developing the accounting profession, improving training programs for accountants, and modernising the training process. It is also desirable to provide continuous professional development. It is possible to develop a strategic plan for employment and organise the monitoring of its implementation. The research was based on a form distributed to the research community represented by the Federation Accountants and auditors in Iraq at the time. The most important conclusion of the research is that the application of international accounting education standards contributes to raising the efficiency and professional skills of accountants. The determination of cut-off grades is critical for mine appraisal. Because of the time value of money, an optimum schedule of cut-off grades must be used instead of determination of a single cut-off grade for the life of a mine. In order to achieve the maximum net present value, a decreasing order of cut-off grades schedule must be used because of the opportunity cost. In the optimization of cut-off grades by dynamic programming, the depletion rates to be searched are actually limiting the search area. The optimum can be found from among the alternative depletion rates. Selling prices of mining products are volatile and future values cannot be known. This paper describes the use of dynamic programming in cut-off grades optimization and further extension of the method to price volatility in selling prices of mining products. The author introduces the general background of use of dynamic programming in cut-off grades optimization and the case in uncertain market conditions. Software developed in this subject handles to find the optimum sequence of cut-off grades and depletion rates for mineral deposits under market uncertainty. Dynamic programming method can be used as a means of cut-off grades optimization in this context very robustly.

The organizational development process represents a systematic and continuous process that does not stop at a specific point. It is a continuous cycle of continuous improvement that includes drawing, developing, implementing, evaluating, improving and monitoring strategies. The organizational development process focuses on studying internal changes in the company and external changes as well and their implications for the company and its performance in order to improve communication and interaction processes. Within the company and ensuring that all employees work in consistency with the company's goals and values, developing employees, improving their capabilities, improving the products and services provided by the company to its customers, and also increasing profitability, the research aims to know the impact of organizational developments in developing investments in the financial sector in Iraq. Through statistical analysis, the results showed that the values of the regression coefficient and the beta coefficient (B) were positive. This means that organizational developments positively affect the development of investments for joint-stock companies in Iraq, that is, the greater the degree of organizational development, the greater the ability to develop investments for joint-stock companies in Iraq. The results showed that the correlation coefficient (R) was (0.629), while the results showed that the square value of the coefficient Correlation (R²), (0.396); Its interpretation means (38%) of the development of investments in the financial sector in Iraq. Based on the previous result, the hypothesis was accepted and the research recommends developing the legal environment, including the Companies Law by issuing rules for public offering and developing its mechanisms when marketing the shares of new companies or existing companies when increasing their capital. In order to attract national and foreign capital.

The Baptist Cooperative Programme is a system in which churches, who cooperate with the Nigeria Baptist Convention (NBC), make contributions in the form of certain percentages of their tithes, offerings, and undesignated income to their associations, state conferences, and the national body. This paper explores the effects of denominational loyalty on the Cooperative Programme of the Nigerian Baptist Convention (NBC) and strategies to deepen this loyalty among church members. Social identity theory suggests that individuals define themselves based on their membership in social groups, leading to the formation of an identity that is partly derived from their group membership. The decline in the commitment of churches within this period of ten years is worrisome. The existing problem lies in the need to strengthen denominational loyalty to the Convention amidst changing societal dynamics and competing religious influences. Using secondary sources of data collection, including scholarly articles, books, and Convention reports, this study analyses the historical context and current practices of the Baptist Cooperative Programme. Preliminary findings suggest that the Cooperative Programme plays a crucial role in fostering a sense of belonging and loyalty among members, contributing to the overall growth and sustainability of the denomination. Also, while there is a strong desire for cooperation among Baptist Churches, challenges such as lack of loyalty, proper communication, and financial constraints hinder the commitment of the members. The study concludes that the Baptist Cooperative commitment has the potential to strengthen denominational loyalty among Baptist churches in Nigeria. Hence, by addressing these challenges and building on the potential successes of the Cooperative Programme, the Nigerian Baptist Convention can further enhance unity and cooperation among its member churches, ultimately strengthening the denomination as a whole.

The research aims to measure the level of connection and impact of consumer knowledge in protecting consumer rights, and the sample consisted of (275) consumers in five markets (large retail markets in Baghdad) as they represent the research community of consumers who go to the markets to buy products. The data and hypotheses were analyzed and tested using appropriate statistical tools, including the arithmetic mean and standard deviation to measure the level of descriptive responses of the research sample, correlation coefficients (Pearson) to test the relationships between the research variables, and the simple and multiple linear regression equation to test the effect. The results showed the validity of the research hypotheses, and concluded with a number of Conclusions and recommendations.
